Finally, 25 weeks i believe... Mold, mildew, bud rot, rain, humidity, crazy wind, frost. Somehow these girls turned out just fine and I am so proud of the end result. I am late posting, everything is pretty much all cured up and ready to smoke. Just finished making some stocking-stuffer jars for friends and family for Christmas. It was interesting to see the different phenotypes from each plant. One was named Average Girl, medium size, medium height. Then there was Big Bitch. She was the tallest and had the skinniest nugs. Next was Dolly.. She had the fattest cones of the 4.. a little shorter than Average Girl. And last was Runt... She was about 2 weeks behind her sisters and about a foot shorter, but she did not get any mold or mildew, and her buds were ginormous. I let her go an extra 2-3 weeks later than her sisters, bringing her into the garage every night at 7 pm, and then waking up at 7 am to put her outside. By far, my favorite plant was Runty. She finished up so nice. Overall smell is Kushy blueberry diesel cat piss with a hint of citrus. Wouldn't grow this strain again just because it did not handle the weather well, and I like a kushier final product, on the taste and nose. That being said, I am a very happy guy right now. 2018-04-02. Week 3 day 1. It was time too upgrade the 0.1 liter pot too the 1 liter. Did the transplant today. They are a little bit overwatered but i will let them dry out now. This is the newest release from DinaFem seeds. And i will veg her under a Apollo 10 led and flower her in Growroom Nr2 under a 600 w Hps on a light mover. Its a organic grow and i will be using BioBizz nutrients. Strain information. Purple Moby Dick is a child of the legendary Jack Herer that was crossed with PAK. This is a sativa dominant hybrid that contains 60% sativa and 40% indica genetics. The THC content reaches 21% and the smoking brings cerebral effects. This potent plant develops a big structure with lots of branches and can grow up to 3m tall. The flowering period brings amazing purple hues and fruity aromas. The strain needs lots of light, enough space, proper feeding and watering. It has a good mold resistance. The flowering period takes 10 weeks and the harvest brings good yields of 650 g/m2 indoor and 1500 g/plant outdoor. The fat dense buds are coated with mass of crystals. February 20, 2019 update: Pretty much just waiting to be ready for harvest. Everything is moving along nicely at this point. Planning on feeding until the end of February, then starting a 2 week flush with most of the plants going in the flower room now, but I may let the Cookies & Cream go a little longer. Fed MegaCrop, Cal+Mag Pro and Mammoth P this week. I've used up the last of my Mammoth P at this point. It will be MegaCrop & Cal+Mag Pro only until flush. All pics were taken with the lights on. I tried color correcting the best I could, but the pics really don't represent the actual colors very well. Usually I try to get some pics with the lights off also, but I was not able to do that last week. I'll make sure to get some better pics next time. 👍

This is start of week 5, the girls have been grooving even with a heat wave hitting and a few days of 90 degrees or 32c Thinking this week they will start to turn some what a red purple hue, they have also stopped stretching. Starting to produce lots of trichomes and the smells are starting to come out, atm the middle one smells like Vicks lol, and the left one is smelling gas. Change Friday. First week of flush

Purtroppo la volta scorsa forse avevo dato da bere troppo ravvicinato e ho visto che questa volta fa più fatica ad asciugare..quindi aspetto che asciuga bene anche dentro, non è mai un buon segno però la pianta 🌱 non sembra proprio stare male..proverò a dare da bere solo dal sottovaso la prossima con una saluzione a 1700 di EC e PH 6.8 ✨✨✨ la Auto Purple OG Punch non è stata sottoposta a nessun tipo di allenamento 🏋️‍♂️ Perché volevo vedere come diventerà e che conformazione dei rami riesce a sviluppare, visto che ho praticamente cambiato a 12/12 dopo due settimane di crescita…in effetti le Autofiorenti sono fatte per crescere a 18/6 per far emergere il loro massimo potenziale, contando che è cresciuta con 12 ore di luce cercherò di tenerla anche qualche giorno in più per farla maturare come si deve 😀🤞

It was very tiring all the work, but I am satisfied with the result .. Although I know I could have gathered about 2 kg more.

As you can see we are close to the harvest, we are wondering if is better to do first the critical and then the rest or if we better take off all the flowers togheter maybe over keeping the critical

Well another epic this week. The girls are looking very tasty indeed now! I have now harvested one plant on day 57. It was a tad early for her but she started looking pretty bad for some reason. Potentially started the flush on her a little early or could have been root rot. Either way the plant was chopped to ensure buds were saved. She weighed a cracking 550g wet, and dry was about 100g. This was the girl that was completely untouched, no defoliation etc complete virgin ;). Unfortunately the RH was high I ordered a dehumidifier but they sent me a faulty one and by time had a new one was too late some mould was starting to occur on the girls in a few places. I was over cautious and slung around 25g of buds that were near the mould just to ensure it didn’t spread to the rest of the plant. I also sped the drying up and placed in brown paper bags for last 2 days to suck the remaining moisture off after a full trim and inspection. The girls took a total of 5 days to dry and are now curing. They were a bit “hay” like in smell and taste but this was probably because of all the problems listed above. She is starting to smell much better after a couple of days of curing though so my faith is restored that the remainder of the buds may be quite good still! The last 3 girls have been going lovely, and starting to bring in some purple colours to the sugar leaves which are quite nice, all the trichomes are nice and cloudy and just starting to go amber. I will be harvesting on day 66 as this will allow me a good period of time to trim them fully into reasonable size buds and dry in my hanging net in the tent to ensure no mould problems again. For the last 3 days I have been flushing with 30L of water to ensure they are completely free of nutrients as again think this maybe another factor on the not so nice smelling/tasting buds from the first girl. I will give 2 days to fully dry the soil out bone dry before I cut them down. Happy I took her down early as it’s allowed me to ensure I have 3 good plants left and the remainder of the grow/dry/cure should go smoothly as know what I am doing now.
