Week 5-6

11/30 - 12/5: The bigger Zenzations has the beginnings of a small apex flower. Both Zenzations continue to look great, but the big story is the turn around the Black Jacks have made. They've tripled in height in 2 weeks and have nice, long lower branching. Both Gorilla Girls are stretching well now and have huge fan leaves, so I think they've still got some stretching to do. I dialed back the lights to 13 hours of daylight on the 4th. 12/6: I fed them today.

I overfeed them once,but except that all went good.Hyped to see the results after drying. update coming soon :)

First week of adding Resin finish to stop cel devision and increase trichome production. Dropped ec to 1.35 No change on buds just yet other than mild rusting / deficiencies. Maybe light increase is trichomes. Purchased a jewellers loupe so i can now watch the trichomes ripen

Plant has been a little neglected on the light side of things as it’s pushed against the back of the tent but still growing nicely. One more week and it goes from a 10 to a 20L pot and a 1m2 tent with the Mars fc4800.

5/14 - Coming along well. No noticeable changes to the leaves that seemed impacted by the heat. Still working through the pH damage but seem to have a good line on it and doesn't seem to be continuing to affect the buds. The strain with the purple buds (Plant #1) still continues to fatten up and is only keeping the purple color within the bud and not much on the leaves. The other is really getting some fat buds - much fatter than the purple strain. Noticing some slight foxtail on the bud closest to the light, so I might raise the light and dial back the intensity some if need be.

Day 64 - Starting week 10 and she is getting sticky and stinky. I did a pretty decent defoliation tonight, just to try and get some of the undergrowth going. The way she’s going, she might only have 2-3 weeks left but I have plenty of meds right now so I’m not in any sort of rush. I see ZERO signs of any sort of nute burns so I’m really starting to like the new nutes and so easy to mix. Day 65 - Looking great right right now and went ahead and lowered the lights a bit, they’re now about 12” above the canopy. I had 3 other grows going on but for the second time in a couple months the wife left the tent open this morning and didn’t check before she left the room and one of our cats was in there and they destroyed my 3 little ones but left this and my Sour Raspberry Kush alone so deciding what to start next. She’s good on water until the weekend sometime. Day 66 - Ended up having to give her about a gallon and a half of water tonight, she ended up drinking up what was left I guess. The lights being about 12” away seem to be doing her good and not bothering her at all. Day 68 - Man oh man, she is frosty as hell and smells really sweet. By the looks of trichs and pistils, I’m probably gonna give her two more weeks until she gets chopped. If she needs longer, I’ll give her more time but I think 2 weeks should be plenty. She drank a ton of water so she might need more either Sunday or Monday. Day 69 - She’s definitely ready for some more water but gonna hold off for another day, just to let her dry up a bit more. I’m gonna do another defoliation tomorrow as well and she should be good to go till the end. Day 70 - She was ready for water today and gave her another feeding of nutes. This will be the last one and next watering I’ll flush with the Sledgehammer and she’ll just get water until she’s done. She is so damn frosty and sweet smelling, she’s gonna be a pain in the ass to trim.

Smooth sailing this week, she's sure gaining height quickly now. Still using bud clips and using the net to guide leading nodes for even spacing, canopy is filling out nicely. Made a quick compost tea, 20ml Kelp, 4tbsp epsom salts, 4tbsp molasses, ~2 cups home made compost, 4gallons of water, aerate 24hrs, use immediately. 10g airpot is into flower, much more thirsty, had to up the schedule to 90min drip every 4 days, maybe even 3 days, will see. Noticed some minor thrips, nothing major. She should gain another 2-3ft in the next month I'm sure!

