- So far 2 males have been found. Pot #2 &7. - i see pistols showing sex maybe flowering next. - LST 1-6 - 7-11 received no LST for testing purposes. - Increases PPM to 400 - Right side receiving triple 20 look more bigger so far. Haven’t been able to upload videos I’ll try on my pc.

Buenas noches familia, sorpresa, jueves noche por aquí , actualizamos las power plant xL. Es la última semana antes de nuestra cosecha, el tiempo se nos echó encima y las Flores ya están echas, se preparó un lavado de raíces y tijeretazo,para sucesivamente colgarlas.( PRIMERA VEZ que se me echa el tiempo encima con la floración, jurao) Me habría gustado darles algo de estrés hídrico, pero lo veremos con las lemon kush y las northern light xL. -power plant xL es una cepa con predominancia sativa, con una corta floración,es un ejemplar fácil de cultivar, fuerte, y vigoroso. Estos ejemplares se cultivaron en 7L en sustrato light MIX de plagrOn, controlando en todo momento el PH de nuestras plantas, y dándoles de comer una gama advanced nutrients bastante básica. -PROS: facil cultivar, flores llenas de resina , flores compactas, ramas laterales largas. -CONTRAS: hay que tutorar por el peso de la flor, floración demasiado rápida a mi gusto (no te das ni cuenta). *Aquí ya me despido hasta la cosecha familia.

Weekly update on these absolutely gorgeous girls. I was gone for the beginning of the week and came back today and I swear the flowers have doubled in size. They're smelling super strong and gassy. The flowers are dense as rocks so I hope with the summer heats they'll stay that way and not become airy. All in all Happy Growing.

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is measured in decisions, not dreams. Dopamine release is not the pursuit of happiness; it's the happiness of the pursuit. "Mens Dei" Cannabis buds can expand or swell in warmer conditions, but this is not necessarily a desirable effect. High temperatures can cause the buds to become airy and loose, reducing their density and potentially impacting potency and aroma. First 4 weeks flower, blazing hot expansion of buds, 4 weeks after cool off? Why?? What can be made to expand, airy and loose, can also be made to contract, dense and tight. Why? Trichomes do not discriminate, although we like to think of trichomes' primary purpose as being to get us high; they are there to provide photoprotection (sunscreen). Trichomes apply themselves based on area dimensions; the more area = the more trichomes in order to protect. Different from density: Trichomes, the resinous glands on plants, are often produced in response to stress, including high light intensity. This increased production can lead to denser trichome coverage on the plant, stress, stress, stress, stress is the signal. There is a certain beauty in watching the large water-filled buds once swollen to the brim slowly shrink during drying, as the surface areas contract, the trichomes just cluster up to form denser and denser coatings, already dense from high light intensities, UVB exposure, and IPS, and every other stressor I could tweak. Trichomes, the resinous glands on cannabis plants, are often produced in response to various forms of stress. These stresses can be environmental, like excess light(HIL) or UV-B radiation, temperature fluctuations, or drought, or mechanical, such as wind, pruning, or even the weight of the plant's own buds. The plant reacts to these stressors by increasing trichome production as a defensive mechanism to protect itself and its valuable compounds like THC and CBD. In essence, cannabis plants perceive stress as a threat and respond by producing more trichomes as a way to protect themselves and their valuable compounds. Several studies have shown this. Not so much a "master" grower as a master of stress. Psssst. Tip. Trichomes fill with "antioxidants," including THC. Ant"ox"idants, The production of antioxidants in plants is intricately linked to their oxidative apparatus. The plant has limited oxidative capacity/apparatus. During daytime photosynthesis, a large percentage of that oxidative capacity is tied up in protecting the plant. During the night, plants alter their metabolic pathways. This leads to a far more focused production of specific antioxidants, like THC. Plants also produce antioxidants during the day. Excess light, for example, can trigger the production of excess antioxidants as part of their defense mechanisms against reactive oxygen species (ROS). The differential ROS production by blue and IR light can have significant biological consequences. For example, high levels of ROS induced by blue light can lead to cell damage