I have had problems with snapping bud sites off when attempting to train during my entire grow, but I have been getting more and more skilled at bending them over without breaking them. I didn't quite do a good enough job (in my opinion) of spacing out the Colas as I was originally going to ScrOG on top of my LST and Topping, but now I think I will just see how they grow. I wish I was more confident in my skills and could try to use the screen I bought, but I am very worried the stems are now to woody/hard and will start breaking if I attempt to put the screen on now. I plan on flipping to flower in the next 5- 6 days or so, then flowering them out for 9 weeks if possible. Should put me at harvest some time in late May/early June. Thanks for tuning in! If anyone can advise me on how to set up my screen I'd be ecstatic! Happy GROWING :)

Hello Diary, Epsilon F1 is the fifth hybrid F1 strain from the Royal Queen Seeds lab that grows on my small farm. This time, all three plants on the farm are Epsilon F1, but the soil mix in which they grow is different. But before I describe the preparation, a few words about the strain itself. EPSILON F1: Epsilon F1 is the fastest of all of our F1 cannabis seeds, and combines genetic traits from some of the most notable cannabis varieties of the last decades, including Blue Dream, Blueberry, Amnesia Lemon Haze, and Black Domina. She boasts delicious aromas, plenty of cannabinoids, and, like all RQS F1 seeds, unrivaled stability, resulting in a uniform crop that consistently produces buds of unwavering quality. Plus, her autoflowering trait and extra-fast flowering time make Epsilon F1 an ideal choice for growers focused on getting to harvest as quickly as possible. Epsilon F1 features a rich aroma that combines hints of fresh herbs and citrus with full-bodied earthy notes and touches of blueberries and lavender. Epsilon F1 is a mid-strength variety, consistently producing solid levels of THC and a terpene profile dominated by myrcene, farnesene, ocimene, and limonene. Not only do these terpenes impact Epsilon F1's delicious aroma, but also its effects, endowing it with a long-lasting, physically relaxing stone that soothes the entire body (predominantly courtesy of myrcene, linalool, and farnesene), mixed with an uplifting, motivational kick (from limonene). SET-UP ON MY LITTLE FARM: Box - Secret Jardin DS120W 120x60x178 Lights - MIGRO 200+ Ventilation - TT Silent-M 100 Filter - Primaklima filter PK 100/125 Fan - Oscillating Koala Fan X 2 Humidifier - Beurer LB 45 Soil - BioBizz Light - Mix Pot - 11L Air pots Seed - Royal Queen Seeds Nutrition - RQS Organic nutrition Let's officially start the diary: 02/08/2023 Planting. I prepared a total of three pots, as usual. And this time I used AirPots, which proved to be the best option. I've been using them since the beginning. I used the soil from BioBizz Light-Mix. Pot #1 - I first put Easy Boost Organic nutrition in the form of pellets into the ground, then I added SeaWeed and Mycorrhiz in the recommended doses and mixed everything well. Pot #2 - I also put in Easy Bosst Organic nutrition, Seaweed and Trichoderma. Also in doses according to instructions. Pot #3 - Along with Easy Boost Organic nutrition, I put Bat Guano and Trichoderma. After I prepared the soil, I soaked all the pots well with water and made small holes in which I placed the seeds. I then placed the pots in the Grow Box where the temperature was around 28 degrees and the humidity was around 55%. 05/08/2023 I sprinkled a little water on the surface of the soil. Not too much. 06/08/2023 All three plants sprouted. 07/08/2023 I watered the plants with a little water. Approximately 0.5 liters per each plant. 10/08/2023 Watering. Each 0.5 liters of water. That's all for this stage, see you soon and thanks for your support.

