The "Gelato" grows in a very particular way, an irregular bush with the right brunches in the right place, we have also patched the sides and placed something dirty in the regrown central.

day 7 Flowering: Hi all . It has been the start of their flowering this week and the initial stages of their stretch period. Time to exploit the burst of growth and set them in position for full light absorbing relaxation. The less stress to get light , the more focus on creating the beauty in flowering hopefully. I took some time to do a clear out of the small scrappy growth low down the stems to focus on the happy growing bud sites higher up. With their shape and size , the flowers would have been within the ball shapes and unable to develop properly. The shape of the plants from the tip spreading is very helpful now. I am able to tuck the really big powerhouse fans , underneath the developing lowers. This supports the lower growth to head higher but also keeps the main stem powered by the very important big fans. As these are autoflowers and able to use the available light through the huge fans , it can only be beneficial to keep them as long as possible while they are not blocking anything. The difference between the strains is noticable more now with the Strawberry Pie wanting to spread her branching more . Tip spreading has kept them smaller but their nature still has them wanting the long node lengths and cluster bud structures as opposed to long donkey di#ks. The other strains have benefited more from it and in particular, the #2 Six Shooter has an amazing amount of hopeful mains all fighting for focus so should be a good example of how tip spreading really works to create productive , squat beasts. Fingers crossed.lol They are still being fed just water with no additional boosts beside the last top dressings. I will be watering again with the biosys tea but they look so happy and green that I wont be adding any other products unless I notice a need. Cal.mag being the exception as I want to avoid the expected deficits from using l.e.d , before it can slow anything down in repair/recovery. The light is covering them all perfectly and with the height still to be lowered after the stretch is done , I know from previous Mars lights, the big solid nugs will appear.... I have used a video to show the past weeks growth rather than the usual pics and hope this will be more interesting than having to scroll pics. I also noticed a few leaf miners among the other plants and suspect we have some migration here too. Not too serious as yet but before it gets too bad , I used a store bought spray ( organic) to hopefully get to grips before they do. Failing this , a good smoke bomb might be used. Ok folks, gunna be one armed for another 6 weeks so I'm just the conductor the true heroes will go unseen. Everything is alive atleast, had a scare yesterday as things got so dried out everything went limp but an hour after feed turned back around. Noticed some yellowing and other coloring coming thru on alot of leaves so I bumped ppm up a little bit this last feed. They dont look like they have a deficiency, it's weird, they look beautiful but with a premature fade almost. I really like Green Buzz' line up/regiment I just have to dial it in which isnt easy since it's a multi strain crop and various size plants. It's very easy to use and makes me feel good knowing it's not poison. Did a minor leaf strip around the tent just to make things fit better. I'll copy and paste this to the diaries for the rest of the crop per usual but go into a little more detail on each plant individually. Pics and vids were taken on day 28 of flower. I'm trying to keep up with these as best I can from start to finish, the flip date was 6.10.19, today is 7.9.19. The first one is pretty amazing, its showing pinkish red pistils early and just has a unique structure. I posted a shot on IG and someone pointed out what looked to be a sac in the middle of a flower. I double checked tonight and couldn't find any signs of germs but will pay attention over the next week just to be safe. It would be a shame if this doesnt get to finish out, thankfully I kept a cut of her. Runtus Cuntus in the corner been pissin me off since day one and still being a dick. Just growing so slowly and ugly I want to take her out behind the woodshed but dont have the heart.

CLOSE!!!!!! she is absolutely friggin caked with trichs!!!! just need her to plump up a little so we got some weight to her but she definelty looks potent af!!!!! only issue this run really was the stretching. I have a theory about why this happened and will test it out next crop, got the next ladies germed up already. I think removing the third fan allowed it to be to calm in there and the ladies to stretch more, this is just a theory i'll test out. If i had the space, i wouldnt mind the stretch but being in my little 5.5 x 5.5 tent i cant waste any space!!! am i going to break the tent record of just under 800 grams dried? probably not lol but lets hope for 600+

2 week flowering

Day 22. Strawberry Ice gave my friend a lesson - i told him to rotate plants, but never thought of a need to explain, that pot don't have to touch heater ! Her roots boiled a bit, but 3 days later she is more than fine ! Candy Kush is catching up, top 3 nods are healthy, bottom don't go worse and she will be good I say in a week time. Rubbed Great White into soil and pure Phed water. 6.5 is my target always. Day 25. Back on track ? ;) Pure water. Strawberry Ice 600 ml( think next watering to top her) , Candy Kush 400. Happy Growing !!!

Not a ton to report as I switch them to flower. The first day they went to the 12/12 light schedule I chopped the shit out of them, taking probably 100 fan leaves from the 4 plants all together. They're just too bushy and I feel like I'm asking for problems letting them grow into each other. Of course when you try to grow four plants in a 2x4 tent, that's an expected problem. They looked blended, bomb-out and depleted when I finished chopping leaves and pulling the main growth tips apart from each other and through the scrog net. I was a little worried that I overdid it, but 12 hours later they had more than bounced back. I'm a little leary of hard defoliation in flower, but pistils have hardly developed and the plants clearly need and respond well to it. I'm sure I'll take about the same amount from them a couple more times. A couple concerns: small amounts of white mold growth on the top of the coco of a couple plants and the sides of a couple bags. Very faint and not growing much. Also no signs of it on leaves or stems of the plants themselves. I've been spraying with a water/hydrogen peroxide mix. Also a few leaves here and there on a few of the plants look chewed up or torn. There are no signs of pests, so I think they're from some minor abuse during training or from the fan blowing. Will definitely be keeping an eye on mold/mildew and pests, especially going into spring locally.

Day22: As said in Week3, I will not keep this perspective for the whole grow, as it doesn't really show the size of the plant. But it gives a nice view of how to top leaves grow :) The flashes that you see in the video is the humidifier. It pumps out vapour every hour for 15mins. So basically a quarter of each second of the video will be when the humidifier runs. Day23: I changed it, as I wanted to see the size as well. Day24 - Day28: Happy, healthy growth.
