Realized just how intense manual feeding for coco is. Takes up to 3 hours to mix the nutrients, water, and wait to empty the saucers. And I'm just doing this once a day, imagine the experienced growers feeding 3+ times a day. Definitely would be ideal to have a drip/drain system installed in the future. Pheno 2 got so lanky and heavy it fell over! A scrog and bamboo sticks would've helped a ton. Placed a peony cage to support the branches but it's hard to get it angled properly with the branches grown out. Boosted the PK again this week and halved the Bloom Nutes.

Started off week 6 off by adding 5ml of Flying Skull Z7 to reservoir and adjusted reservoir PH to 6.0. I've got the blumats nearly dialed in and keep making small adjustments every 24 hours. I am holding off a few days on the nutrients to see what the plant tells me. The clawing seems to have improved(combo of over watering and not getting runoff on hand watered nutrients I believe). When I apply nutrients going forward I will make sure there is plenty of runoff so I don't repeat the same mistakes. 😬 on day 2 I applied 1 gal of nutrients and watered until runoff. On day 3 I defoliated the bottom of my plants to improve the air flow. On day 6 I added 5ml of flying skull Z7 to the reservoir. I noticed a possible calcium deficiency on one plant so on day 7 I applied my 1 gal of nutrients with the addition of calmag and silica. Ive only used calmag once growing in coco and it burned my plants...so I assumed there was enough from my tap water and nutrients. I know this goes against all advice.. I think it finally caught up with me LOL.LIve and learn to buffer your coco. Next grow I will buy buffered coco and use a calmag product 😅 I defoliated the center of my plants to increase airflow and expose light deeper into the canopy.

So Friday will be day 70. I messed up a lot, did lst and used big pots so I'm thinking these might go 3-5 more weeks. They smelled so amazing a few times today though. First the purple punch, then the sour diesel, then the girl scout cookies, each gave off aromas one after the other a few times today. The purple punch smalls so sweet and delicious.

They're coming along nicely. 😁 Managed to get a 3rd bean to pop and I'm gonna get it rooted in soilless mix before giving her her own bucket but I'll flower them all at the same time so I'll probably just have a runt on my hands. 🤷‍♂️🏽

Having a blast sharing more content lately—I’m in the zone with editing and creating, so get ready for even more shares! 🌡️ Environmental Control and Fine-Tuning the Reservoir pH Temps this week have been holding around 27.2°C with RH at 65.2% and CO2 at 800 ppm, creating a VPD of 1.26 for ideal flower development. The lighting intensity is at 833 PPFD, and the solution in the reservoir is fine-tuned to a pH of 6.22, EC of 475, with a temp of 21.8°C. Let’s talk pH in the reservoir: it’s a dynamic process, and I’m constantly adjusting it to keep everything at the right level. The pH tends to rise throughout the week, and each day, I work it back down, fine-tuning it to keep those plants happy and balanced. Managing pH is truly a hands-on job, and it’s worth every moment. I love staying on top of it for optimal nutrient uptake—it’s all about consistent effort and keeping that perfect range dialed in. Leaf Maintenance & Selective Defoliation These leaves are HUGE and gorgeous, creating a lush canopy that’s nearly too perfect! I’ve been taking a few leaves here and there, focusing on leaves that may be blocking light from reaching lower parts of the plant. Selective defoliation at this stage is key because it opens up airflow and allows light to penetrate deep, boosting energy distribution across the whole plant. Big, healthy leaves mean we’re getting excellent photosynthesis, but a gentle, strategic defoliation can guide that energy toward those developing buds. Die zweite Woche der Blüte beginnt und das Blümchen hat sich gut entwickelt. Der Stretch hält sich in Grenzen dafür werden die Äste immer kräftiger denke mal dies Blümchen werde ich nicht viel stützen müssen.

2 of the plants are now budding, 6 are autoflowers and 2 are fast flowers. Still having some problems with bits of browning and yellowing I haven’t managed to figure it out yet. The plants have been being fed and watered as I usually do and they are still growing nicely and producing more green growth each day.
