Got some light flower trying to make it’s way out. ;) feeding is now twice a day, gals are hungry during this time around. Nutes are the same as last week. Nutes will change next week. Again everyone thanks for watching the grow up. 😎🌱💨🔥

Very happy overall, had some difficulties hitting the sweet spot through the cycle but managed to pull it through brilliantly at the end. This is definitely a very deserty and cookie like strain. Oven baked freshness!

Critical is finishing way fast.. don't know if I can keep her alive till next weekend but heck I'll try and let her die on her foot if she has to:) Been flushing all the other gals twice now. Temps are getting out of hands and I've raised the lamps to about 40-50cm height running only 50ish percent and I'm still burning them up. Been feeding them way too much since the beginning so there should be enough nutrients in the soil to finish up properly with just water. Noticed a couple of fresh nanners popping up here and there and at least one almost fully matured seed on the faster Critical, nothing too serious and no wonder since all the issues I've been running. Loads of tiny foxtailing on almost all of the plants even though I always raised the lamps a bit when i saw them forming.. definitely need a PAR meter since two 300W+ led panels are quite an overkill on a tent this size full blast. Still looks like solid harvest coming up and I hope to find a decent glass on sale to getter better quality photos on the harvest:) Keep on growing guys and enjoy the newest timelapse! Needed the gopro for a few days so some of the days are bit off.. I know the last photos from Canon are from D55 so should have more accurate dates on the upcoming videos

welcome to 📅Day 29 transition has started 4/12/2021. as she moves into transition she is looking and growing very well but she does have some rusting and I'm not sure why I just hope it does not get to bad. Other then that she is very strong and healthy. I have turned the Mars hydro TS 1000 up to 68% putting out around 32,000 LUX💡 so far I'm very happy with this light that's it for todays update so happy growing and as always keep your stick on the ice 🏒 update 📅4/14/2021 she is looking good and I'm starting some lolly popping. the canopy looks very even and that's what I like to see I'm going to up the water in the res as they are drinking lots now💧 update 📅Day 33 transition 4/16/2021 ok all lollipping is done and so is defoliation not all that's left is to make sure the tops all stay at the same height and I have increased the amount of water to 5 gal from 2.5 gal💦. I am thinking about a new air pump the has 4 outlets instead of 2 so I can also put air stones in the res at the base of the auto pots as the nute water just sits there for the most part and just films over and I don't like that.

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 As soon as I walk into my grow room I can smell them and when I open the tent it's a slap in the face. Though it's a lovely slap it isn't gentle, it's a 'where've you been?' slap. A 'welcome to Caramel city' slap. 😂😂 Jokes aside. This strain's aroma has me "Enamorado". Pictures taken day 42 of flower. The Green Sensation seems to be doing it's job. Buds are really starting to fatten up fast and are looking very very luscious. I should have started using it in week 4 so I'm a week late on that. *Made a little reminder for the next run.* I can't seem to get a good shot of the buds but i'm working on it. Let's see if for next week I can get a good close up. In flower I water with nutrients in every feed and every 10 days or so I water with only water and Enzymes to help break down the old roots, gives life to the microorganisms, helps out the new roots and helps to prevent root rot. It's great if your using mineral nutrients as there's times where those minerals stay stuck to the roots and can cause root burn. I use alga based nutrients so I don't have a problem with that but I like to use it, I've noticed a great difference im flower before and after using. We're getting closer and closer to harvest. 😬 "Sooo exciiited" (In Kevin Hart voice) If you like the content check out the other strains sharing the tent. 😃 I'll catch y'all next week. This C4 auto was very fast to flower, and stretched up to produce some very pretty, berry smelling/tasting nugs! The buds didn't flower very dense, they formed as fox-tail shapes. Yield is on the low-end of acceptable, but good considering the bud structure! I'm growing another next run, to compare phenotypes!

