Hey people! We have arrived to Day 14 and WOW these girls really do make you realise why the company is called FastBuds!! (Just checked my last diary and I said the same 😂, FastBuds genetics are really fast guys). The GSC girls have BOOMED in growth since week 1. Unfortunately, my local mail service lost my FastBuds Gelato seeds, so the back two pots right now are mystery seeds, and they definitely have a very slow growth rate compared to the GSC. The small cup is Gorilla Glue (photoperiod), but just doing for fun as it was lying around, may not continue with it so let's not focus on it. This diary is all about the GSC, so who cares about all that! Gave them a second feed of nutrients, and PH'd it to the right level. They seem to be LOVING it. I have upped the dose since my last grow diary for this strain and they are reacting very well it seems. Thinking of doing some LST next week or so but not sure if I should, never done it before and don't want to mess these plants up. I've done a lot of research on it so I'm going to have to come to a decision next week. We'll see! Much love friends, see you on the next update! Will start their 1 week separate diary next week. I ended up pulling out the smallest mystery seed in the back (trashed it) and replaced it with a FastBuds Gelato seed. I then transplanted the other mystery seed to a 5th pot, as it seems to be doing well, and replaced it's old pot with another FastBuds Gelato seed. I also just got an EXTRA LIGHT! There was no real need for it, but I really want to try and produce the best buds possible. I have added a MARS HYDRO TS1000 LED. Hopefully they do well with it.

I will also be top dressing her in about two weeks to keep the microbial colony fat and happy! 7/3- The weather continues to be hot and humid and the daily watering of the GG4 Sherbet FF continues. I also removed a few shade leaves that were below the canopy, as well as some in the middle of the plant that were blocking a lot of light to new shoots. 🎉HAPPY 4th of JULY!🎉 7/5- Early this morning we had a thunderstorm pass through early in the day, which provided about an inch of rain in a short time. I went ahead and watered in the afternoon, but only gave the GG4 Sherbet FF approx. 3g of well water from the garden hose. 7/7- The daily watering continues, as does our blistering hot🔥weather. All is well with the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower and today, after watering, I got under the trellis net and removed a bunch of shade leaves that were growing straight down through the net doing absolutely nothing but sucking up nutrients better used elsewhere on the plant. Stick a fork in another week for the FastBuds GG4 Sherbet Fast Flower. Mixed nutrients today. Last night I added 2 ml of oxy science h202 to 18L of Kamloops City water filtered through our homes water filter, no idea what it does exactly lol. I put an air stone over night and let the water bubble off any chlorine and the rest of the h202, I use microbial mass so I just wanted to sanitize the water but not kill my soil. Mixed in bases first into 21.7 C ph 8.1 Water in the morning. Important not to mix concentrated solutions, I used syringes that I rinsed well between products. I find that with this product you just follow the instructions and it’s pretty awesome results.

This thing was very easy to grow. Liked low PPMs in flower. Around 600 was plenty for her. Will report taste and effects when curing is complete.

Week 3 In the beginning of Week 3 I used 1/2 teaspoon of Grow Big which was a mistake! They really just needed to be left alone! Showed the tiniest bit of nute burn on the tips and when I saw that I went straight to checking PPM which was at like 1500 (yikes) and flushed until I got it down by 300 ppm. Should have waited until the 3rd set of leaves to feed! Luckily it was caught early and they are flourishing with no further issues. The side lighting from the T5 bulb really seems to be helping. They are really going along nicely, here's hoping I can get them through the net few weeks in the same fashion :) Moved the light down from 28 inches in the beginning to 17/18 inches by the end of week 3. The plants seem to love it and aren't showing any signs of heat/light stress

Week continued pony-tailing tops until the middle of the week some tops outgrew the ties . She’s grown back week after that defoliation . I’m proud of her she’s almost 1 ft tall 😂. Shes truly a shrub like plant now. We’re waiting for those dry amendments to become available to her and are hopeful for the next 4 weeks to be explosive in uniform growths across the canop

