I’m not sure since this is my first grow but the young ladies seem to be doing fine and growing daily. Today is day 7 from sprouting and they are forming new nodes. Both plants look similar but the Jack Herer is slightly taller. 🙏 Hopefully they grow up healthy ... will keep you posted

DAY 42 F: Another roasting week in the grow room. Temps have been hitting 37°c still and keeping them watered has been a battle. The water has been taken up instantly and they had built up a little too much nute in the soil. We have a major yellowing of 2 of the middle row plants ( mango x mimosa fast bud cream cookie) They are still building buds but you can see the effort is taking them without the green for photosynthesis. Hopefully they will be fixable over the coming days. The Banana mash are doing well and even with the heat issues , still bud building. They have shaggy looking buds at present but I am confident they will become more solid soon and swell more. They have a pungent banana hit now and they are so tacky to touch too. The mutant #4 has really spread put at the back of the middle row and is producing some nice looking buds too. Purple Monkey continue to make me drool when I handle them and the buds up close look so edible. With their sweet candy smell and pinky/reds , i cant wai to try these out. They are just pushing their second pistil flush so should swell nicely over the next week or so. The heat has not bothered these at all it seems and keeping them nice and areated to avoid mould being able to form has been this weeks task. All fed and watered for the day now . 7/9/29 día 1 de floración Esto arranca amigos, por desgracia lo hace con unas temperaturas altísimas, con maximas de incluso 32 grados debido a la ola de calor que estamos sufriendo. Ya hemos montado el sistema de riego y lo hemos preogramado para regar durante 1min cada 4h durante el día. La solución la hemos preparado con los productos Cyco arriba descritos, con una ec de 1 y un ph de 6,1. Por otro lado nuestro jardín. Esta iluminado por 4 barras led 100w de solux, y un lec solux de 630w aunque por el momento está a 315w debido a las altas temperaturas. Para empezar la floración lo hacemos con una defoliación y una poda de ramas bajas. Estaremos atentos a cambios en las pequeñas para intentar mantener en cada momento la alimentación adecuada, sin carencia y sin excesos. No te lo pierdas!! 9/9/20 día 3 de floración Buenas, nuestras pequeñas se aclimatan bien a la nueva alimentación y a su nuevo medio. Aumentamos la ec del tanke a 1,1ec y seguimos manteniendo el ph a 6,1. Por otro lado las temperaturas parece que disminuyen por lo que pasamos el lec de 315w a 415w, manteniendo así unas temperaturas diurnas de entre 26 y 27 grados. Esperemos que continúen descendiendo hasta poder mantener las temperaturas a 23 grados durante todo el día. La humedad ronda el 40% y estaremos atentos para que no suba de ahí. Well shit..... Here is a reminder for everyone out there, calibrate your pH monitoring equipment on its recommended schedule! Of all the things to forget about. Sigh. My pH has been out of whack, looks like it was far to low and I have been effectively starving the plants of phosphorus. At least is what the leaves are starting to show, a definite deficiency. It was hard to see on the right plant at first as the purple hit the spots rather well. They just started turning necrotic in places. It really jumped out on the left plant and was easier to spot. It was reading 6.1 but was more like 5.2 Lesson learned, stay on top of that pH. I think it is time to retire these old Milwaukee MC120's in favor of some newer models. I could just replace the probes and double down on the calibration but I've had these things for nearly ten years now. I think sitting in that moderately humid environment has taken its toll on the internals. They aren't exactly made well. Oh well, these won't end up looking perfectly pretty in the end I guess. Given that I already wasn't to happy with the pheno, I'm not expecting much from these plants now.

10/27/2025 - Day 63 Short Facts: - 45cm tall - VPD @ 1.2 - Light @ 60% - Showing very small flowers ----------------------------------------------------- It doesn’t look like there’s going to be a big stretch. She’s staying smaller and more compact than the Papayton. I defoliated her a little bit and tried to remove a few of the very small branches, but she’s just too compact, so it wasn’t that easy. I decided to stop for now. She grows as she grows. 😎 I can’t change much about it, so I’ll just let her do her thing. Honestly, apart from being smaller and very compact, there are zero problems. Everything else is perfectly fine. Nothing more to report this week, except that I decided not to switch the normal Blumats to the Blumat Maxi anymore. Instead, I’m watering from the bottom occasionally whenever the Blumat Digital Pro shows a high value, meaning the soil moisture is getting too low.

Day 39 to 46 of flower Basically the girls are on autopilot, with the autopots and Gaia green there really isn't much to do, both methods are super user friendly and the basic needs that need to be meet are just ph water in the reservoir every couple days and then watch them stack buds on top of buds...Occasionally I move a branch over to another square in the net to make room but Basically after the last top feeding it's just watch and weight, pun intended....

