Cal-Mag Deficiency Adjustment – Pheno #5’s Special Needs This week started with a close inspection of our phenos, and we noticed that Pheno #5 was showing early signs of a calcium/magnesium deficiency. Whether it was slightly off VPD levels or this particular plant being more demanding, we decided to correct it by increasing the dose of RO Water Conditioner. Now, while this isn’t a direct substitute for Cal-Mag, it does contain trace amounts that can help stabilize the situation. 🔬 Understanding Cal-Mag Deficiency: Calcium and magnesium are essential secondary nutrients. Calcium strengthens cell walls, preventing issues like tip burn and weak stems, while magnesium plays a critical role in chlorophyll production, allowing plants to efficiently absorb light energy. 💡 Signs of Deficiency: • Yellowing between veins (Magnesium) • Rust spots on leaves (Calcium) • Slow growth and weak stems ⚡ How We Address It: • Slightly increasing RO Water Conditioner to see if trace minerals help • Keeping an eye on overall nutrient uptake to ensure no lockout • Monitoring VPD (Vapor Pressure Deficit) closely to optimize nutrient absorption Let’s see how she reacts next week! Branching Development – Pheno #2 Leading the Race All five phenos are thriving, but Pheno #2 is showing the most aggressive branching, pushing outward faster than her sisters. However, overall, we’re seeing very uniform growth, which speaks volumes about the stability of these genetics. 🌱 What is Branching & Why It Matters? Branching is the plant’s way of expanding its canopy, increasing surface area for photosynthesis, and maximizing potential bud sites. Well-structured branches allow better airflow, light penetration, and more even growth—key for a successful high-yield harvest. ⚖️ Topping vs. Leaf Bending – The Training Choice Instead of topping, I’ve decided to go with leaf bending for now. I'm happy with the progress they have made, all have responded well to defoliation and LST. I'll be adding a few more light nutrients at some point this week. The gorilla zkittles is shorter than the rest but looks very sturdy and has plenty of bud showing already, I think this is because it started flowering maybe 7days before the rest and in them 7days the rest shot up rapidly! I'll update daily and try get some nice videos with lights out.

Coming along nicely this week, hoping to see them explode in the next 2-3weeks. All are very healthy and have responded just how I like to LST. Purpinator is bringing out the smells in there definately and they are all smelling good in their own way. I recommend all the products I have used in this diary highly as they haven't failed me in the past(yield and quality). The only new product I am using is green planet purpinator, so I will let you know if I recommend this too when all is finished. I'll upload daily or every couple of days. To clarify I have 6x 55litre buckets with 3 plants of the same strain in each. I have used coco substrate and grown all of them from seed(courtesy of barney's farm) Thanks for looking.

another week has passed and it is growing and thriving excellently. there has been a lot of sunshine and occasionally the necessary rain from above. it is slowly entering the flowering phase. it has made another good leap in height. i am currently using LST to provide the lower shoots with more sunshine

This strain had to suffer a little bit at the end of the cycle due to a fungus gnats issue but she managed great, her buds are really citrussy and dense and she has grown at a very fast pace in her vegetative stage. I really hope you guys enjoyed, this lady has been grown with kush FLO (Living soil blend) and water.

Supper easy growing , great genetics , a must have in any garden . Im still amazed by all of it, This was just a delight grow, over all everything was great , genetics are among the best i ever grew, litle small and compact plant to what iam use to, but non or less they delivered on the quality, and also they did great on the number hehehe. Defently recomend this Runtz from Zamnezia Seeds, shout out to them, shout out also to Viparspectra and the amazing 200w LED they send me, this P2000 delivers way more of what i was expectic and omg do they love the spectrum , yes they do. Shout out also to AptusHolland since all of this wold b impossible without the best (for me ) nutrients on the market . Noticing a bit of changes with leaf size! Looking pretty healthy no signs of root rot, mold, or insects. Adapting pretty well to 24hr light schedule 💚

9/5: I hope to successfully germinate all 15 of the Fastbuds seeds that I bought along with the 2 freebie Blackberry beans I was given by the nice folks at Hipersemillas.com. I'm also germinating 4 x Sweet Seeds Dark Devils that will be managed in a separate diary. I am keeping it really simple this run and am using my new DWC cloner to germinate. I made up 3 gallons of a de-chlorinated water in a strong solution of Endoboost Hydro and added 1/4 tsp of Superthrive per gallon. I adjusted the Ph to 6.0 and let the pump and aerator cycle the res for a few hours. I put rapid rooters into 1.25" net pots and ensured that the water level was high enough so as to just touch the bottoms of the rooters. About 10 minutes later the rooters were all nice and damp, so I planted and prayed. I've just got a 9w pinkish grow light mounted about 5 inches above the rooters, but once they are rooted well, I'll move them into a 1020 tray with dome under 65w of mixed spectra lighting with supplemental blues. Once they've got a couple sets of leaves, I'll plant the rooters in some half-gallon biodegradable fabric bags and move them into my tiny tent under a pair of mixed spectrum QB's. They'll have to stay in there until my current run of photo clones is done in the closet. Once space opens up in the closet, I'll plant those biodegradable bags into 3 gallon pots and move them in. Hopefully in the next 2 weeks....🙏 9/7 (a.m.): Thus far, I've just got one each of Wedding Cheesecake, Strawberry Pie, and Lemon Pie emerging... 9/9: All but one Lemon Pie are up and growing. The problem child may yet fully emerge..her cotyledons are opening up, but they're just below the surface. I caught some rainwater today and pre-watered all the 1/2 gallon degradable fabric starter pots with it. My photo clones still have a couple weeks left, so the timing should be right for me to move these seedlings into the tiny tent in a few days and plant them in the starter pots...and 12-15 days later I'll plant the starter pots into some new 3 gallon fabric pots I've already got filled and waiting. This batch of soil I'll be using has been cooking since late March, and the rhizosphere is fully rocking. I also treated all my soil this summer with Beauveria Bassiana, Metarhizium Anisopliae, and Azamax to ensure I have no pestilence to deal with, so I'm optimistic that this will be a successful grow.😁 9/0: I planted up all but one Lemon Pie in 1/2 gallon degradable pots and moved them into the tiny tent under 240w of mixed spectra quantum boards.

Let’s Go Day 67 from seed !! So this week went real great! 2 Ogreberrys an Bruce Banner started getting flushed! The rest will follow up and start flush next week ! Today the 3 will continue getting flushed while the 3 others get there dose of nutrients, PHd at 6.5! Let’s grow lil ladies let’s grow!!! The plant continue to grow incredibly strong and fast from now on I well slow down on grow nutrientes cuz the leaves are very dark green and we are well into flowering meaning they don't need that much not nitrogen anymore. Thank you for reading I will continue to update have a happy grow.

I was finally able to sex them all. 1 Male/Hermie, and the rest have beautiful white pistles forming. They are starting to go through a stretch now as well. I also ordered some more grow lights 3 Mars Hydo TS1000's. I can't wait for those to arrive.)
