Day 35: Another week passes for these ladies who have been stacking up the buds and turning some nice pistils out to add to their bulk and appearance. FFT#1 Has kept her small stature status but has some very nice smelling sweet buds to play with . I have been under watering these girls I think so have upped their moisture levels a little. They have responded fairly well and look a little more perky for it. FFT#5 is continuing to impress and putting out some beautiful fat looking colas full of oil when gently squeezed. She is a thirsty girl and absorbs so much of the water very quickly. Her base and stems are very thick and hardy now so she still has a lot of load bearing to do hopefully . FFT#7 Is still out there in front for overall production of buds and mains. Her base is a huge wedge of green and would support my weight I think. lol Another of the hungry girls that drinks everything i throw at her. All of the FFT testers are so impressive here on GD . I look forward to the harvest which I think will be around day 50 , so not long to go before I can begin to guess who we have in the house ?????. have fun Growmies. Here in week 5 she starting to produce little Budlets she's moving fast I'll reamend the soil with some Earth Juice dry nutrients for bloom she gets worm castings Cal Mag and hybrix molasses once a week during this week I'll also drop the light to 20 inches

This is the first week of flowering. I've changed the nutes from veg to flowering. The plants look incredible! I had to raise the LEDs to 100 centimetres from the plant again, because I've noticed that they get too much light. This week I have a new family member, her name is Sarracenia. She will help me to get rid of gnats. This will be an experiment, I'll add some more carnivorous plants in the future updates!

Day 21 of the Auto Fractal on this plant will not do topping as she stayed a bit short for now but will do LST.This week will add more the ppm as soon they start flowering.

Hey everyone 😃. This week she has done great 👍. It was done again on all the drifted topping and sprayed one last time with neem oil so that the last trips are finally gone 😁. We haven't had any pests for so many years and all of a sudden we have such little shit parts 😅. This week it was poured twice with 1.2 l of water. GHSC enhancer was added during a pouring (1 g per l) The tent was cleaned every day this week and the plants were checked for health. The humidifier is filled once a day. Next week I will decide how I will continue the training because I have space again in the flower tent 😀. This week I'll decide whether it goes straight into the flower tent or is pruned again. Welcome to week 6 of my Sour Betty by Anesia Seeds diary Plant looks good, we had a bit of moisture (rh) problem, but opening some holes in the tent fixed it ;) Strong sidebranches which seem difficult to lst, maybe i will have to apply some hst, time will tell... Hope you like the footage ;)

To get higher temperatures I placed the growbox near the radiator, dimmer still at 25%, boiled tap water also this week, this guaranteed me an ideal for the beginning, from now on I will use mountain water which will allow me to use less fertilizer.

Overall, I am extremely happy with the genetics of the Auto Euforia and the general success of the grow. I always like to reflect on mistakes I have made, so let me lay them out here: I overlit the plant during veg, contributing to it's bushy nature. It grew well but this would be a waste of electricity if I was growing more commercially. During the last week of flower, my region of Ontario was hit with tons of rain and humidity. I took some steps to increase circulation of dehumidified air, but lowering 95rh to 65-70rh is still insufficient and I lost some control of the environment. The awful result was the start of mold in some select areas, particularly in the fattest buds and where leaves were cut away and petioles remained. This issue is not due to Dutch Passions great genetics, and is entirely due to a combination of an unseasonable environment and my own overconfidence. This mold was never clearly apparent on the outside of the buds, but I found it will trichomes scouting under magnification. This forced me to speed up the harvest and drying process. It also means that I have had to carefully grade the buds into those safe for smoking and vaping, those mold free but needing a second examination (will be rosin pressed), and those close enough to spots of mold to be only for for edibles. Any moldy bud was of course cut away and will be disposed of. Nevertheless, I have many ounces of fantastic buds, and will be making some nice pressed rosin based 510 cartridges. I will edit the harvest post with more information after the cure, and showing the various processing I will be doing. Happy growing! 🌱
