We’re officially in the final week for my Strawberry Gorilla Automatic from Fast Buds! 🌟 This beautiful girl has had a very quick flowering phase, but looking at the trichomes, they’re right where they need to be so no complaints! She will be flushed throughout this week and then harvested and hung up to dry next week. I’m super happy with how she’s developed!😋

Well that was fun. First time delving into the homegrown world and I’m officially hooked. Following the cocoforcannabis nutrient schedule and method, I ended up with 200 grams of dry bud and an extra 40 grams of trim/larf for edibles. I may have had them in the dry tent for a day too long, the hygrometers in the jars have settled around 54% RH, but they feel pretty damn sticky and moist to me. Been toking the larf and the high is really nice, definitely smoother than anything I’ve gotten from a dispensary. Can definitely taste the 🍇 and I’m excited to see what a little more cure will do. Chopped her two days into week 14. What else. Buds. There are a lot of them. And they are quite large. And they look like they will require little effort to trim. What more can I wish for? I am a very happy man. Upd 1: Trimming is SO SIMPLE! Not much sticking out to begin with, because of the amazing bud structure and me plucking most bud node fans. Solid nugs which are not bothered by anything, so pulling smaller sub-bud fans is very simple too, while the buds are what I would call moist. I'll call this Moist Trim 😄 ✂️✂️✂️ Went for the best trimming tools available on the market (well at least my research concluded so) and LOVING every minute of trimming with the B-500SRF. Why would I or anyone else use something less suitable or less comfortable for such a delicate and long job is beyond me, except if you cannot afford one right now, in which case I wish you to experience it one day. Fiskars are also very good in therms of the blades, coating and cutting ability and precision, but the spring is just too stiff, like way, way to stiff for something that is to be used for hours on end. One might argue that such spring force helps overcome resin buildup, but please just rinse your instrument regularly in an appropriate solvent (ethy, iso, whatever — consider you instrument materials as well) and wipe it after. Why would you let significant amounts of resin to accumulate on such a gentle and precise tool? Kinda defeats the purpose?

if u wanna skip details just read the CAP LETTERS day 29 - januari 2 waterleaves from under the stems got cut off, also trimmed the lowest branches because the leaves were getting too big the soil plant has gotten no trim or cuts at all day 31 the ph of the res was 5.3 i changed water , roots look brown, not rotten or slimy just brown. day 32 the hydro plant gets healthy growth after the water change. ph is still too low (5.5) im waiting for my *PH up* i ordered online. never tought i would need it lol. she goes well on 5.5 but not enough calmag is absorbed like it does on 6.2 The pictures of day 32 display the difference is very big in the stems, the soil plant only got topped while the hydro plant had already a litle trim on the lowest branches and the branches above (in the midle of the bush where i topped them) so she got more stress and still is bigger then the soil. day 33 i got no ph up (for now yikes) sooooo i took 8 liters out of the res and replaced it with pure rainwater and 170 ppm calmag in it without nutrients to keep the acid level a bit higher. it worked as u can see in the final pictures the plant gets new growth a bit faster. ph up should be here by end of the week. day 35: plant start to stretch finnally, while i was doing LST later in the evening one of the top stems just snapped off completely OOOPS 😆. theres still a lot of branching going on and a nice bush she will recover very fast from this loss as i summoned the Cannabis Gods into my room as the planets lined up and perfected my PH up to 6 by adding the purest rainwater from the universe the roots cleaned themselves back to pearlwhite and started absorbing the nutes faster then ever. in all silence i knew this was my destiny and the stems grew so fast i could hear them grow. the whole experience was too much as i collapsed to the ground and stood up left the room and knew... i would never see these ph and calmag problems ever again and went down the stairs with my new powers THE PLANTS BOTH GOT GERMINATED ON SAME DATE. BOTH GOT TOPPED ON SAME NODE. I WAS FORCED TO TRIM 4 BRANCHES OF THE HYDROPLANT BECAUS IS WAS BLOCKING TOO MUCH LIGHT I ALSO CUT OFF THE 4 BIGGEST WATERLEAVES ON THE MAIN STEM. THE SOILPLANT DID NOT NEED ANY TRIMS AS SHE IS NOT GROWING AT AN INSANE SPEED, HOWEVER THE SOIL PLANT LOOKS HEALTHIER AND BIGGER BECAUSE THE FANLEAVES ARE STILL THERE. IF U WATCH THE STEMS IN THE PICTURES OF DAY 32 U CAN CLEARLY SEE THE HYDRO IS WAY BIGGER. I NEED TO CORRECT MY PH SO SHE ABSORBS MORE CALCIUM MAGNESIUM FOR EXPLOSIVE GROWTH.