I placed the 2 seeds in a damp paper towel and placed it into a closed Tupperware. The tupperware was placed in my stereo cabinet (warmest place I could find) and less than a day taps roots were showing. I then placed them in my humidity dome and within 18hrs I had roots sprouting thru the bottom of the sponge. This has been the best start I have yet to have. I also built a new RDWC system with waterfalls to veg and flower these two in. I have photos and video above on the new tent setup. I have it running with just regular tap water until the seedlings are ready to go in. I have also installed a 90gpd RO system (APEC brand) under my kitchen sink. The water comes out 5.8ph and 7ppm. I will be using this RO water thru the entire grow with some Cal-mag of course. The system holds about 25 gallons total of water. The main res is 17 gallons and the two buckets are 5 gallons. I will no longer be using air stones. I have a recirculating pump in the main res, waterfalls in the buckets and of course the main pump running the whole system. Should be plenty of air for the roots. I used 2 in return pipes in the hopes of avoiding roots clogging the pipes. I scrogged last time but I'm not sure I will be going that route. I might just top and train. I will be doing a major defoliation on one and just simple trimming on the other. I am trying to find out if the risks of stressing the plant are worth the returns. Well wish me luck....and away we go. Flower Week 5 Day 35 to 41 - 3/19 to 3/25 Got behind on my attention to these this week. That combined with their age in maturity, they really show stress this week. Feed this week was 1.25 gallons 1 time this week and they suffered because of it. 700ppm total before add-ins. I used 700ppm Bloom concentrate mix (recipe week 5). Then I added 1ml/gal of CaliMagic (General Hydroponics 1-0-0) PH balance this week was 6.5 again. I plan to feed 1.25gal next week with 6.6ph. However starting this week I will be starting a flush cycle of half ppms at about 400 and also decided that I will not be using HP2 - final defoliation will happen as well

So being my 1st hydro/RDWC grow and it’s been ages since I’ve had photoperiods I flipped to flower a little on the early side to be safe. With each grow the more I learn the more I’ll push but, for now I’m playing it safe. The Growbuds trellis nets helped out a lot being my 1st time using! Gotta say I’m loving them.

OCTOBER 11th to OCTOBER 17th Sunrise: 08:20| Sunset: 19:03 | Total Daylight: 10:43 This was another pretty good week for weather, however the last couple of days have been cloudy with rain, causing some spikes in greenhouse humidity. Temperatures for the most part have been good, with one overnight low in the greenhouse of 13C. Both Lemon Orange specimens are doing well, with Lemon Orange #1 nearing full ripeness for harvest, and Lemon Orange #2 slightly behind. Greenhouse is emitting very strong smells now, mostly a sweet skunk scent. Weather forecast appears as though it will be adequate and manageable temperature wise for the next week. DAY 155 Greenhouse 13C in the morning, with outdoor temperatures down around 3C (frost evident on rooftops in area). 500mL drip of plain rainwater to all specimens. DAY156 1L hand water BTI treated rainwater (no additives); Lemon Orange #1 showing some signs of purpling. Lemon Orange #2 fading nicely; Greenhouse held to 18C overnight, humidity a little high (51%) but dropped as sun rose; Overcast day; DAY 157 Beautiful sunny day, with warm temps; Greenhouse was 18C in the morning. DAY 158 -1C in the morning outside, 13C in the greenhouse, which is fine. Nice sunny day, drip watered 500mL of plain rainwater (cold) at 12:00 to Lemon Orange #2. DAY 159 Overnight low outside 5C, 17.5C in greenhouse, which is ideal. Humidity in check, at 41%. Cloudy, overcast day, with greenhouse heater working to maintain day-time temps of 21C (no solar energy to drive heating). DAY 160 Greenhouse 14C in the morning, 3C outside. Humidity at 41%; Clear morning, with some sun, turning cloudy with light rain in the afternoon, resulting in a humidity spike in greenhouse to 50%. DAY 161 Lots of rain overnight, causing spike in greenhouse humidity to over 60%; Will require monitoring; Temps in the morning 18C in the greenhouse, mild outdoors.

See orange sherbet well ahead of the strawberry pie even though they were started on same day. Got rid of some of the lower branches that won't produce much on strawberry

Tent is filling up nicely now, they are looking perfect not a sign of stress or deficiencies. Will do some more training and leaf tucking in the next couple of days. 19/7 Done I light defoliation and leaf tucking and a bit of moving around to fill the canopy as much as possible. They are looking super healthy considering that I'm only watering with molasses added. 27/7 looking lovely now starting to flower profusely now. And the smell is really amping up.

She's cruising. I'm letting her drink everything and just adding remixed nutes every third day. Calibrated the pH pen after I saw a little sign she was showing signs of a mild deficiency. She's blown up the last couple days and it seems like she started stretching again. I added the Plagron Green Sensation and I'm definitely loving the results it brings, doubling down the PK boost with some Bud Explosion as well so we should see these flowers swell up to match that beautiful frost, which definitely pops on those purple flowers. Let's see where this week takes us!