The tent has been cleaned. Flowering day 29 Today the plants and buds were checked for health and cleaned. Flowering day 30 Today was poured again. This mam she got 1 liter of water. (See nutrient table for nutrient addition). Of course, the plant was checked for its vitality 🧐😅. Flowering day 31 The humidifier was refilled a little and the tent cleaned 👍. Days of flowering 32 Today 1.2 liters of water were poured. (See nutrient table for nutrient addition). Fans, fans, electrics have been checked for functionality 😊. Flowering day 33 The plant has been carefully checked for pests, etc. Flowering day 34 Today 1.6 liters were poured, so that it had about 10% drain 👍 For nutrient addition, see the nutrient table. The tent was plastered and rubbed with disinfectant. The buds look beautiful, and already smell extremely tasty again 😍. Start of week sept 29. First seed did not pop. This one was put in to dirt today oct 1. It will be 3 days behind the other two. But still holding in to the first seed a few more days just in case. End of first week sept 3. First seed never sprouted. But the second one is going strong sitting at about 3/4” after 3 days in dirt.

The plants look good so far and will now be flushed with pure water for a week so that they can be harvested promptly. The hours of sunshine are getting fewer and the weather is getting worse. The smell is sweet and tart. I'm really looking forward to testing them. The Strawberry Gorilla is rapidly turning purple

Week 18 Daylight 12h40 - ☀️7h40/20h20🌙 🌈Weather changed a lot during this 2 week, alternating sun and rain with medium temperature: low in the morning 8°C and 22/24°C the afternoon. Cold wind: Autumn is coming soon! 🍃 This is the middle of the flowering cycle for 2 plants and the beginning for the others; and it’s harder than I imagined. Interminable war against pests: caterpillars and leafminer flies (+ guest :aphids). However the environment is clean, there is some sticky traps, ventilation and preventives treatments (Neem Oil, Garlic/Laurel) but infestation are a recurring problem 😩. Majors reasons of the proliferation are the hot temperatures in greenhouse, the quasi inexistants natural predators, humidity, plants proximity. September is the reproduction period of the cabbage looper: a butterfly which lays eggs on plants giving some hungry caterpillars. Some others pests are attracted by the nitrogen added in soil (batguano) I did a serious defoliation, continue to check the plants morning and night to catch intruders, sprayed regularly with Neem oil. For the moment the flowering continues. -Brake Pad Breath: plant has definitely changed of physiognomy, branches are covered by a lots of resinous flowers with a pretty good smell. Indica dominance. Around 3 or 4 weeks till the harvest. It will be long: the plant is a victim of pests and caterpillars and lots of leaves are damaged. -Flash Back#2: elegant plant, pretty good flowering since 3 weeks. Globally healthy despite of the pests aggression. Sativa dominance with long internodes distance and a vigorous stretch. -GMO x Zombie Kush: same difficulties against predators, late flowering, just initiated the flowering process but in a good way. -Royal Moby: the tallest one; around 170cm, not really adapted to dimensions of the growing space and not discrete. Plants was really shocked during the first wave of pests and after the sunburn. welcome to Day 83 3/10/2021 the girl sure got super big but the buds still never got very fat. but still 400 Grams wet is good I estimate 80 grams dry there are more updates on the way as she dry's out and I get the real weight

Ztrawberries= as you can see from the pic and video these girls are skyrocketing climbing almost an inch a day. Showing good signs of pre flower, very impressed with dominant heads coming through on all these ladies 👌🏽 Tropicana cookies = These girls are just showing off there stretch rate match that of the ztrawberries and it’s and impressive spectacle to watch also showing good signs of pre flower Cherry Cola = These girls seem a week slower than the rest none of the less they are showing a decent amount of heads just no signs of any stretch. O.N = Ztrawberries and Tropicana Cookies have had some defoliation not really touched Cherry Cola so I don’t cause any unnecessary stress. EC increased from 1.1 to 1.3. Very happy this week!!