The beginning of week 5! I think we are going into flower this week, signs are there. 7/22 (Day 35) - Started off week 5 with the most LST and Defoliation I have done and I was nervous. They needed it though, I was getting worried about mold and airflow through these bushy ladies, so I did my best and kinda followed my instinct. I did watch and read a ton of videos and articles and tried to put what I learned to use. I think these ladies are about to go into flower as well, started noticing the white pistols and where potential bud sites are going to be so I did my best to make those available to light and as even as possible. Will be letting them rest for a few days and reassess then. Everything continues to stay in check and the new dehumidifier worked awesome last night keeping the humidity in check. 7/23 (Day 36)- Didnt get any pictures this day. Pretty normal day, they drank 2 gallons and just continue to grow. I feel like they are just growing like crazy still and I think im starting to see them start stretching a bit more. 7/24 (Day 37)- Did the res change this morning, they are definitely starting to stretch and the bud sites seem to becoming more obvious. I went with more Veg neats after doing some reading, I may switch to bloom next week depending on how they are stretching. They fully recovered from the LST and defoliation two days ago. I decided to do a bit more today and focus on opening up light to sites that need them. Everything gets covered up so fast and I am having to defoliate a bit almost every other day it seems. 7/25 (Day 38)- Everytime I defoliate and do some LST they seem to bounce back so fast like next day. I did a bit more with the front left plant, she is lagging behind the others a bit, but that one has always seemed to be the runt. They are starting to form buds, especially back left plant which seems to have taken off a bit faster than the others. They are drinking almost 3 gallons a day! Everything continues to stay in check. I am debating if I should try scrogging or not, or just continue to LST and defoliate. Any input is welcome! 7/26 (Day 39) - Just kind of checked in on them and topped up the res today, Everything looks nice and healthy, all conditions are staying consistent and everyone is looking healthy. 7/27 (Day 40)- Did quite a bit of defoliation this morning. They needed it badly, a lot of the light was not getting through to under the canopy. Going to just keep an eye on them and see how they recover the next few days. Day 106 12/25/2021 being of a new week and this will be more than likely the last week this lady gets any nutrients thinking Wednesday. After that will start flush with collected rain water. After checking trichomes they were about 85% cloudy about 10% clear and 5% amber which is right where she should be since the end is coming fast. Day 110 12/29/2021- Started flush today and will continue to just feed rain water until next Wednesday. Will cut her down next Friday 01/07/2022.

Week 4 flower: all 3 plants left in the tent are pollinated - it's hard to tell to what extent but bud formation has slowed down 😞. Middle plant (Mimosa Evo #2) is definitely the strongest pheno and its trichomes smell like tangerines which is really nice! We did an intense defoliation on Day 24 of flower in an attempt to lower humidity and increase airflow but RH is still dangerously high at 80% because of the current weather. Also gave them a bloom PK top dressing on day 26 because canna coco does not provide a PK boost in their coco nutrient line. Hope to see the buds dense up over the next few weeks without too many seeds ...

The final week is on… #4 and #3 are pretty much done on the tops — amber is starting to show, and most of the trichs are cloudy. The lowers could definitely use a bit more time, but I’m gonna chop them as they are. #1 and #2, on the other hand, don’t seem ready at all yet. After the transplant, it’s like they got a second life — still throwing fresh stigmas like crazy. But it is what it is. The smell has shifted into something more chemical. The blueberry has moved way into the background. Maybe curing will bring some of it back, but I’m starting to think I should’ve chopped earlier. Looks like #3 hit her blueberry terp peak around week 7.5 — insane blueberry pie terps. Honestly, she didn’t bulk up that much more after that, so she probably could’ve been chopped right then. If that smell ends up fading for good, that’s gonna hurt. As you may have noticed, she didn’t really try that hard to go black in the end — but hey, there were attempts :)

This method has worked well for me! ------------------------------------------------------------------- 04/02/2025 I’ve transferred the seeds to the paper towel method! Now it's time to Pot preparation! For my pots, I use a three-layer method, filling each layer while shaping them with different-sized pots: - First layer: Super Soil - Second layer: Regular fertilized soil (BatMix by Plagron in this case) - Third layer: A light soil with mycorrhizae (Seeding Soil by Plagron) ------------------------------------------------------------------- #05/02/2025 I’ve planted the seeds! I'm using a cheap LED light from Amazon just to kickstart germination and gain a few extra days to finish flowering the plants in my tent. As soon as they sprout, I'll transfer them to the tent, where my old but fantastic Electric Sky 180W is waiting for them! ------------------------------------------------------------------- #08/02/2025 Two of them have already germinated, but one still hasn’t. I’m struggling with low temperatures, as it's been only 12°C during the day and between 3°C and 7°C at night. Unfortunately, I had a bit of bad luck—my lamp fell onto the pot, disturbing the soil and seeds of two plants. One of them is the one that hasn’t germinated yet. Just in case, I’ve put two more seeds in the paper towel method as backups. If I don’t need them, I’ll give them to a friend! 🙂 ------------------------------------------------------------------- #10/02/2025 I placed them in the tent on the 10th. Two of them germinated on the 8th, while the other was affected by the lamp falling. I’ll probably replace it with one of my backup seeds and offer #R03 to a friend, but it all depends on how things go in the next few days. ------------------------------------------------------------------- #12/02/25 I replaced the seed that went into shock with one of my backups. The extended hours of light is crucial this time of the year or else she would be flowering already. Her is slow but sure.

I was able to move my light up an additional 5-6 inches I think i am going to need for the stretch during flower. The ladies are 30 inches tall before tucking under screen at 27 inches from the coco. switched feed from veg to bud after a clean RO water only feed a few days prior to switching from 18/6 to 12/12 light cycle. One side of the tent (V on left) smells like spicey lemon and herbs. The other side (blue nemo on right) smells like blueberry and skunky berries. I love how it hits my nose when I open the tent now, and really notice the scent notes changing as I pan over the canopy to take a video.