Esta es mi primer planta que cosechó con éxito, y estoy muy feliz con mi resultado final 😄 obtuve una muy buena cantidad de flores premium con alrededor de 15% de thc (desde mi punto de vista claro 😅) Tuve algunos problemas durante el cultivo, principalmente que deje que se estirara mucho, debi hacerle LST a la punta principal para que no siguiera aumentando la altura y tener más flores del mismo tamaño, las flores más bajas quedaron chicas y les faltó madurar un poco, también tuve problemas de sobrefertilizacion aun a pesar de que seguí las instituciones de los fertilizantes y de sus indicaciones que me dieron los de servicio al cliente, incluso ya teniendo en cuenta eso siempre use la menos de la dosis de la base ya hasta que crecieron más le fui aumentando, igual creo que es muy cierto lo que dicen de que “menos es más” a la próxima empezaré usando muy pocos nutrientes, aparte creo que si hubiera usado unos leds más potentes, las plantas hubieran aprovechado más los nutrientes, pero igual me sirvió de experiencia, pienso cultivar de nuevo esta genética y sacarle más provecho. Muy recomendada 👌🏻😁

Room setup rundown, examples of bud, et al in pictures... Seedlings/Clones lights - Viparspectra XS1500. Vege lights - Mars Hydro FC-4800 Flower Lights - 650w 3400K 1900umol/s PAR, (3) 226w DIY 2900K 630umol/s PAR (678w and 1890umol/s), Substrate - 50/50 sphagnum peat moss and vermiculite in 5-gallon pots Climate Control - Luckily, the lights, winter and normal furnace use all equate to a decent temperature, though a bit on colder side in in vege phase, sadly. Humidifier is needed early and later a dehumidifier is needed when canopy develops. I only grow in the winter months. Irrigation - do not use the emitters in this diary. They suck a big fat dick to skip a line to suck a bigger dick. They come in different shapes, too. Basic process The little light takes care of seedlings in 2.5" wide seedling pots until first up-pot. The 1-gallon pots fit well under the FC4800 in a 4x4 tent until day 21 after sprout. I plant 150% or more of what i need, so i can kill the weak without concern. The goal is for every plant that makes it to the 5-gallon up-pot being capable of producing a minimum of 160 grams with a maximum of a 35-40 day vegetative phase. Third up-pot is into 5-gallon nursery pots and now under the 3 DIY lights and the 650W light in the big tent for a couple more weeks of vege. An irrigation system in the big tent saves a lot of time. One scrog for training and another for support, just in case. Reverting back to a more systematic approach to canopy composition moving forward. About 2.3 colas per sq ft and 8 primary colas per plant. Yields were similar when over-crowding and being less systematic, but the proportion of less dense nugs is greater and trim time is needlessly elevated because of that fact. I was very controlling about this the first couple years but got away from it for far too long at this point. Drying / Curing - Into mesh racks for 9 days. I wet trim and cut down to similarly sized buds for even drying. Temps are controlled around 68F and RH is set to 60%. Then into some 5-gallon buckets with gamma seal lids and (3) 2-way 67g boveda humidipaks (58% or 62%) in each bucket - 1 at bottom, 2 at top. Temp/RH probe confirms that they hold the RH steady at 60-63%. Cost - 0.33 cents (USD) per gram produced. This includes an accelerated depreciation expense for all equipment used, fertilizer, water, electricity for all equipment used, new filters and other yearly purchases - bti, ph strips, sticky traps, etc. I'm a finance guy, so these numbers are comprehensively accurate and purposely err slightly on high side of cost. The only facet not included is the cost of my labor.

There was a visible attack this week. The temperature is between 25-27, the humidity varies between 60-65. There was a slow development due to excessive irrigation and I could not do LST due to the distance of the room to me. I am planning to fall leaves next week.

17/09 - PH dropped overnight. Bumped back up to 5.8. EC 1.2, water level dropping. Might top off with higher nute dose tomorrow. D10 since pistills. Dehumidifer should be arriving early next week. 18/09 - PH dropped slightly overnight, EC considerably. Topped off with nute water at standard ratio but with added 3ml of calmag. PH now around 6, EC 1.2ish. 19/09 - PH stable at 6.0. EC 1.17, water level dropping. Was worried about last night, but she perked back up again this morning. Defoliated 15 leaves or so and noticed a branch with a wilting top. Going to keep an eye, but dont really want to chop at this stage unless absolutely neccessary. 20/09 - PH dropped to 5.9, EC to 1.07 morning, 5.8, .97 evening. Water level continues to drop. Leaves on problematic branch further wilted, but branch is strong. Chopped wilting leaves to see what happens. Defoliated 20 or so problematic leaves. Trying to gradually open her up a bit but avoiding stems so she doesnt get a nasty shock once the stretch finishes. 21/09 - Res top up at standard ratio with 3ml calmag. Roughly 10l drank over 3 days. PH now around 6, EC 1.1ish. Dehumidifer now running outside the tent, but humidity is still around 70%. Contuning to defoliate around 15 leaves a day where theyre clumping / blocking sites.
