Both plants make me supper happy!!

Ya estamos llegando al final. El peso de los cogollos hizo que una de las plantas termine ladeada. Esta semana ya voy a empezar con el corte. Se ve una buena cantidad y lindos cogollos. El Ph siguió bajando mucho, lo cual puede que sea debido a raices muertas dentro del caño, lo cual es común en este tipo de sistemas. Aún así las plantas están muy bien y se ve que va a haber una muy buena producción. No voy a hacer lavado, dado que varios artículos científicos denuestran que no hay ningún tipo de modificación positiva por hacerlo. De hecho en hidroponía, la falta de nutrientes durante 3 días ya empiezan a afectar negativamente al perfíl terpenico y a la masa vegetal. Ya busqué lugares de la casa donde tenga lad condiciones óptimas para el secado, así que espero lograr un secado largo y lento, de unas 2 semanas.

This is just a regular week of blooming. The plants feel really happy after all. They got almost the the full dose of Green Sensation, and blooming nutrients. Next week they will get the full dose. I am also giving them a little bit more water with the nutrients than I should, because I've noticed that these plants are really sensitive to overfeeding. They need less nutrients than the rest of my plants before.

Week 11: Final Countdown Light Mold Issues: Despite careful management, I encountered some light mold issues on both plants. Fortunately, I discovered the mold spots early and was able to remove them without significant losses. This underscores the importance of vigilance during these final weeks. Tangie: Tangie’s buds continue to swell and mature beautifully. The aroma of fresh orange peels is more pronounced, and the smell is fantastic. While not as frosty with resin as Gorilla Cookies, Tangie makes up for it with her delightful scent. Currently, about 20% of the trichomes are still clear, with the rest turning cloudy. I'm aiming for all cloudy and very few amber trichomes to achieve an uplifting effect. Tangie will receive one more feeding with Finalpart before starting the flushing process. Gorilla Cookies: For Gorilla Cookies, I plan to feed her with Finalpart only one more time, and then it’s flushing time. The trichomes are mostly cloudy, with no amber trichomes yet. Unlike Tangie, Gorilla Cookies is covered in resin, with a strong skunky aroma that intensifies daily. Pest Management and Plant Health: The sticky traps have been effective in keeping thrips at bay, and there have been no new issues with aphids. Overall, both plants appear healthy and vibrant, showing no signs of stress as they approach harvest. Environmental Conditions: The weather remains hot but humid. While the plants are receiving less light on the balcony compared to the garden, this hasn’t significantly affected the ripening process. Having them on the balcony makes it much easier to monitor them daily, reducing the risk of mildew and significant losses. Final Thoughts: As harvest time approaches, I'm excited for the final results. Everything is prepared for harvest, and the weather will stay perfect for the last few days. I plan to give the plants as much time as needed to reach their full potential. Update 08.08 During my morning inspection, I found mildew on both plants. For the Gorilla Cookies, I had to remove some larger mold spots inside the buds. I carefully disassembled parts of the plant to ensure I didn’t miss any mold and ultimately decided to harvest it. Although I couldn’t let it fully ripen as planned, the trichomes were about 90% cloudy and 10% clear. That most be good enough. For Tangie, the compact and bushy growth led to some mold issues. I took the largest colas off and gave them a thorough inspection to make sure no mold was left behind. So far, I've harvested about 70% of the plant. Since most of the pistils on the remaining parts are still white, I'm giving them a bit more time to mature. I'll keep feeding with Finalpart at a slightly lower dosage and see if we can squeeze out a bit more potential from these final buds! Update 12.08: Final Countdown We’re almost there! Most of the trichomes are now cloudy, with a few amber ones starting to show up on the top buds—signaling that she’s nearly ready for harvest. Today, I gave her the final dose of Finalpart. I’m convinced that Finalpart has made a significant impact, boosting resin production and speeding up the ripening process. The buds are looking absolutely fantastic. Once the coco dries out, I’ll give her a thorough flush to eliminate any remaining minerals from the grow medium. I’m optimistic that this will further enhance the aroma and flavor, making the final product even more exceptional. *WEEK 1 DAY 6 OF FLOWER* Flipped the light to 12/12 6days ago and started scrogging I also gave her quite a huge defol 5days after the switch for better light penetration and airflow, for the first week everday ill be checking on the canopy any tops that are growing too tall compared to others will be trained underneath the scrog net, resulting in even light penetration throughout the whole canopy giving lower buds better light and of course the main reason - keeping the plants small :) started to implement the boost additives to boost K intake and i have also added a exhale co2 bag above the canopy to hopefully boost the co2 levels and promote faster, better growth! the deficiency i mentioned in the last week of veg, is not looking to get worse or worsening hmmmm strange effected leaves have been removed and overall she looks great! i dont wanna get to ahead of myself yet! as we still have a long way to go, but for my first run as from up to know i am pretty happy with myself and the growth of plant, i see so many growers with basic and even really bad deficiencys/diseases from early growth! even throughout there whole growth cycle... yes i have noticed a few weird things throughout the cycle but nothing extreme no NPK deficiencys so i am really pleased with this run! roll on the next ;) Wish me further look guys, Lets Grow!

