End of the first few days of the transition. They all got a significant defoliation to open up space in the canopy for branching and the plants responded incredibly well to it. Plants 1&2 started to show immediate deficiency signs after defoliation and I upped the nute ratios by about 50%/liter with the Berkana. Voracious feeder and growers these are for sure. That said, their growth rate is phenomenal and the side branching is especially impressive and responsive to training. Veg. Maturity on all of em for the last week so it’s a fast growing strain all around👌. Well throw down the scrog net in a couple of days after we hack out the lower portions of each plant and take clones for all of em but the runt (#8). The clones will be flowered fast in the aeroponic cloner and pollinated for F3 generation seed. Bud characteristics on this run will then determine which clones get tested first based on best characteristics of the lot. So far this run has been incredibly impressive but only the bud quality will tell the true tale. Here’s hoping for continued good progress. ***Grow notes: stretching at about 1/2” per day over the last 3 days of transition. Side branching reaching enough maturity to start taking cuts. Minor deficiency signs post-defol. So increasing nute ratios on a slightly accelerated basis continues to be the norm.

after the 5 days all are sprouted through. Update: first full week out of the soil with just minor water added with a pH of 6.3 from the sink. The Do-Si-Dos didn't sprout with normal leaves but is starting to come along so we shall see how she does. The others are coming along fine so far (fingers crossed)

Week 8 of flowering was rough did not look in the tent for 2 days as my perimeter were all good and I watered every plant so I thought but did not water the gg4 as she felt heavy (her pot) and as I opened the tent on the second day i was shocked and very upset as she looked dead with the ph problems I already had a lot of her leaves were already damaged. Lost a lot of leaves and could probably pull off every fan leaf as all of them have damage now but were in the final week now so she should make it. The bud is not so frosty, nice size buds but with all my mess ups there was no time to create triclones. That my theory as I have gg4 clones at 4 weeks that are twice as frosty fingers crossed last week goes Smooth. Well hope it's last week blimburn seeds says 9-10 weeks so ill go 10. I'll try my jewlers loop but it's only 40× and does not work well if it don't look ready it will go to week 11

01/27/2021 Flowering going well Flowering #2,#3,#6 #6 is a week ahead of#2,#3 will put others in on week 4 for a staggered harvesting 01/30/2022 watered with fungal tea and some aloe mixed in for amino acids and other goodness. Well see how she progresses in 4 days Also working on some banana peel tea to give a boost of potassium if I do next week it should be available for week 6-7. Ps. Fuzzy Mellon (bag seed male) I will pollinate one lucky branch on #6 as she is my favorite. But number 3(tall and lanky one) will get pollination of one branch as well. I can't wait to see how they recombine with fuzzy melon smell mixed with burnt rubber and model glue and pine. #2 no pollination (smaller one) #5 (bonsai) and #8 are males. So 3 female out of 8 seeds. Going to make some feminized seeds next time,so I'll have plenty of female's for a staggard harvest.

I had to pull her to 90 degrees... she's already back reaching for the light - I'm not sure what impact this has on my grow, but I think it will be a positive one. She was going to be insanely tall if I hadn't done this.

Did a top dress of some grow powder dry nutes from botannicare. Just giving her rain water for now. Again—- temps, humidity, and clouds have been aalllllll over the place. One day it’s 86 and the next is 66 with nights in the 60s or 40s—- humidity and rain have been 100% down to 50%. All within a week.

8/7 Plants were still heavy this morning. Temperatures have been much milder. 70's is much better than 90's. I had to water twice a day for a while. I defoliated ahind found some heat stress ob the gmo canary on the end with some twisted leaves. Some leaves are turning purple on an event horizon and gmo. Night Temps are much cooler plus its probably a pheno thing. I defoliated everything dead yesterday. Found lacewind eggs. Saw an adult green lace wing this morning in the garden along with a couple more lady bugs. There were also some lady bug larvae so I hope the go right to town. It's getting cooler so if I'm going to poorly I need to do it. Sherb pie plant seems to he the pillars favorite. I've killed a few of them. Still need to fix supports and do a little more defoliation. I have a video too but it's too slow to upload now. I need to get some zip ties and do a little rearranging before I setup the other supports for flower. Everything looked good this morning. The one in the 5gal was removed until I figure out its issue or trash it. The yield would be less than a branch anyway. Probably chronic underwatering. The 10 was bone dry despite the 3in of rain. Some bags seemed light. Looked at last years diary and went with my intuition. WATERED TODAY. Gave everything a gallon. I moved the event horizon to where the 5gal bucket wad and STARTED reorganizing to use the most of my space. I gotta pick up some zip ties and finish the supports but I'm happy. Plants look happy. Not as tall as last year but they are SUPER bushy. I'm going to have to open some up and spread the branches. I'll keep this updated. WENT OVER AROUND THREE. I CHECKED OUT THE LITTLE PLANT AND NOTICED MULTIPLE BUDSUTES DIEING. I ALSO SAW WHAT "COULD'VE" BEEN A MALE PREFLOWER. MY INTUITION TOLD ME TO GET RID OF IT. ITS LESS THAN A BRANCH OFF THE CROP IT COULD HARM. LUCKILY I HAD BAGGED IT UP BEFORE IT BEIBG REMOVED AND IT WAS FAIRLY WELL SEPERATED. AFTER CUTTING AND DISPOSING OF IT I BROUGHT THE BUCKET TO EMPTY. IT WAS EXTREMELY ROOTBOUND. THE ROOTS WERE WHITE EXCEPT THE ONES ON THE OUTSIDE WHICH WERE A NEON GREEN. THE INSIDE OF THE BUCKET HAD WHAT LOOKED LIJE GREEN ALGAE ON IT. I IMAGINE THAYS PROBABLY WHERE MY PROBLEMS CAME FROM. I'VE USED THIS BUCKET SECERAL TIMES AND IVE SEEN TJIS TYPE OF ALGAE BUT USUALLY ONCE I SANITIZE ITS GOOD TO GO. IM NOT SURE IF IT WAS BEING ROOTBOUND OR THE ALGAE THAT DID IT IN BUT I HAVE MUCH BETTER SPACING NOW. THIS WAS THE RIGHT DECISION. I COULDNT BEAR THE RHOUGHT OF MY GIRLS GETTING POLLINATED. Only problem I can see is some septoria looking spits on the toasted toffy and one gmo looks like itscrunning through nutrients quicker than others. Dad said he thinks this is my best year. He said they're more full and healthier looking. I looked at my diary last year and I had plants over the top of the cage. The weren't as bushy but I'm not complaining. These are far more indica dominant than last year so that's probably part of it. Leaves on the event horizons are starting to turn purple. I'll update what I do. I defoliated what needed it and combed through the plants hunting pillars. I GUESS I FORGOT TO UPDATE THIS OR IT DIDNT SAVE. Well week 15 and 5th week of flower started yesterday, 9/12. I did a little more defoliation over the weekend, maybe cut 20 leaves altogether. Everything is still looking good. Temps are good, rh is good, airflow is definitely good. And judging by the frosty trichs that are showing I'd say everything is right on schedule. Starting to get more smell. That's about it for now.
