Final week. Power buds from Plagron helps accelerate the flowering period for sure. I am harvesting tomorrow.😎 This week no fertilizers just water only. Overall happy with the way they shaped up, compared to other strains from other breeders. Need to see after harvest but as a first impression this strain is amazing. The smell now is out of this world. Zesty!!!Lots of citrus scent.Loving it. As for the LST only vs topped. I like the LST only. It matured faster. It is bigger. It has more bud sites . Had an overall better structure. Refer to videos for comparison. But need to see the harvest, weight, smoke report for full comparison Till harvest 👏🎉

Day 10: They have been growing nicely. Beautifull green leafs, no deficiencies or stress. I did some Defoliation and I'm planning to top some plants but not all of them since they make nice main colas as well. Also nice roots so far, will let those grow for another 1-3 days before repotting them into 7L pots. While doing that I will add some new clay for beneeth the pots to have a good run-off. I will add some mycorizza as well to improve the roots and I will water them again with lots of Regulator(anti-stress) and Rhyzotonic( root stimilator). Some days after that, they are ready to get pushed into flowering. Sativas like to grow twice and sometimes even more in size. So the size which they are at the end of this week will be enough. So at the end of this week you will see them being in 7L pots and in a bigger grow space under lots of lamps. There are like 3-5 plants not growing nicely. Might have to kill them. I'm not going to waste time,energy,nutrients on those if they don't grow in size in a couple of days. So might end up with just 235 plants. Il update again at the end of this week. Day 14: I almost finished the rest of the grow room. I still need to adjust and replace the lamps some more and other things. Did many defoliation below the plants. Thoose branches are never going to preduce nice and thick buds anyways. Such a waste of energy and nutrients. Because of the removing of branches and leafs, They get a better airflow and better exposure of light as well. So for now they look a little bit ugly haha and not so bushy anymore, but they will grow into fine looking ladies. I kept 5 or 7 branches each plant and some bigger plants I even topped because I don't want them to stretch alot. Another reason is that I want bigger stems. If other plants that didnt get topped, not improving stems I can still top them until the end of week 1 of flowering. I'm putting them into flowering, by putting the lightschedule to 12hours of light and darkness. It will take a few days before they start preflowering. The first buds will be seen in like 10-14 days. Edit from 19th May. Literally 00:09 Pre-Flowering. Fat Banana looks like Hermie. Royal Critical = clean pre-flower. Edit from 19th May. 16:26 Fat Banana had balls sack and pistils growing all over the place. I nuked everything that had balls on it. I left only top node with pistils. Royal Critical is full of pistils, no balls. Now I wish I had photoperiod seeds instead of automatics. I would give Critical 1 extra week in veg. She is around 10-15cm smaller then Fat Banana. I switched the lights back to 400W. Edit from 20th May. 14:45 I think 32C is maximum what these plants can handle. With 600W I was reaching 34C on some top leaves and that could possibly turn the Fat Banana into hermit (she was the tallest). I open the tent a little (front doors), I put big-ass fan on second gear blowing strong wind through the mesh-window of a tent. I put the lights straight up to the ceiling, I literally can't put them any higher. Fat banana is now 58cm tall and around 80cm away from the light. Royal Critical is now 41cm tall and around 100cm away from the light. 50% Humidity 28C under the canopy/on the ground under the leaves 31C Air temperature. Edit from 23th May @ 2pm So I'm reading about VPD now and I think, this is what is happening in my tent right now. High temps but RH at right levels makes the plant comfy in that zones. Right now plants sitting at 30.6C @ 55% RH So I'm sitting at 1.27 VPD? If I could lower my temps to 29C and keep RH at 55% that would be 1.20 VPD (which would be perfect) N o t B a d R o o k I e Edit from 24th May @ 11:24 am So in last 3 days the temperature outside my house is dropping + raining. So that means I have perfect VPD in my tent now. We are sitting at 30C @ 50-55% RH. Most plants have praying leaves, even Lady Banan stops being moody and just start fucking flowering like it should. So I basically just tackle the fan leaves in the way, where, when fan leaves are growing bigger, they push the side branches more to the outside (apologize for my English but you can check out the pictures and see what I mean). AMAZING WEEK! The environment is reading for flowering. Lighting, feeding, watering, air temp and CO2 are all stable and should give my plants a stress free life. Humidity is still high, so I'll need to come up with a plan for dealing with that ASAP. I've introduced CO2 into the grow with my brand new AirBomz unit. It uses a light sensor that releases CO2 when the lights turn on, and then uses a timer to release every 2hrs until the light switch off. I doubt I'll reach the 1200PPM stated by the manufacturer, mainly because I'm running an extraction, but I figure some is better than none. Cool controller also included. After doing some reading I can see there's two things that I need to look out for: A) Switching off the extraction so it doesn't suck away the precious CO2 before the plants have had a chance to absorb it B) Making sure the room doesn't get too hot whilst the extraction is off, causing heat stress My solution is: A) Switch off extraction for 15mins at the AirBomz 2hr interval B) Use the Temp Controller the switch off the circulation fan when temp exceeds 27C C) Controller then switches on the active intake when temp exceeds 28C D) Temp is held at 29C whilst the extraction is off D) Extraction turns back on after 15 mins, temp drops below 27C E) Temp controller switches off active intake... F) ...And switches on the circulation fan G) Repeats every 2hrs NEXT WEEK: Work out how much the girls are drinking! I'll know when I change the reservoir.

So I’m cutting back on the nutes for a while. Think I’ve been over doing it with them. Not much growth and waiting for them to stretch but it’s not happening. Got my light at 2ft but still no go. Don’t think I will be yielding much from these girls but will keep with them.
