Wow she over doubled her height this week. Grew 15cm! Now she's 25cm tall.

The cursed sixth week, I wasn't careful enough. First, a branch broke off near the base, but it's still hanging on the stem and fighting for survival. Two days later, another branch broke, but I was able to fix it immediately with aluminium tape. This strain is not ideal for my training. It grows too tall and the branches become very thick very quickly. Great genetics, but unfortunately not for me as I am very limited in terms of height. I will make the best of it. So at the start of the week I did what everyone says not to with autos; top/fim em!! As I said this is 💯 an experiment so, why not?? The last pic and vid are 3 days after topping

Lovely lady... but getting a little weird in that I've had to reduce her EC several times... I guess she just doesn't LIKE a whole lot of nutes! It's been a struggle this past week trying to get the pH and EC balanced out so they're both stable... and it ALWAYS happens to me about this time in each grow. Some year, I'll figure it out - until then, I'll remain a bit frustrated! LOL! Toying with the idea of doing more "defoliation" to get rid of what I KNOW will be larfy buds... even though I haven't officially "scrogged" her, I've used LST to essentially produce the same results so I'm planning to do a little lollipopping on her... might as well be today! Sorry I haven't been keeping up this diary in the manner I had been... I've got a lot of idiot things going on in my life. If you ever have questions about what I'm doing or not doing with this grow, just DM me and I'll try to explain.... :-D 03/28 .... ok, she's now officially driving me bonkers. Wild pH swings even while the EC holds steady... I can't figure out what she wants at all but we continue to talk to each other... I'll figure out her language soon enough! She's going through a massive stretch period now which might be the cause of all the drama going on inside the bucket... just SHOOTING up and looking fine even if the numbers aren't what I would call happy. Gave her a pretty decent haircut just before she started stretching and I'm glad I did... so many more buds are now getting full light and I've got the canopy where I want it... Might have to do some more LST down the line if she gets much closer to the lights although I DO still have some room to move them up (thank god I got a taller tent!). She's taking her nap right now so I'll post more pictures when she wakes up.... OK... new pics are up as is a video...

Week 8 - Stretch seems pretty much done, cheesy funk smell has arrived too

This is her last week. I let her dry out a bit too much mid-week 😢 Her leaves were going yellow before this though, she's been on plain water for a while now. Will be harvested within 24h 💪

-light intensity increased to 100% -watered twice a week with 1.5 liters of water. 1x with nutrients, 1x pure water -pre-flowering this week, flowering officially begins next week🌹

