Switched to flushing on monday morning, watered 1.5 gallons of distilled water only through the soil each morning. For those who do not believe in flushing your plants, remember in elementary school when you added dye to the water of flowers and visibly saw them change colors? Same idea. I have been checking the maturity of the resin heads closely under 60x magnifying. Turned off the lights for good on her last night (Wednesday), planning to leave her in the dark a few days (72ish hours) and then planning to harvest a few hours before the lights would have turned on. For my first indoor grow, my own custom living soil build, massive amounts of cover crops, only aact (actively aerated compost tea) with natural farming inputs, and some ferments to boot I think this is one amazing plant. Looking forward to drying her for a few weeks the splitting her in to multiple jars to test 30, 60, and 90 day curing with a 4th jar to smoke from when I get impatient.

Here is my young Gelato in her 2nd week. She looks in good shape and makes me think that she will grow well. ON 24/24h 2 fans to circulate the air inside the tent. Each on for 30 minutes then off for 1 hour. this rhythm repeats itself in a loop Heating mat Romberg 95x95cm. ON 45 minutes. OFF 30minutes. So this was a clone I took from the mother plant that had a pigment mutation. I just found the evidence that the whole plant but one half a leaf is the mutation. I thought I was feeding her heavy. I'm she has just been eating great. Drinking her little potter bone dry in 24 hours. I am really curious to see how the bud looks when it gets totally done. Everything is going great. I just keep hst the branches to keep them out of the light. Flushed and getting ready towards harvest

Thinking a week more growing, my microscope is too powerful i think pain to use saw a couple ambers but i think most are still cloudy if not see through. Should i lay off nutes this week or?

the weather is really great. she's not growing any taller. the buds are getting fatter though. she's changed to her autumnal colours in the last week. the smell is getting more intense, like lemon. she looks beautiful.

Building up! Hey pals, this week went pretty fine, she finally stopped stretching at 99cm and the lady drinks like never before. Buds are finally building up. I count to give the next weeks just plain water to flush away all the nuts she absorbed during the cycle. Smell start to be strong, but a sort of sweat and delicate smell... hmmm like a Gelato cream 😍😍😍🍨🍨🍨... Delicious... Some buds are more mature than others and the main branches are far away from being ready. I cannot wait to update this diary in the next 2 weeks and see how she get. 06/29/2022 Got my seeds today, soaking Jiffy peat pellets with bio-remedy. Once pellets are thoroughly wet I will drop seeds and begin germination. 07/02/2022 AK 2.0 are in tan pots Bruce Banner is in green pots 07/04/2022 AK 2.0 are up, the Bruce Banner should be in the next 24 hrs.🙏🏻 07/05/2022 Today is bittersweet Bruce Banners all popped up last night this morning there is 1 and 1/2 Little pinchers killed one ate all most the whole 2nd plant I don't think she will live,😞 bright side is I still have 3 AK 2.0 and 1 Bruce Banner!😀 See you all in a couple of days or so to start veg. 07/09/2022 Down to 2 AK 2.0 and 1 Bruce Banner. An accident happened with the most beautiful large one while putting the main top inside was broken off. I have also had a lot to do with leaf miners. That's why there are some leaves off... This one is still slow so far, but I don't think that's crazy if it also has to recover from removing the leaves. The weather is also on the cold side. Wish me success. for a few more weeks. I be very kind for these ladies😁

Recovery week. Last week everything went to hell this week everything is looking up. Squanch Queen is turning into my favorite one of the bunch. She is super resilient and bounced back quickly, the Skywalker and Quarter Pounder are both going to finish early due to all the stresses and stunting early on in the grow. Squanch Queen looks to be going 9 to 10 weeks inspite of all the issues. Definitely a good strain from Night Owl to pick up if your a beginner, much more forgiving. I definitely want to try the Skywalker again with a better setup. Ph runoff is looking much much better.

I upped the feeding schedule to 3x10min from 2x10min. Slight odd wilting at the beginning of some leaves near the stem, it doesn't look like anything of great concern, but I'll be keeping an eye on how it develops.