Lots of hairs this week had a bit of an airline issue on the airstones I fixed it and the leaves stopped curling downward so they are looking alot better did my usual weekly feeding 6 oz of each remo nutes and ph water 5.8 added as well cannazyne for the breakdown of old dead roots helps keep things clean and productive lots of hairs and new top development through each plant right plant started getting some yellow leaves I defoliated then and will continue to monitor for any issues but also going to re defoliate and take out those bottom useless larfe nugs

Day 65 Day 15 Flower 06/07/24 Saturday Water de-chlorinated tap pH 6.2 today. I have had to do a deep defoliation, and light LST, she just climbed last week 🤦‍♂️😅 and air flow was becoming a problem finding wet spots under leaves is no go at this stage in flower . So here is her update, she is absolutely huge 🤩 thank you SSSC for allowing me this run, I'm going to dedicate my whole space to a full auto run for her next. She has un tapped potential 👌. Updated pictures and a video today. Day 66 Day 16 Flower 07/07/24 Sunday no water/feed today letting her dry off a little more. Updated with a short video 🤩 Single plant monster ✌️💚 Day 68 Day 18 Flower 09/07/24 Tuesday She seems happy and dark green so just a water today, 3L. Updated a short video 😁 Day 69 Day 19 Flower 10/07/24 Wednesday Big feed today, de-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0 5L feed. Run off 5-10%.

Well harvest day is here, there was so many problems but we got it to harvest and have ended up with some great smoking buds to see us through till the next crop.... thanks again to DankLandDownUnder for sticking by with his help and also helping me plan the next grow...