and death, while lower levels of ROS produced by IR light may be involved in beneficial cellular signaling pathways. Long nights under the IR (very low ROS), the boost in cellular respiration, and the boost in energy production. In a perfect world, I'd give the plant a shock treatment of 60DLI in 4 hours and give her the other 20 hours to perform cellular respiration under IR. The stress of those 4 hours would be rigorous and full of stress abound, 1800-2000ppm CO2 is easy for a couple of hours during daylight, it's maintaining it that's hard, but 4 hours is very doable with nothing but a little extra "carbon sugar" in your medium every other night during the first 4 weeks of flower. In my opinion, you only need to jack CO2 for those first 4 weeks of flower to see maximal output, after that it's all about trichome preservation, everything else comes second. Without the temps to assist with metabolism, CO2 is reduced to normal levels along with temps 4-5th week of flower. Buds are primarily composed of water. Developing flower buds, like other plant tissues, require a significant amount of water for growth and turgor pressure, which helps maintain their structure and firmness. Turgor pressure in plant cells is primarily generated by osmosis, but transpiration plays a crucial role in maintaining it. The optimal internal leaf surface temperature for photosynthesis at 1800-2000ppm CO2 is likely in the upper range of 97°F, meaning ambient would need to sit at 102°F-ish or thereabout for full metabolic utilization. That's putting your transpirational pulling force x5 x6 maybe x7 of what it would be if she were cruising at 68F. "My buds won't fatten, what can I do!!" Crank that bitch. If your purpose was to blow up a balloon as fast as you can, as much as you can, would you use 2x force or x5 Force to do so? Bad analogy, but you get the idea. Kiss. Optimize photosynthesis & VPD by day, cellular respiration by night. TECHNICALLY: "While transpiration and cellular respiration are both ongoing plant processes, they are not neatly separated into day and night. Both processes occur both day and night, though at different rates and with different emphasis. Transpiration, the release of water vapor from plant surfaces, is primarily driven by sunlight and photosynthesis during the day, but it also continues at a lower rate at night. Cellular respiration, which provides energy for the plant, occurs continuously, both day and night. " BUT Only 10% ATP can be processed through photosynthesis and carbon capture. 90% of ATP is processed when the plant's oxidative capacity becomes available (NIGHTTIME). Cellular respiration relies on the process of oxidation to generate energy. Specifically, the final stage of cellular respiration, called oxidative phosphorylation, utilizes oxygen as the final electron acceptor to produce a substantial amount of ATP, the cell's primary energy currency. Several environmental factors can hinder cellular respiration in plants. These include low oxygen levels, temperature extremes (both too high and too low), humidity, water stress, and the presence of toxins. These factors can impair the function of enzymes involved in respiration, disrupt the availability of substrates, or directly damage plant tissues, thus reducing the rate of cellular respiration. Factors such as oxygen concentration, glucose availability and temperature will all impact the amount of aerobic respiration an organism will perform. 26.06 After connecting the air conditioner, the temperature stabilized and I have differences of about 7-8 degrees between day and night. Today I replaced one mixing fan, because the well-deserved Chinese one has already lost its power. He served almost 2 years, which is a really good result. I replaced it with High Pro, none of them lasted as long as the Chinese one. The plants look very nice, I haven't noticed excessive activity of Sciara militaris. Soil Attack and yellow sticks do the job. Humidity 53% 27.06 The stems have regenerated nicely, but I'm still going to hold the knees a bit to strengthen them. I added water from Soil Attack. They swell beautifully, the hair on the flowers is very long, which means good adaptation. Water 2L. Humidity 63% 2.07 I measured the amount of PPFD at peak places and they were too low. So I lowered the lamps. I added a small dose of Power Silica to strengthen the stems, because after super cropping the plants may have a problem with maintaining the top. The conditions are good. Day 28-29 degrees, night 19-21. Humidity from 54-63%. At this stage, I can easily maintain such humidity, especially since I have well-mixed air in the tent.

