Banana Guava – Week 8 (Fast Buds Outdoor 2026) ☀️ Weather was okay this week. Banana Guava continues to receive regular nutrients and good sun exposure. Apart from some minor leaf damage she is looking solid. She has grown to about 70 cm and is fully in flower. The height increase is still strong, but the aroma is not very noticeable yet. Overall she is developing well.

Three more weeks at least on the Bloob.

They look like ice cream scoops, nice and compact, it's a shame it wasn't very productive

Currently waiting for the soil to dry out after the flush last week so only foliar feeding . It seems to be helping, I need to put aside a few hours to give both my remo chemo and purple CBD some love. Both got lockout from salt buildup and I need to sit down and trim any dead growth, some light LST and TDS and pH the runoff. Day 68- fed some fish mix and liquid seaweed 3ml/l and 4ml/l respectively. pH 6.2 Day 69- seems to be recovering well!

Hi all . This will be the last week of these girls now . They’ve both been flushing with RO water and I will continue that a couple more days before harvest . They are certainly ready and cannot wait to have the final result dryed and tasted . The smells from these girls is unreal . They have a strong fruity smell and are sticky as hell . It’s going to be messy when harvesting !. Couple more days flushing and I’ll give them the chop and hang to dry . I’ll update with a harvest once that’s done . Went ahead and flipped to flower. Doing really well with the transitional nutrients. My mutiny pheno on the far right is a purple pheno, which I'm excited about.

I’ll start by saying I’m NOT using both bud blood and bud ignitor in one solution, I am using bud blood on the rear wedding gelato plant and bud ignitor on the front one to test the outcome of them individually to see the best results! I tied down and defoliated twice in the week and have switched to 12-12 yesterday so they’re transitioning now and should be in bloom by week 7! I made some extract them made some gummies successfully I might add and added the photos in the diary!

Week 2 of the flowering phase flew by 🌱💨. Unfortunately, I may have overdone it with potassium or kept the water level too high – the classic signs of clawing leaves were evident. Thankfully, they seem to be recovering now and are back under control 💪🍃. My IR night experiment is showing clear results 🌌: The plants exposed to infrared radiation at night stretched significantly more. This might be especially beneficial for this indica-dominant strain as it leads to better canopy distribution, improved airflow, and reduced risks of mold and disease. Plus, the light distribution is much more efficient now, which I’m excited to see pay off. On the downside, my Orange Sherbert turned hermaphroditic 😔. It’s hard to pinpoint the cause – overfertilization seems unlikely since I’m using only organic nutrients. I suspect it might be linked to an E-field experiment I’ve been running. To confirm this theory, I’ll conduct a new grow with a similar strain next year to see if the electric field negatively impacts cannabis development. Stay tuned for updates! Leider habe ich wohl etwas zu viel Kalium gegeben oder den Wasserstand zu hoch gehalten – die typischen Anzeichen von Adlerkrallen waren sichtbar. Zum Glück scheinen sich diese jetzt zurückzubilden und sind wieder unter Kontrolle 💪🍃. Mein IR-Nachtexperiment zeigt bereits deutliche Ergebnisse 🌌: Die Pflanzen, die nachts mit Infrarotstrahlung bestrahlt wurden, haben deutlich stärker gestretcht. Das ist besonders bei dieser indica-dominanten Sorte wahrscheinlich von Vorteil, da es zu einer besseren Verteilung des Blätterdachs führt. Dadurch verbessert sich die Luftzirkulation, das Risiko von Schimmel und Krankheiten wird minimiert, und die Lichtverteilung wird effizienter. Ich bin gespannt, wie sich das weiter auswirkt! Leider hat meine Orange Sherbert gezwittert 😔. Woran das genau liegt, kann ich schwer sagen. Eine Überdüngung halte ich für unwahrscheinlich, da ich nur biologischen Dünger verwendet habe. Ich vermute, dass mein E-Feld-Experiment eine Rolle spielt. Um das zu bestätigen, werde ich nächstes Jahr einen neuen Durchlauf mit einer ähnlichen Sorte machen und prüfen, ob das elektrische Feld tatsächlich eine ungünstige Rückentwicklung der Pflanze verursacht. Rather big and greedy plant, doesn't demand a lot of attention. Has shown good reaction to scrog and lst. I've already grown it once, and I'm sure I'll do it again. They are bulking up a bit more. Still nice and bushy both, still think both will be female. Finally, colours are getting greener and they are filling out nicely. Last couple of weeks before harvest, when my tent is filled to the edges on all sides and the plants can only go up is the moment I will hit the switch to 12/ 12. Grow diaries is cool but it kinda sucks.

Nice plant. Lollipopping and defoliation is a must. Bring that energy up to the tops. She grows very compact with short internodes.

Day 44-21/05/22 everything is looking good I might take them out tomorrow do some light defoliation and move them about abit not sure yet!!!! . Day 47-24/05/22 they look real good today!!!!

Plants has great structure and nice low height, perfect for a stealth grow. Pot is running low on nitrogen so i have to add some nettles juice

Week 8 | LSD Auto | Flowering She's hit the 100cm mark and is looking like the standout of the whole garden right now — the most advanced plant in the lineup and the best smelling one too. Buds are stacking on every node, the main cola is building nicely, and the resin coverage visible on the close-ups makes it clear she's putting energy where it counts. Natural light at 16 hours, days are getting shorter and she's responding. Watering up to 3L per day to keep pace with demand. pH holding at 6.2, EC at 1.2 mS/cm. Nutrient stack has flipped to flower: CANNA Aqua Flores A+B at 3 ml/l each, CalMag Agent at 0.9 ml/l, Aptus Regulator at 0.1 ml/l, and Plagron Green Sensation now in at 0.5 ml/l to support the bulk phase.