The gap between where you are and where you want to be is measured in decisions, not dreams. Dopamine release is not the pursuit of happiness; it's the happiness of the pursuit. "Mens Dei" Cannabis buds can expand or swell in warmer conditions, but this is not necessarily a desirable effect. High temperatures can cause the buds to become airy and loose, reducing their density and potentially impacting potency and aroma. First 4 weeks flower, blazing hot expansion of buds, 4 weeks after cool off? Why?? What can be made to expand, airy and loose, can also be made to contract, dense and tight. Why? Trichomes do not discriminate, although we like to think of trichomes' primary purpose as being to get us high; they are there to provide photoprotection (sunscreen). Trichomes apply themselves based on area dimensions; the more area = the more trichomes in order to protect. Different from density: Trichomes, the resinous glands on plants, are often produced in response to stress, including high light intensity. This increased production can lead to denser trichome coverage on the plant, stress, stress, stress, stress is the signal. There is a certain beauty in watching the large water-filled buds once swollen to the brim slowly shrink during drying, as the surface areas contract, the trichomes just cluster up to form denser and denser coatings, already dense from high light intensities, UVB exposure, and IPS, and every other stressor I could tweak. Trichomes, the resinous glands on cannabis plants, are often produced in response to various forms of stress. These stresses can be environmental, like excess light(HIL) or UV-B radiation, temperature fluctuations, or drought, or mechanical, such as wind, pruning, or even the weight of the plant's own buds. The plant reacts to these stressors by increasing trichome production as a defensive mechanism to protect itself and its valuable compounds like THC and CBD. In essence, cannabis plants perceive stress as a threat and respond by producing more trichomes as a way to protect themselves and their valuable compounds. Several studies have shown this. Not so much a "master" grower as a master of stress. Psssst. Tip. Trichomes fill with "antioxidants," including THC. Ant"ox"idants, The production of antioxidants in plants is intricately linked to their oxidative apparatus. The plant has limited oxidative capacity/apparatus. During daytime photosynthesis, a large percentage of that oxidative capacity is tied up in protecting the plant. During the night, plants alter their metabolic pathways. This leads to a far more focused production of specific antioxidants, like THC. Plants also produce antioxidants during the day. Excess light, for example, can trigger the production of excess antioxidants as part of their defense mechanisms against reactive oxygen species (ROS). The differential ROS production by blue and IR light can have significant biological consequences. For example, high levels of ROS induced by blue light can lead to cell damage and death, while lower levels of ROS produced by IR light may be involved in beneficial cellular signaling pathways. Long nights under the IR (very low ROS), the boost in cellular respiration, and the boost in energy production. In a perfect world, I'd give the plant a shock treatment of 60DLI in 4 hours and give her the other 20 hours to perform cellular respiration under IR. The stress of those 4 hours would be rigorous and full of stress abound, 1800-2000ppm CO2 is easy for a couple of hours during daylight, it's maintaining it that's hard, but 4 hours is very doable with nothing but a little extra "carbon sugar" in your medium every other night during the first 4 weeks of flower. In my opinion, you only need to jack CO2 for those first 4 weeks of flower to see maximal output, after that it's all about trichome preservation, everything else comes second. Without the temps to assist with metabolism, CO2 is reduced to normal levels along with temps 4-5th week of flower. Buds are primarily composed of water. Developing flower buds, like other plant tissues, require a significant amount of water for growth and turgor pressure, which helps maintain their structure and firmness. Turgor pressure in plant cells is primarily generated by osmosis, but transpiration plays a crucial role in maintaining it. The optimal internal leaf surface temperature for photosynthesis at 1800-2000ppm CO2 is likely in the upper range of 97°F, meaning ambient would need to sit at 102°F-ish or thereabout for full metabolic utilization. That's putting your transpirational pulling force x5 x6 maybe x7 of what it would be if she were cruising at 68F. "My buds won't fatten, what can I do!!" Crank that bitch. If your purpose was to blow up a balloon as fast as you can, as much as you can, would you use 2x force or x5 Force to do so? Bad analogy, but you get the idea. Kiss. Optimize photosynthesis & VPD by day, cellular respiration by night. TECHNICALLY: "While transpiration and cellular respiration are both ongoing plant processes, they are not neatly separated into day and night. Both processes occur both day and night, though at different rates and with different emphasis. Transpiration, the release of water vapor from plant surfaces, is primarily driven by sunlight and photosynthesis during the day, but it also continues at a lower rate at night. Cellular respiration, which provides energy for the plant, occurs continuously, both day and night. " BUT Only 10% ATP can be processed through photosynthesis and carbon capture. 90% of ATP is processed when the plant's oxidative capacity becomes available (NIGHTTIME). Cellular respiration relies on the process of oxidation to generate energy. Specifically, the final stage of cellular respiration, called oxidative phosphorylation, utilizes oxygen as the final electron acceptor to produce a substantial amount of ATP, the cell's primary energy currency. Several environmental factors can hinder cellular respiration in plants. These include low oxygen levels, temperature extremes (both too high and too low), humidity, water stress, and the presence of toxins. These factors can impair the function of enzymes involved in respiration, disrupt the availability of substrates, or directly damage plant tissues, thus reducing the rate of cellular respiration. Factors such as oxygen concentration, glucose availability and temperature will all impact the amount of aerobic respiration an organism will perform. June 7 - We ordered some new lights last week, they are 240w kingbrite samsung lm310h with uv/ir, 3000k, and meanwell drivers. We setup the new room and moved the girls into there. After a bit of LST and a watering (with nutrients) at roughly 7ph, they were ready to go under the 2 new lights and the same SF-1000 we have been using in this grow. The new room is a 12 ft enclosed trailer. I moved everything from the small tent into this. I put clear poly on the walls, floor and ceiling. I put poly on the shelf I am going to be keeping in there as well. I bought 50ft of 6mm mylar and lined the floors, roof and sides with it. I plan to get some reflective tape to seal everything and to cover the wood. I did not get much of a chance to watch temp's today as they it was later in the evening after all was said and done. The inline fan blowing in air from outside. June 8 - 9 AM i checked the plants, they were at 25.2 and 50% RH. Late through the day I had checked and we had gotten up to around 32 degrees. So I moved the inline fan to the closer vent, hooked up to that, and had the air blowing out of the trailer with the inline fan sucking it from above the lights. I then added oscillating fan and had it blowing air on the left side of the room so it would somewhat circulate once I closed the doors. I then checked at about 9pm and we were at 22 degrees. Definitely noticed a decent amount of growth already. I have the lights on a 22/2 cycle as I was worried about the heat at night time. June 9 - Some great growth from the girls, still having problems controlling the temps in the afternoon. I decided to prop the door open a bit to have a constant breeze throughout the day while I am at work. Decided to do some more LST and also a bit of defoliation. I took about 25% of the leaf's that were blocking the new growth as it was getting a bit bunched up. I was then told the leaf's are almost solar panels for them. So from now on I will be trying to just do some tucking unless needed. The leaf's I removed were most of the damaged leaf's, I am not to sure if that makes much of a difference. I gave them a watering with only water as there is a potential I am getting a bit of a nutrient buildup along with the PH problem. Or potentially the reason for the ph problem is nutrient buildup. After watering with A PH of 7 I got some run off and tested it. The smaller plant gave me a PH of about 5.5 where the bigger one is around 5.0. June 10 - Plants are looking happy and showing tons of growth. Seems to be trying to stretch outwards. Not a ton of sign of PH issues showing so potentially getting it under control. Still a bit of damage to previous leaf's but it is what it is! The last few days I have been leaving the door open a bit in order to keep the temps down. I decided to test something and turn the lights off (automatically) at 11AM and back on at 5PM so light schedule has now changed to 18/6 and it seems I may have figured out the issue. We haven't had lots of sun the last couple days so it hasn't been to hard and I have yet to know if it truly fixed the heat issue for now. (I will be looking into a ac unit as well since it typically gets to around 30-35 around here. June 11 - Pulled some of the branches back down and added a few more LST spots. Seems we have a good amount of growth from the smaller plant out of the 2 topped spots. Unfortunately it looks like I fucked up on the bigger plant and only one of the nodes seems to have new growth. I will continue to monitor that but I think I cut the node to low and also to soon. Other then that, the girls are doing great. They seem to be absolutely loving these new lights. I gave them some nutrient water today as well. roughly 3L each. They seem to be A hell of A lot more thirsty under these new lights. June 12 - The girls are doing great , they are still just doing growing away. Lots of progress everyday. I am going to be getting a go-pro so I can set-up a time-lapse for the rest of this grow. I received my new inline fan, I got A ac infinity CLOUDLINE T4 with the temperature humidity controller. I am going to be having one fan pushing fresh air in and one fan pulling out the hot air. I will be doing that tomorrow since I have to work today. June 13 - I ordered another 50ft of mylar and that showed up today. I have decided to remove the shelf and add another 3+ feet to the grow space. So today I installed more poly, mylar, the ac infinity fan. I have it set-up to pump in air if it gets to warm. I am thinking of switching it to the output that way if it gets to hot or to humid I can have that air pulled out of the trailer. Right now my other inline fan is the outtake and I just have it set on full. Overall I think everything is set-up a bit better and more accessible. I will be putting my 2x2 tent in there at the left of the doors so I can have a veg room when these 2 are in flower. I plan to have 4 in veg and 4 in flower for the next grow. Still waiting on JOTI seeds, ordered 3 weeks ago and still have not been shipped. I will be getting those going the moment they arrive. The girls seem to be happy still, did a bit more LST to try to keep everything even, mainly I'm just pulling down on the spots I already have tie wire on.

