Nice big fan leaves. I am continuing to open the two branches created after topping and defoliate to get more light onto the perpendicular branches. Just watering, mycorrhizae and microbes as I just transplanted. 12” diameter airpots.

Pretty solid start for this week, all the plants took just one day to recover from the last session of training and they are showing new vigorous growth already. 1st day fed them with my usual secret mix of organic good stuff Day 32, 4th day of week 5. Babies recover at max speed so I can continue to top and train them to achieve the wanted structure. They already show signs of flowering hormones telling me that when I want to flip, they are ready. Day 35, last defoliation of the week and I think also I will do just another defoliation right before flippin to flower

Woche 12 Wow was für tolle Pflanzen die Blüten werden Tag für Tag dicker und der chemische Gasige Duft wird ebenfalls immer mehr! Ich habe den Blütedünger deutlich hoch geschraubt leider oder zum Glück je nachdem was man schlimmer findet ist das bei mir so ein Ding das ich immer ein ticken zu vorsichtig mit dem Standard Dünger umgehen aber das ist wieder ein learning was man mit nimmt.

Full bloom has begun…some of the larger fan leaves were removed for more light. I will be crossing this girl with some Khalifa Kush pollen in the 2nd week of flower for some custom bred seeds.

Hiiigh friends 🙌 Welcome to week 4. 😍 They have grown well in size and the one on the far left has overtaken her two sisters although she shows signs of a deficiency. 😊 I have noticed a calcium magnesium deficiency because I only water with osmosis water. Cellular respiration is the fundamental metabolic process that occurs in all living plant cells (roots, stems, leaves, flowers, seeds) to convert glucose into usable energy (ATP). It requires oxygen and produces carbon dioxide and water as byproducts. Root respiration is not a separate type of respiration, but rather a specific instance of cellular respiration occurring in the roots. Roots absorb oxygen from the air spaces in the soil to fuel their energy needs. Roots require a substantial amount of ATP for essential functions like nutrient and water absorption, as well as growth and maintenance of their tissues. The primary form of respiration in healthy plant roots is aerobic respiration, which is highly efficient, yielding up to 30-38 ATP molecules per glucose molecule. Anaerobic Respiration (Inefficient): If roots are deprived of oxygen (e.g., in waterlogged soil), they switch to anaerobic respiration, which is far less efficient, producing only 2 ATP molecules per glucose molecule and also generating alcohol, which can be toxic and kill the plant. Therefore, a plant with healthy, oxygenated roots performing efficient aerobic respiration in addition to the rest of the plant's cellular respiration has a much greater overall ATP production and energy capacity. A soil without organic matter will generally have a low Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC). Biochar is often prized for its potential to increase soil cation exchange capacity (CEC), but this effect is highly dependent on the specific properties of the biochar (feedstock and pyrolysis temperature) and the soil type to which it is applied. High-ash biochars, especially those produced at lower temperatures and applied to acidic or sandy soils, can significantly boost CEC by providing abundant binding sites for cations like calcium (Ca²⁺), magnesium (Mg²⁺), and potassium (K⁺). Biochar is more sustainable than typical organic matter for long-term soil improvement primarily due to its high stability and resistance to microbial decomposition, allowing it to persist in the soil for hundreds to thousands of years. This longevity provides a lasting positive effect on soil properties, particularly by increasing the cation exchange capacity (CEC) over time, while regular organic matter breaks down much faster. Biochar generally offers a much higher CEC than coco coir, though specific values vary greatly; while coco coir might sit around 40-60 cmol/kg, biochar can range from tens to over 200 cmol/kg, with sources like Acacia wood biochar or even coconut shell biochar often surpassing coco's capacity due to its porous structure, creating significantly more cation-binding sites for nutrients, making it superior for nutrient retention. Needs to be charged similar to coco but at a much higger rate. But shhhh.. it's a secret. Recommend a balanced ratio of key cations, particularly calcium (Ca), magnesium (Mg), and potassium (K). A widely accepted general "ideal soil" cation saturation ratio is approximately 65-85% Ca, 6-12% Mg, and 2-5% K. That's roughly what mine gets.

Day one of the 12th week, cutting off the nutrients I feel like it is time to flush. And what I did wrong in the beginning of this grow, was that I placed the plants too far away from the light the first 4 weeks of veg or so. My thought was too make the plants stretch taller in the beginning, but disregarding the par, the ppfd I realized too late that the branches did not get what they needed for length. These plants could have been much larger just for growers information.

Como as temperaturas estão subindo por aqui, por isso optei por uma variedade automática e rápida e esta variedade nova parece muito adequada para minhas necessidades de tempo. Começamos dia 31 de outubro, direto para o papel umidificado a temperatura está em torno de 27 graus pelo dia e 24 a noite no ambiente de germinação.02 de novembro foram para os vasos. Dia 03 de novembro parece que vai tudo bem.

Pineapple Express and mimosa orange punch will be grown dwc hydroponic. Blue dream and 1 pineapple will be transferred outdoors around 4/20. Main flower tent has jelly donutz and og kush ready for harvest, will be transferring the dwc from veg tent to flower tent around the same time Germination 3/9 Distille water, drop of calmag and voodoo juice. Cracked within 24hrs, transferred to seedling tray 48 hours

Woooo, peep that fade!!! Day 75 from seed. Things are really winding down now. Nutrients are done, some leaves are curling and drying. Tricomes are showing a small amount of amber so I'm watching daily for the right percentage I want. Next post will likely be after harvest, dry, and trim for final weights.
