Start of Week 8

* ************** Week 5 - May 9 to 15, 2020 - Days 29 to 35 from germination **************** * Nice growth week. Notice some brown spotting early in week. I felt that I could get the pH in line with feeding at 5.0 last week but it didn’t work. Flushed her early on as the pH was over 7.0 when testing the run off. On Sunday she was given a 43L flush to bring her down from the 7.2 she was found to be at. After the 43L she came down to 220ppm and 6.3pH. Going in was 60ppm and 4.4pH, used bottled water. Environment being kept over 60% has been a struggle some days but its coming. Still dialing in some of the light intensity this week by raising and lowering. One of the downsides to multiple strains in one environment but its good👌 Little more detail....... May 9/20 - Day 29 - 2L feed - CalMag, Piranha, VooDoo, Rezin, Liquid Weight @ 1ml, Massive, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml/L - 1000ppm and 5.1pH going in. - Runoff numbers 530ppm and 7.2pH....too high - She was falling asleep a little early so I decreased the light intensity. - She is showing some signs of brown spotting - Tight node spacing.....see how stretch goes. May 10/20 - Day 30 - need some run off numbers as things are funky. - Flushing hard today - 43L flush going in over roughly half hour. 60ppm and 4.0pH - run off numbers were 220ppm and 6.3pH. - back in line.....keep the feeds light. May 11/20 - Day 31 - 1.5L feed - VeloKelp, Rezin, Liquid Weight @ 1ml, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml - 900ppm and 4.3pH - She is falling asleep too soon. Roughly 2 hours early - Root mass still a little small and she cant take the nutrients quick enough?? May 12/20 - Day 32 - dry out day - let her be......as they say😀 May 13/20 - Day 33 - she likes it dry so.....give her another👊 - again.....let her be right now and let her grow May 14/20 - Day 34 - 4L feed - Rhino, CalMag @ 1ml, Rezin @ 2ml, Liquid Weight, Dual Fuel @ 1.5ml, Massive @ 3ml = 1075ppm and 5.3pH - run off numbers 575ppm and 6.6pH. - feel she is a little thick down low. Removed leaves in closer to main stem. - she is close to LST for the side branching. May 15/20 - Day 35 - dry out day - she has definitely started flower this week. - she is happy but not 100% tips up......keep working on the environment. Week 5 wrapped and on to week 6 now. She is one of the large girls in the grow and doing well. Big leaves and taking the nutrients well!!

