So big update ! Entering week 3 of flowering for this beautiful Purple Punch by Barneys Farm ! Ive got to say i am very impressed of the results, hoping i get a medium to high yield with her, as for the Fastbuds mystery seed it is slower but has beautiful traits on the leafs compared to the purple punch, im keeping her to see what will happen ! Happy 2 Months To These Lovely Ladies. I Will Be Harvesting The Purple Purple On Friday, I Wanted To Harvest It Today But The Soil Is Not Fully Dry Out And I Don’️t Want To Harvest It When The Soil Is Still Wet. I Bought A Pocket Microscope To Check The Trichomes And Although There Are Only Literally Only 1 Or 2 Amber Trichomes On The Purple Power Some Of The Upper Buds Are Showing Signs Of Overripe By Getting Dry & Crispy And Stretching Apart. I Will Be Taking Off Most Of The Fan Leaves On The Girls Scout Cookies (5gal) And The Gorilla Glue For Better Light Penetration. The Flowering 5 Have Such Lovely Scents Coming Off Them From Sweet Berries And Pine To Different Types Of Lemon I Just Love When I When The Tent Is Close Up And I Open It And All The Flavours Just Hits Me All At Once. did some well needed defoliation looking a lot better. Buds are starting to get thick and heavy and covered in trichome. First bit of hairs are starting to turn orange.

Blütetag 36 Die Gießmenge wurde leicht erhöht auf 2 Liter/Tag/Pflanze. Ich gieße aktuell alle drei Tage sechs Liter. Vor zwei Tagen habe ich einen Stamm gespalten. Die Pflanze verkraftet es gut und der Durst bleibt. An dieser Pflanze sind die Stigmata noch nicht ganz so weit entwickelt, wie bei den anderen Beiden. Vielleicht ernte ich Diese zuletzt. Trichome entwickeln sich gut und man erkennt bereits etwas Bernstein. Blütetag 40 An einigen Stellen sind die Trichome bereits bei 10-15% bernsteinfarbend. Letztes Gießen war nur mit Cal/Mag. An Blütetag 42 ein letztesmal düngen und danach gibts nurnoch Wasser mit Flawless flush.

Sorry again for the poor media content. The project was coming to an end and I was starting with another one, my first hydro grow. Pollen was kept fertile and used after with great results too. Sadly I don't think I have the notes where I counted how many seeds came from this plant, but well see, I'll keep digging.

week 7 going good!

Another good run and another home run on this strain. Just everything about it is amazing. The smell, the look, the taste the high, all amazing. The scrog came out nicely and produced a fair amount of bud. One thing I would like to mention is I only flushed for one day. The dry time in the tent was 15 days as it was quite humid here but a nice slow dry is alright with me!!! This harvest report is after 2 weeks of daily burping. So about a month, maybe little more from harvest. I can say I definately agree with the old timers that the flsuh is not important its the dry and cure. She is super smooth and tastes great already with little cure. The ash is also nice and white!! skip the flush but slow down drying is my thoughts for the future. after 2 weeks of burping in the big jar I move them to 20ish gram jars for the remainder of their curing time. As far as weight goes, I was a little off on my guess, I think I guessed 122 but 92 isnt all that bad. The tent harvest was mid 500's but a couple of the other strains from a different breeder really slacked on the weight so overall I'm happy. Started today second week (20/05). Very pleased with how it grew the first week. The plant appears healthy despite the excessive lengthening that caused its release due to the too much weight of the leaves. Although it has a fan pointing at it, I still expect it to reinforce the stem to remove the support. Update: Very strong stem. 20/05: Root Complex (3.5ml/700ml) + TNT Complex (3.5ml/700ml) --> Final EC 625 24/05: Root Complex (3.5ml/700ml) + TNT Complex (1ml/700ml) --> Final EC 325 27/05: Coming home after two days i found my baby plant that now isn't just a baby! Beautiful and strong! I've noticed only a small spot in a leaf, highlighted in the video; and a strange skin around the stem, highlighted in the other video.

I have been checking them every other day now and this is the week they'll be 'going dark' before I chop and hang them to dry. 12/5- I'm continuing to flush all three with 2g of straight well water with NPK Yucca Extract added, which I then ph to 6.5 @ 68℉, twice daily for a total of 4g each day. The two purple pheno's are just breathtaking in looks and their aroma's! The #2 plant is a beautiful cultivar as well, just not purple, with several huge cola's having formed due to her being topped! 12/7- Today at 'lights out' I placed all three Tropicana Cookies in the dark for 72hrs. I moved them to a dedicated room that is totally dark and which I can keep control of the temperature, humidity and air circulation (same room I use for drying). For the 72hr dark period I keep the temp's between 60-65℉ at a RH of 40-45% with decent air circulation. 12/11- Today, all three of the FastBuds Tropicana Cookies were released from 'Dark Jail'. I actually let them go an additional day, for a total of 96hrs in the dark, and from the looks of them it didn't hurt them one bit! All three look absolutely fantastic and the aroma coming off of them is just incredible! 🤪🔥 Every plant is heavily frosted up and all have tightly stacked, dense flowers. After chopping, I'm going to hang each of them whole to try to extend their drying time as much as possible. My dedicated 'Drying Room' has no outside light and is maintained at 58-60℉ with a RH of 50-60%. I use a de-humidifier, humidifier and two fans in the room. One fan is for air circulation, the other brings in cold outside air and the humidifier/de-humidifier handle the RH. I'm shooting for a 10-12 day dry, but that can always change because we all know 'shit happens'! 😁 My next diary entry will be after these fine ladies are done drying, get trimmed up, weighed and jarred.
