2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP: This round I have decided to grow the BANANA KRUMBLE from GREENHOUSE SEEDS. It is a cross of Banana Punch with the original OG-Kush and said to have a very strong effect, which makes it a good medicine against my chronic backpain! In the catalogue description of Greenhouse it says the buds grow compact with big colas and get a purple coloration. Since I LOVE PURPLE VARIETIES OF CANNABIS I decided to give this strain a go. 😃 I planned on doing 4 plants in a SCROG (=screen of green) with longer veg time to train the plants into my trellies, but all 10 seeds germinated well and grew into healthy seedlings, so I decided to keep 8 instead of 4 plants and do 2 plants per pot --> hence the title of the diary: 2 GIRLS IN 1 CUP ... 😉😜 In my HOMEBOX Ambient R120 growtent I use four 20 liter pots filled with soil amended with BIO TABS nutrient tablets (3 tablets per 20 liter container plus 100 gram Startrex, 6 gram Mycotrex, 2 gram Bacterex) and watered it with Orgatrex (5 ml/liter water). The Bio TABS nutrients are VERY CONVENIENT, after amending the soil I only need to give pure tab-water for the rest of the cycle, which saves me a lot of time. Since the soil is self-regulating with BIO TABS I als do NOT need to measure the ph- or EC-value of my water and adjust the ph-value. No mattter what, pure tab-water is all thats needed from now on...yiiippie. During veg. (4 weeks after germination) I use two SANlight Q4W-Gen.2 LED lamps, which are dimmed to 40% (=no green light on dimmer ON) for the first to weeks and then increased to 60% (week 3) and then to 80% (week 4). At the beginning of flowering I add one Q3WL-Gen.2 in the center of my tent and increase the dimming slowly from 40% to 80% over the next few week. The spectrum and the light intensity of the SANlight LEDs are OUTSTANDING and PERFECT FOR GROWING CANNABIS! Unfortunately I didnt take any pics before week 12, therefore I described the setup here. Now in week 12 (=week 8 of flowering) all 8 plants have developed HUGE colas, which are GLISTENING with TRICHOMES and already show a BEAUTIFUL purple coloration. 😍 You can see an nice overview in the video above. The plants have a sweet smell (like cinnamon with banana) with a gassy and fuelly undertone from the Kush...simply DELICIOUS!

She seems to be recovering from the water log roots…after she dries out I will feed her some fish fertilizer…in case this is a nitrogen issue.

But for those who love the details, the full spread of pictures is right here, as always. t this point in flower, the girls are not eating — they’re just drinking clean water with nothing but System Clean in the reservoir, at a rate of 0.25 ml per liter. This is part of a gentle, prolonged flush phase I like to implement, giving the plants a chance to metabolize and fade naturally. The goal is to promote clean, vibrant flowers that finish with optimal expression, without rushing the process. No forced flush, just time and care. Lighting-wise, the spectrum has been tuned with precision — we’re currently running 40% on the whites, with reds and UVs at 100% to drive trichome development, resin production, and color expression in these final days. The plants are loving it — they’re soaking in the deeper wavelengths that signal the end of their life cycle and responding with a final push of energy. And yes — we’ve been running 11 hours of light and 13 hours of darkness from the very start of flower. It’s not the usual 12/12, and it comes with its pros and cons. On the upside, it helps speed up ripening slightly, encourages more compact flower formation, and mimics the natural seasonal decline in daylight. On the flip side, it slightly reduces the overall DLI (daily light integral), so you need to ensure your PPFD and spectrum are dialed in just right to avoid sacrificing yield. Man I’m jus at amazed the ladies are doing great. I thought for sure if it wast the heat or the humidity I would not be getting the results I’m seeing these ladies have been put to the rest environmentally. They’ve dealt with some pretty extreme conditions at times but I’ve been pretty good at catching and controlling what I can ........so far so good. I’m guessing the black cream has another week maybe more really want her to fatten up some more and finish out strong her leaves are fading so she’s depleting her nutrients which means better smoke 💨 The Green Poison is turning out to be the Auto I said she was ..... a fucking beast 🗣️...she has about a good 3 or 4 weeks left to go and she’s already trichomed out And smells like a lemon diesel... Wish I had more space but shid gotta play the hand your dealt Loving the ladies though hoping we can finish out strong

The weather was great this week!😁 maybe sometimes a bit to hot. Started with Cannazym because the plants where getting to much rain sometimes when I didn't see it coming. The conditions are an average of this week.

