week 7 going good!

I just completed my 8th week since the flip, so I flushed each of these girls by running about 2 gal of water through each. I got the PPM down into the 200s, which is about normal for my hard water. They are all displaying some nice big buds, which smell of sweet coffee.

Let’s Go Day 52 of 🌺!! At 101 days old , these girls are looking an smelling oh so amazing! 2 of the Pre 98 Bubbas and both Dirtyblondes started getting flush on Saturday, so they will continue flush the rest of the time for 12 days an they will be ready for 48 hrs of darkness. While the 2 other Pr 98 Bubbas will remain on same feeding through rest of this week a most likely start getting flush by next week!! I skipped a week sorry y’all! Anyways man this blueberry muffin is a masterpiece… I think next year I will be growing this baby In a 20gallon pot want to be able to stock up lol.. she has loved everything I’ve given her and I think she could take more if I have it but she doing just fine so no need to add more to her. Starting to smell yummy definitely not a typical cannabis smell it’s very pleasant ( although there is nothing like the smell of some skunk! ) and the buds are filling out very good. After checking out a few post on her I haven’t seen any massive buds but some small perfect ones so maybe I’ll get some them heavy colas. But anyways still Dealing with spider mites but they’ve slowed down a lot still every now and then hitting them with keen oil when I start to see them pop up. Probably going to be removing heavy grow nutes and blast more bloom and boosters. Anyways thanks for checking me out I know I ramble Peace,love and grow my friends!

Starting off week 8 pretty solid. High Tide amendment from Commonwealth Canna has really helped the plants out. Added a 4 foot stake to the tallest plant. Pound Cake does not need much nutrients. My tips were burned as a result of too much Humic Acid in weeks 3-4. You and learn. Besides for that issue, they are rolling alone very nicely.

Basically I'm taking this as new hobby. I don't smoke but since I was 16 that I wanted to embrace a grow project. 18 years later, decided to get my hands to the work, bearing in mind that it should be as simple as possible. Ordered 3 easy bud seeds, germinated all 3, only 2 survived on the soil, mostly because of my technique. For me, it's all about learning so I did some experiences. 3 different soils, 3 different planting techniques and this is the result so far. The one that died, was due muddy soil, so she drown. No oxygen. Started this project with a simple indoor greenhouse, 160x40x60cm size, 2 daylight lamps 11 watts, 6300 kelvin and roughly 700 lumen each, 1 usb cooling fan. Distance from the lamps to the seeds +20 centimetres, which you can see on day 3, we had a lot of stretching (video). Nevertheless, started to see some life!!! Decided to take the project more seriously. We are now on the day 4, with a new setup. Adequate soil, carefully buried both plants in bigger vases and new lights. 4 cfl lamps, 1297 lumen, 97 watts and 6300 kelvin. I was about to buy the cfl pure light lamp 125 watts but found these cfl's at leroy merlin. I wanted to keep this low budget/experimental project as much as possible, therefore after doing some calculations I found that with these 4 lamps I would roughly get the same lumens and watts I would get with the pure light lamp. I think they have finished stretching as their starting to produce bud sites, so hopefully they stay around this size as it’s the sweet spot for me, not too small but not huge trees, their still just under 1m tall.

So this was a simple going grow!!! It’s strange how the hot so big under the light! I had one blue cheese under the same light and tent and it was way smaller!! Anyway 1 of these has come out perfect very happy the other two I’m not to sure the hairs were still pointing up but I really don’t have the time to have them going another week there already over the time they was supposed to be done but yeah I’d say out of 10 I’d rate this blue cheese growing experience a 6 out of 10 hopefully this improves when it’s dry!!!

I will be focusing this diary on the smoothie strain but you’ll be seeing some other plants in the tent that are not the same strain. I only have room in this tent so bare with me. There are 2 Smoothie, 1 CNC, and 1 Stardawg (dog). The smoothie are the two bigger ones in the back of the tent. Now, the Smoothie from FastBuds is just killin it right now. Since I popped the beans they have done nothing but show signs of greatness. I don’t think this one is gonna slow down much either. I’m going to push these plants harder than my last harvest. I had a really really amazing harvest last time. I was even able to pull sap out of all 4 plants. 2 Zkittles and 2 LSD-25. This was all done by feeding at the right times and keeping a “moist” soil. Also I want add that I ran pretty much the entire line of Nectar for the Gods at a little less then the recommended ratios. This time I plan on going a tiny bit over the recommended ratios just to see what these plants will do. Trust me, if the plants have a bad response I will go back to the recommended ratios. The reason I want to do this is because I really think these auto strains can handle a lot more than a regular flowering cycle plant would. They can handle more stress, that’s for sure. When do you think I should add a compost tea into my regimen? Soon or wait till the plant is a little larger?

Wk 5 was Steady Away, Explosive growth starting, Transplanted one from aero to coco and added Began the Scrog As you may have noticed, I Expanded the garden to give the coco girls some more room. The Dawg in the aero wasn't taking well at all, she hadn't really had a good innings from the beginning. I transplanted her into the coco and Fed her very week nutes..
