Finally the buds are starting to take shape and actually look like buds ! The temps have been hot but I keep the lights of during the daytime from 11am to 11pm to avoid the hottest hours Defoliate as it was essential to avoid moisture buildup. Day 45 in flower... Trichomes are about 80% milk and no amber... The paint and big Z are 7-9 weekers and orange cake is 9-10... Def few weeks on the orange cake... But getting close to how I like it on the other two... The smells are outta this world... Orange cake smells like orange cake... Very orange like it's nuts... Never smelt anything like it tbh... The paint is a different pheno than previous ones because there's usually a chemical skunk smell but this is a fruity pebble smell with layers of earth smell and a sticky presence that doesn't go away for a long time lol... The big Z is another sweet smelling but more along the smell of a mouth full of Skittles and that dirt earth smell aftertones... They're awesome and I'm really excited! Day 46 They fattened up over night! Coming to n end... I did find little clusters of amber trichomes on the paint and I can't find many clear on the big Z... So it's right where I want it!

Day 42, start of flowering week 3: they are growing nicely, had to do a lot of defoliation on each plant, except the one in the 3L pot. Smoked those buds I chopped off last week, lovely high, long lasting. Really strong diesel smell. The bottom half of the try is drying up, a couple of branches were completely dry, others had a bit of dry buds. I've removed those dry branches and will be adding a question to try to understand what is going on with those branches. I had the same thing on the Peach Puree CBD and was told it was because of wrong watering, some roots drying up but I doubt this is the case here, she was watered well and not drying up, she also has some mulch on top and can't see that the pot is drying up she is also drinking very little water. Another theory could be because the light isn't reaching those lower branches, so they are giving up. Did some defoliation on the top part too, buds are growing well, can't wait for her to finish already.

This week I repotted the plants into the bigger pots and gave the plant i don't want to keep a new pot. They grew a bit but not that much. They also look a little light green again but that is because of the sun shining on them. I put them inside at night because it still is like 13-15 degrees outside. Did some LST again. Will give them some Canna Cure in a few hours or tomorrow morning.

Day 49. Experienced some deficiencies this past week but I've upped the nutrients and I'm gonna see if that helps. Still seeing a lot of growth. Did another defoliation. DLI is still at 45. PPFD 610. Plant is still growing and roots are bigger. I'll count this as a win for now.

Day 50: Added one gallon of pH 6.5 water with nutrients. Plant looking healthy. Continuing to try LST but the tent stakes are not wanting to stay in the soil. Going to get some soft plant ties and begin pinning to the smartpot. Forgot to take pictures. Day 51: Maybe approaching flowering? Day 52: Looking good. She's getting real thirsty. Day 53: Pretty Day 54: Added a gallon of water with nutrients, Man she's getting thirsty. Day 55: Posted timelapse but no glamour shots Day 56: Added one gallon of pH 6.5 water without nutrients.

These girls might come from the gutter but they all have a shot of making it to the big stage. The side branches are starting to grow out and the pistils are starting to pop. The purple sunset roots are growing out of the drain. I'm sure most of these will prune themselves as the light gets to them. The crescendo is showing some signs of calcium deficiency after the organic calmag issue last week but I gave them some calimagic so I think she will stay happy now. I am really liking to simplicity of the gutter setup. I might be running a 3 row gutter setup next round if everything continues to run as smooth as it is. The show must go on!