Hello growmies! Welcome to week four of An Epsilon Adventure! The girls are already transitioning into flower, I will get some photos of that later in the week. Daily Updates: ### Week 4 Day 1 11:00 16/7 Removed some lower growth. ### Week 4 Day 2 23:00 17/7 Tallest plants were showing signs of heat stress so I have raised the light about 30cm more. Unfortunately this now means the lower plants aren't getting as much light as they could, so I have put the cycle back to 20h (I may even increase it). ### Week 4 Day 3 14:00 18/7 Photographed. ### Week 4 Day 3 19:00 18/7 Fertigated 2l. Okay these girls are now starting to concern me a little on the basis that they are supposed to grow to "50-70cm". At just over 3 weeks old the shortest of these girls is 53cm, the tallest (plant 3) is now 76cm tall. The worrying thing is they do not at all look like they are slowing down and as they are just pre-flowering now, the flowering stretch hasn't even started. So I need some genuine advice here now: Do I keep the faith and hope that they don't exceed the space I have? Do I top or super crop them now? These ladies are beastly, at the end of the week I am going to take some individual videos and more photos to really try and capture how magnificently well these girls are doing. I think I may be in the process of growing the biggest Epsilon F1's so far? Exciting to find out! ### Week 4 Day 4 21:00 19/7 James has assured me they wont go much more than 85 so I am not going to mess with them. They are due a defoliation at the end of this week though. Measured each plant as follows: Plant 1: 81cm Plant 2: 75cm Plant 3: 80cm Plant 4: 67cm Plant 5: 59cm Plant 6: 58cm Might photograph later or leave until tomorrow. ### Week 4 Day 5 10:00 20/7 Photographed and measured. Plant 1: 85cm Plant 2: 79cm Plant 3: 81cm Plant 4: 71cm Plant 5: 63cm Plant 6: 63cm So they've all grown about 4cm in about 13 hours, except plant 3 - which seems to have slowed down a lot. The top of plant 3 is also the most advanced looking in terms of pistils. I forgot to take close ups of the preflowers I will do that tomorrow. I have had to raise the light again today and it is now much further away than the younger plants than I would like. So I am thinking about adding a 300w LED into my 4x4. I have another 3 inches I can raise the light on the hangers, after that I can removed the adjustable handers and tie it to the top of the tent... that'll gain me another 4 or 5 inches. If I need to go higher my only option would be to set them up without the tent which is not an option right now. Hopefully they all just stop getting taller now and focus on flowering... but my gut tells me there's more growth to come. Watch this space! ### Week 4 Day 6 15:00 21/7 Measured. This strain averages 50-70cm in height. We have six plants here and every one of them is taller than the average... but would you just look at plant 1? She is a giant! 102cm!! Where will she stop? Next week will see the full transition to flower and we will start to see the bud sites developing. I have no idea at this point what the heights will look like at the end of next week. So now, we are in week 4 (day22) and most of the plants start showing more and more stamps / pistols, I decided to slowly switch my nutrition scheme. From now on I will reduce nitrogen, giving them half the amount biogrow and to support the their blooming and maintain / elevate ec add biobloom and topmax. Some lower leaves had been taken off, I will see how much they are going to stretch and then decide, where and how many leaves I will take of. Also, depending on the development especially in height I will decide what to do with the lower parts..... Not sure yet Wether to cut them off or keep them. If they stay small I will let them there, if they gain at least 100% height, what I dont think, then I will check Wether it's better to chop them... Another thing I have changed is light intensity. I am using 75% now basically and if weather allows, I go to 100%. I could sit there and watch them grow all day........ Is anyone else fantasizing about growing 100plus strains at a time????

Ich habe leider die Mimosa Cake und NL tauchen müssen weil das Substrat zu trocken war und ich grade in der wichtigsten Phase ein anständiges feuchtes Substrat habe ohne Salz ansammelung am Topf Boden. Die Hitze macht an sich keine Probleme mehr dafür aber mittlerweile die Luftfeuchtigkeit und zwar von draußen wenn das Licht für 6std. Ausgeht mittags um 12uhr-18uhr herrscht oft eine Luftfeuchtigkeit von 50-60% aber ansonsten so 45%-50% RLF. Hab nur PK13/14 zusätzlich verwendet und den booster 1ml erhöht. Ansonsten bin ich wirklich zufrieden und stolz auf meine 3 Autoflower:)💚💜🍀🏻

F week 8.

We had a good bit of strong wind and rain at he beginning of this week. One of the plants was blown sideways. This week has been hotter but he plants seem to be loving it. I was a little surprised that I had to start feeding these. I'm thinking the nutes were leached out by rain. I found out my ph wasn't as much of an issue as I first suspected. The problem was lack of iron. I added an organic iron supplement and it cleared up the yellowing. It also ph'd my nutrient solution to 6. The tops I took and attempted to clone didn't clone. It was a fun experiment though. Overall a great week. I expect to see some pistils next week.

Everything looks good, and the flowers are becoming increasingly dense. A slight potassium deficiency is starting to appear.

First attempt at supercropping on D1, stressful but didn’t turn out too bad 😂 D1 starting to preflower despite the days getting longer - and yes I’m sure it’s not an auto Both are growing rigorously

OMG!! Holy Smoke strains are just next level beast's. The amount of stretching I've had to deal with in just the 1st 2 weeks of Flower is fucking unreal. Haven't seen it with any other strains from other seedbanks..... So far only HOLY SMOKE 👍🏾🍓😎

Transplanted in the afternoon of 10/23 because they were rooting out of the pucks. Got some humidity dome cups coming tomorrow and another inline fan to handle intake to try to dial in things a bit more. Growing well as the week ends, #1 is the big guy so far, growing really well.