Sorry I didn't do updates in flowering. This was the smallest plant in my 4 plant run. Plus I had to turn the light way down to preserve the profile of the others that were getting in the lights. So it didn't get to grow to its full potential. Smell like a sweet, earthy, herbal smell. It's not my best grow, but it will be a nice sample of it for sure. Week 6 of flowering, and things are heating up—literally with the scent! 🌬️💨 Both plants have significantly increased their aroma, and every time I open the grow box, I’m greeted with a strong and delightful smell that fills the space. The non-LST plant is much further along in its development. Its buds have progressed beautifully in color, and I’ve already noticed the first amber trichomes appearing. 🍂✨ This, along with its overall appearance, is signaling that it’s nearing maturity. Because of this, I’ve started flushing the plant with clear water to prepare it for harvest. Speaking of the LST plant, it’s about a week behind. 🌱 While it’s not as far along, it’s still thriving with strong trichome production and a stunning Lemon Haze aroma that’s sharper every day. 🍋💚 Both plants are doing great, and the differences in their timelines make this grow even more interesting. I’m excited to see how the LST variant catches up in the coming weeks! 😊🌟

June 20, 2022 Watered with 3 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. This may be the last watering. I checked each cola for amber and cloudy trichomes. There are about 5% of thr trichomes that are amber. There are about 50% that are cloudy. She is getting close. Watering Numbers In PH 6.65 TDS 37.1 EX 52.5 Out PH 6.78 TDS 351 EX 496 June 22, 2022 Watered with 3 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. She is close. Watering Numbers In PH 6.54 TDS 70.1 EX 98.8 Out PH 6.69 TDS 328 EX 463 June 24, 2022 Watered with 7 gallons RO water with no nutrients or supplements. This completes the flush, as the runoff numbers are great. She will get her 12 hours of sun today and then immediately followed by darkness for 36 hours, then hang whole. We are watching trichomes every day and it looks like it is almost ready so we are thinking of harvesting next week. It is already possible to see some amber trichomes. Unfortunately it seems that we are not going to harvest the expected amount, the buds were not very dense and fat, apparently the buds are just small leaves with trichomes.

Week 11 end of week 5 flower I found more samples in the Nuites Cabinet and it was All Earth juice products so I Feel my moral conundrum has been solved. Although I did not use them in the beginning of the grow they are still samples I forgot about, I feel ok with this decision. They are looking and smelling strong so I feel why not let them finish big. I might have more seeds than I was expecting as I see a lot of buds with brown hairs and swollen Calex's but that's ok by me because this looks like it was worth saving. pics and movies to come just a brief update. First week went perfect plants sprouted right on time and reacted really well to transplant

another one, the next week in the flowering stage of this little beauty. all nutrients are in ger section if not other mentioned all ny manufactures instructions.

Last pictures before the 48 hrs darkness. After that it’s chop time. I’ll snap a couple before she goes into drying. ✌️ While these pictures drop I can add some comments.. she has a terrific nose to her.. kinda like fruity candy.. super sticky .. everything one would want in a medical strain. Though, I’ve never tried a true green crack. I’ve heard great things, and as a Sativa lover .. I’m hoping this girl is a gift that keeps on giving.. we’ll see.
