Around the end of the week I will start flushing 💦💦 Generally: Apple Fritter Automatic 🍎🍏🍎 - The plant is in the final phase of flowering, the buds are beautifully thick and full of white sticky resin. Some leaves are already turning yellow with age, although I see slight flaws on some, given its age and the fact that it is an autoflower, I will not address anything. The buds are beautiful and I will flush her in a few days, I have about 12 days to do it, which is just right for cleaning 🌱🏵️💚 Training: The girl doesn't have many extra leaves, I removed a few large very yellow leaves, but otherwise there was nothing else to do 💚🌞🌞 Light: Mars Hydro TS1000 The plants respond effectively and the light is technically very well managed - I try to have 18 cm between the light and the plants, so I move it up regularly 💡💡💡 Thanks for the likes :) See you soon 😍😍

Ginger Nut Cookies & Aussie Music Videos Week 16 Harvest 17 th April 2020 This Entire feminised seed making and growing project was a very good learning experience for me. Right from the very start, when I successfully got a Cutting ,taken from a Barneys Farm Red diesel female plant to produce feminised pollen after treating it with a silver thiosulfate solution. I then used it to pollinate a Fastbuds Girl scout cookies auto plant and let it grow to maturity. This only produced 3 viable seeds one of which is the subject of this Diary. I made up the name "Ginger nut cookies" after a variety of cookies we have here in Australia that are made with ginger. They are the same colour as the distinct red hairs on the red diesel buds. And would you believe those same vivid red hairs were passed on to this plant so I wasn't too far off the mark with the strain name. Her flavour however is nothing like red diesel or girl scout cookies and infact as taken on a smell and aroma all of it's own. She has a lovely tropical fruit like taste and the smell is a bit like fruit yoghurt. It has an unreal after taste on the exhale and the lingering second hand smoke smells very sweet and enticing. She has a pretty well balanced high too not as potent as the GSC nor as energenic as the red diesel but just a pleasant mix of the two. It was a very easy to grow and undemanding plant that didn't seem to require a lot of extra feeding other than the 100% organic nutrients that were within the soil and a few things like compost teas etc. The other element of this diary was of course the weekly Aussie music videos That I provided the links for and put up a little video clip preview of each Artists song. This is hands down the tallest I have ever seen an auto flower get this fast. I have a feeling this is going to have a rather large yield given the container size. Hello everyone, this week everything goes well ! the flowers begin to appear I water the plants with 3 liters each, Ph 6.5 every 4 days I was a little light with nutes in the beginning of stretch, the plants asked clearly but I think I corrected I have done a lot of trimming these last two weeks, especially the suckers but I do not like to remove too much leaf now the hardest is done, less work it remains only to look at the flowers of this young lady and be patient Follow, comment and like if you enjoy it 😍 Peace and Love guys

Week 3(Bloom): She has packed on a lot of pistils this week. Overall she’s looking really good. I think I’m under watering her. Last night and tonight when the light came on she looked pretty droopy. I’ve given her some more water today. Tomorrow when the light comes on I’ll give her a look and see. I did lift the plant to see if it was heavy or light, she was very light. Hopefully she snaps out of it. I’m very happy with this girl. This week the growth wasn’t as rapid, this could be because of not enough water, not sure though. my dry and cure style is this: 4 days of hanging upside down to get water activity lower to around 0.6 in 50% humidity and 26 C temp (i know its a little high but we are in a hot summer right now and i cant get it lower even with air conditioner) and then after 4 days of drying i remove leaves and stalks, trim buds and move them to jar for the rest of their life :D . and in the first 4 days of curing i open the jar door and let hem get some fresh air in the jar for about 5 minutes and close the jar door again, after 4 days of curing like that buds are smokable but they will get better as they getting cured about 1 month. buds are one of the hardest as fucking rocks type of buds! very dense , compact , sticky , smelly , amazing at every aspect growing stage was 60 days and flowering stage was 70 days total (harvested tops at day 63th) the total weight of dry buds was : top buds 174 G + lower buds 55 G = 229 G my overview of strain with details: the seeds: unfortunately i only got 1 seed cracked out of 5 so i will not know how much this genetic can get different but at least i got the chance to grow once of this wonderful strain the plant : in every stage you can ensure that you are dealing with a high level plant , she will get big so you have to control her height LST and SCROG highly recommended , will grow very well with tick stalks and big fan leaves , has good resistance for stress and will respond very well to stress trainings , she really has gorilla power in herself , fresh buds on plant : buds are very compact and dense even from start , fresh blossoms smells like pineapple and mango , 2 different shades of sweet smells like you hold 2 junks of pineapple and mango in your hand and you smell them together, she is a trichome and resin factory , very very sticky , very oily , strong smell dried buds: very compact and dense , hard as rocks , has dark colors with purple hues inside it , it smells sweet smoke : very smooth and sweet like lollipop , pineapple , mango like , after 2 minutes it'll kick in and you'll get higher and higher with every breath , has a strange and especial high mind high mostly

Wow all her pistils have changed colour! Trichomes all milky! She's absolutely smashed flowering quick! She is as frosty and smelly as can be!! Will be harvested within 24h.

I topped this plant and did some LST. I accidentally broke a branch doing this but it shouldn’t have much effect on the plant at the end because it was done so early in veg. Shaping up to be a beauty

Today marks day 22 since we flipped to 12/12 and about 2 weeks into true flower. Struggling to install the reptile UV bulbs optimally but we should have them in this next week. Did another defoliation and thinning out of side branches. Otherwise things are looking good. Check you next week ;)

For each branch, I left two nodes to ensure strong, healthy growth while encouraging a bushier canopy. Why Top Branches? Topping isn’t just for the main stem—it’s an essential technique for creating an even canopy and increasing yield potential: 1. Encourages Lateral Growth: By removing the top of a branch, the plant redirects its energy into the remaining nodes, encouraging side shoots to grow and fill out. 2. Maximizes Light Penetration: A bushier plant with more branches ensures that all parts of the plant get access to light, reducing shading and improving photosynthesis. 3. Improves Structure: A strong, evenly distributed framework sets the stage for a healthier plant that can support larger buds during flowering. The decision to leave two nodes per topped branch ensures a balance between promoting growth and avoiding unnecessary stress. I harvested on the last day of week 13. I didn't water for 3 days before harvesting and hung the branches to dry without trimming. I let them hang for 5 days, then trimmed them and am now curing the buds for another 4 weeks.
