Day 15: Switched lights to 20/4 I overwatered them last week when I did the feeding, the fabric pots dry fast but this soil holds water well and I’m not used to planting into final sized pots like this either. It’s taking so long to dry out but I’m letting it. I’ve stopped misting obviously. Watching humidity and temps between lights on/off. Looking good. I will do the same light feeding as last week once the pots are dry enough but will make sure to only water the root area this time. I possibly stunted them a little but they are alive and learning is fun 😅 Halfway through the week update. They finally dried out and are now getting 25ml water per day, with feed. I added an oscillating fan. Temp and humidity seems to have stabilized now. Started to grow again but leaves stacked tightly. I’m playing with the lights, they are a bit strong for this stage I think. I turned off the extra 100w light leaving just the 270w on and they seem to have responded well overnight. Will turn it back on once they start taking off. I think I need to reconsider switching lights to 18/6 if I can figure out how to stabilize temps during lights out.

This week was a big week for the candy cush. I noticed upon watering her to run off, that in the same day the pot would go super dry and light weight. I also noticed stress in the leaves and roots poking out the bottom of the pot. It was time for a transplant. So far so good! Upon transplanting i performed more LST to help her fill in the pot. She went from a 1 gallon to a 5 gallon. She was also defoliated thia week.

Week 10 Not so bad. I switched the light to flowering mode: 12h/24 end of week 9, just after the plants recovered from the stress period caused probably by a nutrient excess: lot of burned leaves. Green Punch was seriously injured, already weakened by Aphids. Treatment: sprayed Fertiliigène (Rapesseed oil) to eradicate this pest. Did it when lights off— 12h in darkness is better. Defoliation, cutting some low branches. Want to be sure that the grow tent and the room will be clean to start the seeding of the next session in 10 days. Light Ts 1000 x 2 — 85% Watering: 2 weeks without nutrients except Cal/Mag and Enzymes yesterday. Moin Leute, die Woche ist einiges passiert, habe aus Platzmangel #2 aus dem Zelt entfernt und nach draußen gestellt. Sie macht sich aber prächtig und hat sich sehr schnell an die Wetterbedingungen gewöhnt und wächst fleißig weiter. Hab außerdem ein wenig den Dünger umgestellt, allerdings einfach aus logistischen Gründen :D Die anderen beiden machen sich ebenfalls hervorragend und füllen den ganzen Platz im Zelt, habe die etwas höher wachsenden Triebe noch etwas angepasst - sieht man dann in den Bildern nächste Woche. 6/29/2021 - New mains for quadlining growing out nicely since topping. - Watered with un-PH'd de-chlorinated tap water. - Foliar fed with DIY kelp extract. - She's jumping out the gym, very excited. - It's been 5 weeks of alternating DIY nutrient teas (coconut water + kelp extract + neem & karanja extract + water) and un-PH'd Toronto tap water, and I've seen no signs of deficiencies or lockouts. - She's taking well to the various DIY foliar sprays as well, no burning. 7/1/2021 - I think one of my bottle sprayers is infected with butyric acid, 'cause it stinks in here, loll. - SHE WANTS TO GROOOWWW! 7/4/2021 - Growth a week after topping is strong. Hoping the auxins in the kelp foliar, and nutrients in coconut water are responsible. - I barely need to train her right now, it's as if she wanted to be topped. Besides some periodic light bending, she seems to be leveling out her branches herself.

This week it's all about the 8 White Widow clones, rooted well in shallow water bath with .5ml pH perfect Grow in the water. Long roots sprouted through the rockwool and they didn't seem to be inhibited by the 50w led. Now transplanted into their 1L pots with fresh soil substrate, no additives. Transplanted 2 clones into rockwool now in 1 pot, see how they (Cerberus) develops. Harvested the clone cuttings on 24/8/2020, took approx just over 2 weeks (17 days) to develop the long roots seen in the pics above. Kept the water feed fresh every 3/4 days to prevent algae build up. Switched to 12/12 11/9/2020 Unfortunately, I had to pull this grow, it was painful to ditch the plants as the grow was going well but i had to move house and couldn't take them with me.
