Finally chopped down and harvested. My best plant yet and that was all thanks to homegrown genetics for these killer genetics. If you haven't tried this guy yet, I absolutely beg you to. You will not be disappointed The Terps are straight Dank Ripe Black Cherry, that Superboof orange rind/hashy funkiness, and sum really nice earthy hash notes from the Pure Michigan. All comes together and almost reminds me of a really deep earthy cherry pie with a very slight Superboof orange influence. Very black cherry/Cherry Candy heavy. But not traditional "candy" you see now days. All around 10/10, I will be running Apple Junky and Garlic Applez next!

New week starts! 🌞21.11.2022 light smelling started. I kame home today to smell thin delicious aroma my babies producing. It's good and bad in a same time! I gave them their first real dose of ph6.05 GHE nutrients in a proportions so called: 'First true leaves' and sprayed them with 'GHE SeaWeed' solution. (Nutrients input was ph6, drainage - ph6.5) 🌞22.11.2022 New photos downloaded. I sprayed my Bananas with 'GHE Sea weed' once more and moist the upper layer of a substrate with it. My BPPa#1 is slightly smaller then her sister. She have thinner leaves and lower length. But she producing her brunches faster then BPPa#2. Second plant is thicker and higher and her new side brunches are smaller. Now I wonder who'll be larger in the end of this run. 🌞23.11.2022 No watering, only spraying with 'GHE SeaWeed' solution and moisture the upper substrate layer. My moist sensor for soil showing the beginning of a green sector. So watering will be tomorrow. 🌞24.11.2022 I watered my plants by ph5.9 full pack of fertilisers GHE (amount in a table). Luckily, soil ph starts to fall and today it's somewhere near ph6.8 mark. My babies are slowing down in the main stem growth, I think it's all because there are a lot of side brunches rising up. When they'll form it well and their leaves will became darker - I'll change nutrients proportions to so called 'Vegitation' and add 'GHE Diamond nectar' + 'GHE Silicate'. Also, tomorrow I'll spray them with 'GHE Protect' solution instead of 'Sea Weed' because they're still on the early stage of veg. 🌞25.11.2022 Today is 'dry' day. I sprayed my flowers with 'GHE Protect' solution. Nothing new, only one thing: they are awesooooome! Tomorrow there will be 'SeaWeed' spraying, watering will go on sunday. UPD: Asked the advice thru the 'Grow questions' option and started LST already - as a result. Today I can't bend them more, because I watered them yesterday - their trunks are full of juices and I'm afraid they'll crack in a half. Tomorrow I will bend them a little more, and the next day after, I hope, they will be lying on their backs like a puppies. Yesterday I discovered that, in order to change my timer, I didn't put the clock back onto it. Now they had 3 hours more light on the third day of flowering. Exactly the kind of oopsies this grow really doesn't need. But it happened and all back on a normal schedule, but I hope the OHS en GG4 aren't affected by it too much... One accidental re-vegging is more than enough for a year. Also, these sensitive strains can hermie on me for lesser reasons so from now on I'll be checking for male signs daily. The XTraKush is performing as advertised, with enormous stretch, these plants can go 10 ft up according to the breeder. So I'm tying them down and managing this to fill out the space. With all the stuff going on, this 'underdog' strain might even prove most resilient, when all is said and done. They seem to respond really well to the SP-3000 light and If you are in the market for a new light, consider this option from Mars Hydro. Day 49 - 14th Day of Flower I'm starting to really enjoy this part of the grow. That said the amount they have stretched is crazy! My lights are maxed out height wise and they are only just 18" above the tallest colas so I really hope they finish up stretching soon. Nutes: I added PK13/14 for fridays feed and they seem to have responded really well to it. They have been fed every other day as they aren't quite drying up in 24 hours. One thing I have noticed this week is the smell! They have become incredibly pungent. Everytime i go in the tent I have to change my clothes as they just smell so much. The fan leaves around the bud sites are becoming sticky! I have taken the smallest one out to photograph this week. It was sick when i got it as cutting so wasn't topped as early as the others. That said it seems to have grown into a really nice shape and has lots of buds developing. No problems really this week. Just a bit of mild light burn which I kept on top of. They will have 1 more defoliation this week and then I'll leave them be.

Flowers are starting to pack on weight, colors are starting to show and this plant is super sticky. Can't wait to see how she finishes

They’re getting juicy, just feed some compost tea made from Dr Earth Tomatoes Veg and herb fertilizer and some Molasses. Just seen a Nat so I don’t think I’ll be doing the tea again, I want to prevent bugs as much as I can. I’ll be putting up a sticky trap to catch it I only seen 1 but 1 is enough for me

Hi Guys, Week 9 of flowering. I've harvested usually in week 8 but I am holding back this time and really let her do her thing until I see more Amber Tris. Right now it's mostly milky and maybe 5% amber only so a few more days to go. ***Mid-week update*** Day 3 of Week 9 of flower - I think they are ready to be cut down very soon. So I went in today and did a quick defoliage. Am waiting for the new moon to come in a day 6 of wk 9 so 3 more days then they are coming down. Am going to flush on the 5th day wk9. Weekly update on these lovely ladies. This week has been fun to watch the flowers form and swell. They definitely are starting to smell, as soon as you open the tent it hits you like a ton of bricks. I'll be doing my final dedoliation this week taking off some of the bigger fan leafs allowing more light to the lower flower sites. All in all Happy Growing

Topped this girl this week, she’s growing pretty good. Very nice looking plant to my eye.

Last week runned into some trouble with them as they were showing signs of some deficiency and turned out to be rootbound. I transplanted them to a bigger pot and they got happy&healthy again. Now just a few more days before i switch to flower.

my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

It’s another week of drooling here damn these are some juicy looking veggies, already dreaming of smoking them!🤤🤤 I feel it’s starting to get to the end of the line for 2 of my OG’s, will feed m 2 more times before I start the flush. Plan to have m around for at least 2 more weeks hope that’s enough to clean m out. Got another OG with a crazy amount of leaf growth. Don’t know what to think of it but it has a great color and will def need a lot more time to develop buds, same package of seeds, same strain, same veg treatment complete different plant 🤨 1 gorilla (top middle) had the filter dropped on him and lost the main cola, the rest of the buds seem okay but the little twigs on this plant are way to skinny to keep m up right. The gorilla in the top right corner got too close to the sun, I really thought it was a herma or something but I guess it’s just deformed during a week of extreme temperatures. If ya think I should just chop it off leave me a comment 👍🏼 Sooo really dont know if anybody is still reading but I’m gonna split this diary up in 2, I love this site and it would be better to document per strain for my own archive. And the contests only admit 1 strain per diary hehe 😏

The first day of the sixth week flowering🤗

The plants are doing well except for an issue with small rust coloured spots. According the 'The Plant Doctor', the best guess is a calcium deficiency. Increasing CalMag didn't work. Going to try raising the PH up to between 6.2 - 6.4 and see if that makes a difference. (Best absorption PH). Sometimes excess potassium can cause the same symptoms. If raising the PH doesn't work, I'll try knocking back the bloom levels.