Note: I didn't necessarily flush but I didn't add any more additives or nutrients while away so I've set the nutrient values in the diary to null. --------------------------------------- June 12 (Day 90) --------------------------------------- Away - Camping. --------------------------------------- June 13 (Day 91) --------------------------------------- Away - Camping. After camping, they survived the summer heatwave and look pretty good. The stench in the tent is not like your typical Northern Lights or White Widow. It's straight-up funk that hits you in the back of your throat. I can't really pinpoint any specific scents but it's a very rich and pungent odor for sure. I’m 100% confident the roots are probably degrading with rot after the warm temps. The only problem I had while away is was the AC fills into a 5gallon bucket and it couldn’t keep up with demand about an hour before I got home. After a quick cleanup, I took a closer look and I’m happy with trichomes on both plants. This was supposed to be a 65-75 day fast finisher. Today is day 91. I’m satisfied. I consumed a test bud on weekend that went under a 3 day dry. White ash, no harshness, and punchy in regards to the effects. Chopping them tomorrow.

For sure i will keep this plant in stock. Very different and potent head high with great looking buds and strong flavor.

Plants have really picked up on the vertical growth this week. I topped and tied a few more branches down. Some of the lower 5 fingered fan leaves on the GG4xZ have doubled the size of my hand!

Not a lot to update the seedlings have came up out the soil at this point they are still to small to tell any visible differences. I started all the seeds from all 10 packs and and I put 26 of them in soil I now have about 20 of them left I still have atleast one left if every strain. I just kept the 20 plants that all started off at the same time it’s so much easier when there is not some plants behind from the rip. In a few days I will pick out the best one from each of the 10 strains and toss the rest so sad there is a plant count here.

Substrate amendments & quantity per bag 22L 1. 15L Coco Substrate (CalMag Buffered) 2. Red Earth Wiggler - Wormcastings 65g 3. Lujae Dolomite Lime 15g 4. Cultera - Vermiculite 25g After removing the 10L bag, I use my spray bottle to moisten the sides of the coir slightly. I then sprinkle Mycorrhiza to assist in a speedily transplant recovery. I also sprinkled some at the bottom of the 22L bag as well Transplanting Done! 🤙t2: Note: The same method, amendments, quantity used to transplant (Jet Fuel) too. About 2 weeks after this one.