Day 57: Welcome to week 9. I defoliated a bit again. Nothin else to do today. Day 58: Nothing to do today. This week I aim for a VPD of 1.1 kPa. Day 59: Time to upgrade. The new AC Infinity S22 has arrived. Now there are 2 of them and both should support her pretty well. Let’s see, how she will finish. Day 60: With the second light in the tent, the temperature is quite high and around 25° C and I was not able to get the humidity to 60 % because the fan was running to fast and I don't want to use a humidifier in the flowering phase. So I decided to raise the temperature and humidity max levels. Let's see, how she likes this and what the avg. VPD will be at the end of the week. Day 61: Nothing to do today. Day 62: I removed some fan leafs. Also I noticed some days before, that she needs a bit more nutrients, so I added a bit more today to the reservoir. Maybe she has a bit of light stress. 2 of the S22 and at the nearest point only 20 cm is maybe a bit too much. So I lowered them to 80%. I hope that helps in addition. Day 63: Last day of the week. I hope lowering the LED to 80% helps her during the next week. It looks like light stress. The defoliation continues and continues. Buds are starting to pack on some weight. Had to start using twist ties to hold up some of the bigger buds. Still giving the bembe on water only days. Everything is progressing nicely

Week 6 she’s looking great! Put on a lot of weight in the last week, buds are looking nice and fat. Main colas are big and the bottoms look like nice golf ball sized nugs. Not a veteran so I don’t know for sure but the node spacing is looking pretty good to me. Got a very nice gassy vanilla smell going on and i get hit with it when i open the tent 🤩 Still on Athena bloom for a couple waterings then switching to fade. Next big purchase is a fancy camera lol Drop a follow!

They seem to have stopped stretching and are now focusing on the buds. Very odd coloration happening on the leaves of the left plant. I'm thinking it's either a calcium deficiency or a manganese deficiency. Either way the buds are developing nicely still. Right is looking great right now, save for a few spider mites I had to squish earlier last week. Nice and frosty at 5th week of flower. If all goes well with both of these girls, I'll be harvesting them at the end of January. I'll definitely give them a bud washing b/c I found mites. Update 1/2/22: okay I've got a few notes to make on the progress as a whole. So after topping right, it seems like she started producing flowering hormones right after. While left focused on stretching for like a week more. Right has fat, compact and frosty buds- shaped like golf balls. Left has spire-shaped buds, not AS dense(still dense though, mind you), and less frost. So I'm thinking left is staggered behind right by about a week. Since this is week 5, we'll be able to tell just how far ahead she is by week 8.

70 Days have passed since I started this diary 😏. Its week 10 and she has reached max level. I've started flushing 3 days back and gonna continue till the end of next week. Gonna give her a trim soon so the the sun can shine on those smaller buds for just a while. Time goes so fast :)

Very easy strain to grow. I grew the White Critical Express previous to this grow, I really liked it and wanted to try growing an Autoflower so I went for the Critical 2.0 and it was worth the grow.

12/8 Soil still damp from last water, nutrients today or tomorrow, bottom leaves are yellowing, trichomes are forming on colas. 12/10 Fed nutrients today she got enough water for runoff, top inch soil was dry and she just looked hungry as hell, looking to defoilate the yellow leaves pictured, 26 inches today, top cola is 5 inches from light other colas are at least 10 inches from light, now i know why people LST!!! Next grow for sure. seeing some yellow tips on the top fan leaves.. nothing major, but understandably so. 12/13 watered today not too much but top soil was dry, more defoliation of yellow fan leaves, temps and humidity are back up, she smells like skunk so far, hard to describe, definitely getting chunky and filling up the main cola👍 12/14 high humidity 90%, leaves are looking glossy, more defoliation of bottom fan leaves

I really waited long to cut away the last leave as I thought it would maybe help the plant to still grow a little, but no no, she didn’t grow much more.

Stardog room it is looking pretty good and is thriving. Hopefully get the results we asking for. Aya room up to now is giving pretty impressive results and it looks like they like the enviroment even tho its not fully equiped. After adding the c4 neet to celan the insides a little bit more and see how it will react.

So like I said the next round will be a 10th planet singel round. Next time with a better irrigation. Just waiting to see the full potecial. Easy to grow, responds well to LST and topping. THX Ethos for this wonderfull girl.
