Day 28 update: I think the light was too close to the plant, so I increased the distance to 50cm. It should help with the stretch of lower branches. Then I switched to Advanced Nutrients feed chart, adding 4ml/L of A+B formula and 2ml/L of other additives (for every liter in the reservoir). This made the ppm go crazy. Let’s see what happens, but I don’t like these unclear instructions. Ph Perfect keeps the ph stable for just a few hours, and they don’t say anything about ppm. Bad! Day 30 update: LST session + defoliation on fan leaves that were hiding lower branches. Day 32 update: transplanted to her final 20L AirPot (from a 5L one)! Added some michorrizhae as well where I placed the plant. Since I got a bigger pot, now it’s 250ml of solution every hour, instead of the previous 125ml. Day 34 update: immediately stopped using Advanced Nutrients feed chart (from their calculator) because I had that crazy 3100 ppm in the reservoir and noticed a small sign of overfeeding on a leaf in the top. I removed part of the solution and added tap water back until I got about 800 ppm. NOT HAPPY! Day 35: LST! Again

You walk outside and it’s a variety of flavors hitting you all at once. Cloned everything but the white rhino didn’t take so I’ll have 3 of the better out door strains for next out door season to continue learning this strain

Smells crazy on this now! Just had 3 days of dark and a flush of flawless finish. Chopped and drying in tent this week Not took any thing off as i want it to be slow dry and try and keep some of that weight. Harvest very soon🔥🔥

This week marked the transition from stretch into true flower development 🌸 The plant is nearing the end of the stretch phase, with vertical growth slowing down but not completely finished yet. • Height approx. ~100 cm • Stretch almost completed • Canopy remains mostly even after topping Light intensity was increased to ~1000 PPFD ☀️ and the fixture had to be raised slightly again to maintain proper distance as the plant continued to grow. Water demand increased further: • ~4L every 2 days based on pot weight 💧 Feeding this week: • 1x BioTabs Bio PK • Otherwise water + BioBizz CalMag Environment remained stable: • ~25°C temperature • ~50% RH 🌡️ Bud development is now clearly visible across the plant 🌿 Small bud sites are forming and beginning to develop further. Trichome production has started, with visible resin appearing on both the sugar leaves and bud surfaces ✨ Leaf color remains healthy green, though slightly lighter compared to the Chicken n’ Wafflez plants. Aroma is still relatively mild at this stage. Despite being the smallest plant in the tent, the Jelly Donutz shows very strong bud development across the canopy, confirming that the earlier topping paid off 💪🍩 Overall this week marks the end of stretch and the beginning of real bud formation and resin production 🔥

Start of week 4, day 22. The girls grew tremendously during the last week, very nice branch growth, internodes and overall plant size. No trimming this feeding, just removed 2-3 dying leaves from the lowest branches. One of the girls is clearly shorter than the others, I think I will keep her in veg after this week and flip the other two to flower.

Day 37 marks the official start of flowering, with strong stretch, healthy pistil formation, and a fully stabilized canopy after completing all LST work. Feeding is set at 2-2-2.5 (Micro/Grow/Bloom), no additives yet, and root pressure looks excellent with visible post-watering guttation and vigorous growth. Environment is stable at 23.5°C and 50% RH, main light runs at 100% from 80 cm to allow stretch before lowering both lamps for full flowering intensity next week.

Hey hey my fellow growers, I hope everyone had an excellent week! It is great to be back here at the beginning of week six, let’s get into it! Last week I had misspoke- I said I was going to train 5 of the 6 plants I have going from fastbuds, this was false…. What I meant is all 6… Yes at the time I had only INTENDED on messing with 5 but the last one, the way it was structured with the self top, it was practically BEGGING me to get in there and play with it- and I ask you this- who would I be to deny that little strawberry pie the simple pleasure of a little training? So train I did… Nothing crazy, but actually for all six plants (despite my best efforts, best being debatable) to not go overboard- I have been going in a doing a little bit of training and taking a leaf off here and there if it’s blocking any potential bud sites. I am trying to be really careful and not do too much at once and upset any of them- but at the same time, after stunting them a bit with the taproot incident (which I will keep referring to until I learn from that mistake) I want to do what I can to maximize yield after tripping up a bit in the beginning. We will see how it goes, but for now, everything seems to be doing well and responding well to the bit of training I have been doing. Right now I am seeing a range of sizes among the bunch- the forbidden runtz are both shorter and squatier coming in at about 5.5 inches in height each and I notice everything is spaced a bit tighter on these so I have had some difficulty spreading them out but not to any problematic extent, just in comparison with the rest- Next we have the strawberry pie- the smaller one coming in at 5.5inches, is the one that I was speaking about that had topped itself. It seems to be doing well and handling the training just fine. However the other one, that one is much bigger and is about 8.5 inches tall. It wasn’t until I busted out the ruler that I saw that this was the second biggest plant of the fast buds. That leaves the largest which of course was the gorilla cookies! The smaller of the two is coming in at 8 inches and the larger one coming in at 9.5! They are both tied down and doing great, showing growth each day after being trained and having select leaves removed. We are getting closer and closer to flower I hope to have a bit more time with them but that is totally in their hands, so we will see what happens- the game plan now for me at this point is to keep doing what I’ve been doing- trying to balance on a delicate line. As far as other news… I am doing dishes the other day- I have my phone propped up with YouTube on and dude grows playing (my preferred way to do dishes) I hear the dude mention a giveaway they are doing that I had submitted an entry for recently so my ears had perked up…👀 I saw they had the contest page pulled up and on display and I thought to myself, wouldn’t it be cool if I got to see my picture right now, sure enough- I hear them start talking about my pictures! I in no way won (at this point, my fingers are crossed though haha) and I realize that this is debatably anticlimactic however, I listen to these guys everyday at work so I was stoked! I still am! There are lots of good giveaways going on right now, all the amazing contests going on on this site, Instagram wherever! I spent the week mainly transplanting. I transplanted the Sour Diesels (ILGM) from a Jiffy Pot into a 1 gallon fabric pot.😁 I really didn't have any issues this week everything is going well 👌. The plant(s) recovered 😷 from the transplant like nothing even happened. I would guess in the next week or so I will be transplanting into a 2 gallon pot, depending on how fast she grows. I like to go up 👆 in pot size gradually. I never really believed it made a difference. I would go straight from the Jiffy Pot to my end pot (3 gal, 5gal, whatever). Then I found some 1 gallon and 2 gallon fabric pot at a really good price 😎 so I bought them. I started out just trying a few plants and kept the plants that went straight into the large pots right next to them. To my surprise 😮 I noticed a petty significant difference in growth. Now I figure for a little extra effort 💪 whether it works or not it's worth a shot.