Ok brothers and sisters i had a minor drawback regarding to external weather so conditions like ventilation and how much heat generates the lights itself were on check on this week, i peaked with 28°c and 30% humidity, so that explain also the increased ddistance between the lights and the plants , as temperatures are on the rise. Additional height control through some lst and changing positions at ones possibly where the stem and branches lignificated and the support plays no role anymore in order to control the new stems , thus avoid hitting top bulb or side bulb radiation , or ventilators or other plants - food scheme stays on the stimulant side with the exception of barrier as i'm spraying as long as i can during flowering . probably until end of month. on the side note the autoflowering one is a bit behind compared to the others but is not that bad - for now. finishing result should be monitored if density and potency was affected by non optimal photoperiod for that one gal. We have reached the second week of flowering for our beautiful photoperiod ladies of Zamnesia. Born 1 September now at day 45 amazing. ---- The general environmental conditions are good, there is always a little too much heat from next week we should have just enough for the resining a sharp drop in temperatures that could also give us beautiful foliage for this period. --- Our Runtz are two very stable and regular plants that will give us great satisfaction. They are not very big and although we do not have a couple of not very tall growboxes it is very good, they flower quite quickly, there are already some buds formed unlike others. Like its auto and f1 version it eats a lot of fertilizer especially in the initial and medium flowering phase you need to give it fuel. Our two are very healthy let's be clear but it is one of those plants that eats food a little more than the others. I’m only defoliating and pruning and lollipopping in lower side of the plant no LST because i need to save space, yes very nice tecnique but not very good to save space. --- Fertilization program - The fertilizers are always Plagron and I am following the table that I generated on the site depending on the chosen substrate. D56 - Today is the first day in the eighth week of veg for #2 and the seventh for #1. This will be the final week of veg for the girl as I'm ready to flip in a few days. I did the last heavy defoliation by removing most leaves and branches except the tops. I aim to get the girl to put all the flowering energy into the tops and hopefully result in big colas without popcorn nugs or larf. I did keep a few clones from each girl, though. After defoliation, I sprayed down the girl with my chili tincture to combat the thrips. I took great care to hit all leaves on both sides. This tincture is harsh to work with, and I was coughing like mad, and I damn near filled my N95 mask with snot (yummy!). After all this snot, drool and coughing, I just wanted to be done for the day, so I stressed checking out how my new scrog frame fits. The frame, of course, fell and broke one of the tops clean off. Ugh! I tried to fix it with some tape but the break was in a weird spot and it didn't work. Not a massive deal as it was a corner top, and there will be 15 other tops. Still annoying, but hey, it's my damn fault for stressing. D57 - The girls have bounced back nicely from their heavy defoliation. I just snapped a couple of pics as I hung a blue sticky trap in the tent. I always have regular yellow sticky traps in my tent to monitor pest pressure. However, thrips aren't that interested in yellow but are attracted to blue. D59 - I flipped my lights today from the veg mode to the flower-inducing mode. I have no idea how much these girls will stretch, so better sooner than later. Also, I finally got around to start training one of the tops toward the middle of each girl. (About damn time!) I've thought about it for quite a while but have been ignoring it. The lights are flipped now, so we are almost out of veg time. Now or never! D62 - The girls look healthy, and I can't see any thrip damage on the newer leaves. Fingers crossed that the buggers are gone! I gave each girl around 2.5-liters of water @ pH 6.3.

Boy I really feel I butchered my attempt at topping this plant, it left behind a few feeble looking fan leaves that I had to remove because I didn't like the way they were looking at me. 😒 I suspect I really waited too long, but I'm unaccustomed to how fast autoflowers start flowering. Beyond that, she's the most spindly of the girls out on the patio, which are mostly bushed out now - but she's the only real sativa in this group.

All those leaves should be used up by the end. Wednesday - Day 123 9 October 24 Watering day, 5 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 5 litres - 61.1 PPM - Add 5 ml Cal-Max - 258 PPM Final - 5 litres at 6.50 PH at 258 PPM Runoff - 0.6 litres at 6.48 PH at 1,070 PPM - She’s fading a little more. - On track ti’ll the end. Thursday - Day 124 10 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Slowly continuing to fade. - All is looking great. - She’s just recently started giving off some really nice odours. Friday - Day 125 11 October 24 - Just a day under the lights. - Few more leaves have fallen off. - We’re doing it!! Saturday - Day 126 12 October 24 Watering day, 5 litres of dechlorinated tap water. - Base water 5 litres - 61.1 PPM - Add 3.75 ml Cal-Max - 210 PPM - Add 1 tsp seaweed extract - 332 PPM Final - 5 litres at 6.41 PH at 345 PPM Runoff - 0.7 litres at 6.21 PH at 1,120 PPM - About an other dozen leaves have fallen off on their own. Again— my fault on this one— coo po ups and wold have been better if I would have ran individual dwc per auto— screwed them up in the veg/flower transition- regardless the terps are insane

Girls are really full on flowering!!! They all seem super happy! Been trying to get on a better flushing regiment as it seems to really help around harvest with salt build up using general hydroponics nutrients. I can already see some buildup around the fabric pots. Gonna do a basic pesticide foliar spray with azomax. I don’t see any pests but I’d like to keep it that way esp since I’m flowering now. But everything is going as planned and keeping a watchful eye on them. Oh and also did a little defoliation again...the Maui seems to just keep bushing out while the dosi just wants to stretch!! Super impressed with the genetics and resilience of these 2 strains