Today we had a lollipopping session with the "little one". I've had to give her enriched water regularly the last few days because she's been so thirsty. I'm really curious to see how she handles the training.

Es hat sich viel getan. Das Wetter war gut. Die Luftfeuchtigkeit und die Temperaturen sind teilweise extrem (40 Grad / 25 %Luftfeuchtigkeit). Die Pflanzen stört es soweit nicht. Die Auto Orange hat den Anfang gemacht. Mittlerweile (Tag 36) zeigen alle ihre Vorblüte. Die Auto Orange sind beide um die 60 cm. Die Lemon Kix sind alle sehr groß geworden. Da kratzen 2 an die 90 cm. Sie fangen auch an zu riechen. Der Wasserbedarf steigt auch. Giessen muss ich alle zwei Tage. Batboost bekommen sie bei jedem mal. Bloom wird bei jedem 2 Mal gegeben. Ein gewisses LST habe ich durchgeführt. Die Pflanzenbieger kann ich höchstens 2 Tage dran lassen. Sind sie länger dran brechen mir die Triebe am Bieger. Wahrscheinlich wäre das runter binden und am Topf befestigen die beste Option.

This week I started low stress training on all three plants to try and help grow an even canopy over the next few weeks. 🌱🌱🌱 More possible deficiencies showing on the lower fan leafs but all three plants look for the most part healthy and are still showing good growth each day developing more and more bud sites . 🙂✌️

This week has yielded positive results from the FIM And LST. I topped the internodal new branching that grew from the FIM job as well this week and the 2 extra tops are growing in response on each branching. She is now under a 4 bulb vivosun T5 6500K fixture and is responding very well to the light changes. Her stems are begging to give off terpines when rubbed. She smells of tart sweet lemons and diesel fuel haha. I am very happy about this grow and am expecting preflower to begin soon.

(Log date week 7, day 49) So this week was a mixed bag, Tuesday started off with me finding a spider web on one of the lower fan leaves on my Hulkberry plant and noticed some bite marks on some of Fat Banana. In my haste to give rid of the spider mites, i caused some minor wind damage to some of the fan leaves on Hulkberry which caused some copper spotting and a stunted Fat banana cola. After i correctly treated both plants for spider mites and wind damage, they both bounced back and started to recover quite nicely. I also noticed a difference between topping these plants at different times; i topped fat banana when it had 4 cola's but i waited until hulkberry's roots reached to the bottom of my 5gal bucket and she had 8 cola's. A BIG difference in their recovery and overall structure, where fat banana jump out the gate with explosive veg growth and hulkberry struggled for two weeks just to develop it's first set of fan leaves. To now whereas hulkberry is much bigger, greener and bushier than fat banana. Hulkberry has responded much better to the additional stress whereas fat banana has struggled or stalled due to the stressful conditions. All in all wasn't too bad of a week, except for the power going out for a couple of hours on Saturday which raised my grow-room temperature to 90f, i was able to put out a couple of fires this week without any adverse long term effects. I also topped hulkberry on the last day of the week and I'm going to continue to feed them Technfloa at the full recommended strength since they have both responded very well to last week's formula. as always my pic are in chronological order Mr. O.G.T

Con 22 dias, pasados 7 de la última poda de hojas y 22 del cambio de fotoperiodo me decidí por hacerles una nueva poda, esta algo más severa . Yemas, hojas y chupópteros de bajos. A partir de entonces solo se irán quitando muy de vez en cuando alguna hoja o algun brote o yema que pueda salir por ahí que no me guste, muy poca cosa. Me deshice de la malla, harto me tenia. La quité para la poda y luego me hizo mucha pereza volver ponerla. Prefiero menos cantidad. Esta semana explosión de tricomas