She is getting fat! What a great plant she is - again, little to no deficiencies, other than some light burn but I could not complain to have such strong genetics for my first ever grow! Trichomes are not too cloudy, so still a while to go but what an AUTO!

Let’s see , humidity is an issue . It’s higher than I’d like it to be . I added drip pans & two different miniature forms of dehumidifiers one electronic and the other passive . I need recommendations on affordable dehumidifiers before I run into mold issues . After breaking the apical dominance there was one or two issues but it gave me all the more admiration for the genetics to take a beating and still remain unbothered & WHOLE . A main top was bound too tightly & broke in half trying to pull itself back up . It remained broken and unnoticed for atleast 3 days before I saw the damage and taped it . She is now almost fully scarred over & healed . Vertical growth was decent this week I wouldn’t describe it as fast or explosive. Still watering to activate the dry amendments I can tell they haven’t began taking it up quite yet. Holy shit do they stink when not premixed into the soil before planting ! Just monitoring & trying to get as much dense continuous resin packed bud stacked up in there .

Decided to tie these down rather than the plan to totally fill the scrog net. Reason is i plan on growing some new genetics as I have grown this strain about 6-7 times, as good as it is it’s time for a change. Planning on running a symbiotic genetics cut of mimosa and some strains from Arctic Genetics

~~~~04.20.23~~~~ Day 51 - Above Ground - Target 65 Days 📝Saturday 06.10.23 - As this week comes to an end, I am seeing signs that the plants need a bit of calcium, so today was a topdressing day with a 70/30 blend of Bloom to Grow, watered in with H20 PG to 6.2 with CalMag at 5ML per Gallon of H20. Day #24 I gave her some water although she wasn’t asking for it and did not absolutely need it . I will try and wait until she’s positively thirsty before I water her again. My tent humidity has been dropping as the pots dry out but when I check the moisture levels it shows “normal” also as my pots dry out the ph of the “medium” has risen to 6.8-7.1 . Deeeeeeeep at the bottom of the pot it is 5.5. I’m curious about the fluctuations of “soil medium” . Thought to check the accuracy of my ph pen today before watering & discovered it is out of calibration 2 weeks after initially setting it up . I think I’ll look for another PH pen that I can rely on however I’m glad I had the foresight to acquire ph solutions to be able check the accuracy of the calibration of my pen. I don’t want to feel the need to recalibrate before each use nor the desire to check the accuracy each time which is why I sprung for a more expensive pen this time rather than a “ super value “ ph . Back to the drawing board to find a better product . I am still happy with the performance , accuracy & reporting of my smart hygrometer. I am very glad I sent back the original one and replaced it with a competitor brand . I’m wondering should I be getting ready to give her a top dressed feeding in one week . Orrrrr will I wait until she starts showing hunger signs . I premixed more than the recommended amount of plant food when I transplanted her from her starter pot day #9. I’ll think on it a little more. Day 26 Update: She has EXCELLENT structure without any LST, Topping, or SuperCropping. Ponytailing has definitely brought out great growth. I’m a little sad. I believe that I’ve misused the total flower time of the 3 autos finishing in this tent. They have all been in flower since week 2 & 3 of their life . They are currently in weeks 7 & 8 of their life. I was thinking an 8 week flower but these look as if they can go 12-15 weeks. Sooo put simply, these autos may remain in my 5x5 the entirety of my 3 month vegging of “Cellie” Cereal Milk by RQS. The best shots will come once the tent gets harvested & she gets scrogged down . I’ve plucked 2 fan leaves finally although I really don’t want to defoliate any yet . Her lateral growth shoots are healthy and tenacious. I’m super happy with the number of arms & equality of height in the arms . I may eventually be interested in topping this naturally bushy plant . I really want a dramatic filling of this tent so I’m encouraging an over abundance of multiple branches. Branches that I will eventually tie down . Day#28 Update: she finished the week well & is becoming voluptuous . Given her majority indication indica leaning pheno is taking up this Gaia Green like a champ & I was questioning just how tall I think she’ll grow before growing/being trained to grow as wide as the tent . She may be a squat but wide bush 😂 . It’s too soon to tell, the lights are still between 40%-50% & watering is only sparingly as needed the last watering age received was day # 24. Give us a like. Week 5 has began !

Another fun week! Really starting to believe in this strain. We have now filled 80/81 squares with atleast 1 bud, most have 3. The lower flowers have made a sprint for the surface so happy with that. Applied some high stress training this time around as I really wanted a flat canopy from this point. A dozen or more branches bent off at a 90 degree angle to achieve that. Only one casualty. Upped the food to about 125% what ghe recommends along with some future harvest ton o bud. Did a really good flush and clean with half strength solution as I refilled. Decided to add a little phosphoric acid as i hadn't been for a few weeks. Flower set is coming along nicely. Plant 1 is still way ahead, but fairly docile whereas plant 2 finally put on some flowers and had started to stretch. Plant 1, oddly enough, has actually slowed its internodal growth and is starting to pack on the buds🤷‍♂️ As far as the phenotypes go, I think I lucked out and got two different purple varieties. I could be dead wrong, but both plants seem to show purple on early flower set. The mature fans look oddly lanky for a pure indica🤔 I have a half dozen clones that will hopefully take as I'd really like to give this strain another go. Til' next week🙌

Twelfth week and now this is the end. I decided to harvest these days because two weeks have passed since I have increased the amount of water and because the peaks now seem to be in a very good development point. The plant is really spectacular. The flowers are very compact and voluminous, they give off a really intense, citrusy and orange scent. The two main buds are completely equal and measure entirely 50cm. All the rest of the buds have not developed badly either. The amount of pollen is moderately high and you can notice very well a compact layer on all the flowers. As I said I watered the plant with just water all week, increasing the dose more and more to wash the roots completely and be able to harvest the plant. I cut everything and hung it all up in a cabinet where I control the humidity and temperature values and try to keep them stable through an air recirculation system. I hope to have everything almost dry and ready within 10 days to be able to participate in the competition. I really thank Zamnesia very much for the opportunity it has given me and for this wonderful genetics that has made me known. I am very excited about what I have achieved from this growth and what I have learned in all this time. All I need now is to try this wonder!

Всем привет. Шоколадка развивается, толстеет, покрывается липкими трихомами. Самая сахарная и ароматная дама в саду. Цветёт она примерно 2 недели. Пнреодичнски убираю часть листьев, которые закрывают шишки.06. 04.20 я производил дефолиацию, обнаружил сдвоенную шишку, полиплодия. Очень красиво, необычно и впечатляюще🤗

After 2nd defoiling the buds have their air and space back , shot a vid , but was too done for better pics after cutting session ^^ . And sadly one of the both Gran Jefa got hermaphrodite and so had to go... :( Will give the Lemon Orange more space at least. Left Gran Jefa, right back Fullgas , right Front and mid Lemon Orange.
