Both are still growing healthy beautiful buds but like the rest of the tent, they were a little burned this week. I dimmed down the light. That helped with the temperature as well.

Flush week begins for one of the 2 plants. Not many red pistils yet but I will be cutting in a few days as there is already quite a bit of amber color in the crystals. Definitely don't want to miss out on the nice terpenes, the smells are pretty amazing, very citrusy. The yield looks like it could be quite decent too. Buds not as thick as I was hoping for, but still really good looking. Some leafs on the right side plant showing some signs of various issues and maybe a few previously undetected bugs on some leafs, but looks like all should be good.

Another healthy week of good growth. On day 14 I top dressed amendments and casting. Will be the last bit of castings I will add unless the medium settles low by mid flower. Soil is picked with castings and has active worms so not much need for any more. I also mulched with dry straw and soaked some in water and molasses for a few days and replaced the dry with the soaked. She is developing her fifth node so I will be topping either today or tomorrow. I’ve also started fermenting some fpj for next feed. She’s only been watered when top dressed this week soil is still moist and not needing water. Will see you next week

We have Week 9 and the Final Week starts for the Ladys. We are coming closely to the last 7-10 Days and everything looks nice and smells delicious.

Normally I wanted to do a Mainlining// SCROG. But the Stalks of the Gorilla_ladies are so Sturdy and strong. No way for SCROG. So i just let them grow. They turned out resinous and very smelly.

12/25/2023-Germination Day 1 Merry X-mas 2023 I decided to start a run of SolFIre Gardens Hoodz Candyz S1. I am going to do a cup filled with RO water a touch of Hydrogen peroxide and let it sit for 24-48 hours until I see tap root then I am going to put it into a rapid rooter.. Tap root Down and put it about 1/4 of the say down the Rapid rooter. I made some modifications to my basket on this run.. I have taken a few Pods that I use for my cloning machine and decided that I am going to try and use them as sure plants, so that I can take my water right up to the bottom of the basket this time and see if these can make my planting more consistent.   12/26/2023-Germination Day 2 Tap root achieved Planting Commencing 12/27/2023-Germination Day 3 Misted the dome lightly misted the rapid rooter and added a little water to the bottom of the pan to encourage root growth to the pan. 12/28/2023-Germination Day 4 Ground Hogs day 12/29/2023- Germination Day 5 She is up, she has broken surface, I misted the root riot, and around the bottom of the tray to try and entice root growth down rapidly. 12/31/2023- Germination Day 6 Ground Hogs Day 1/1/2024-Germination Day 7 HAPPY NEW YEARS!!.. I did it I planned it out so my planting day would fall on New Years and it worked.. Yay!!! 1/2/2024- Germination Day 8 Since the roots are not to the water yet, I am pouring one cup of water lightly on the hydroton around the lady to try and encourage root growth down to the water.. 1/3/2024- Germination Day 9 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. 1/4/2024- Germination Day 10 Ground Hogs day, will continue until roots hit the water. Growing's been good this week she transitioned to the outside very nicely very easily with little to no stress! She been super easy to this point

She is looking beautiful! I can not talk enough about the Cronk nutrients, and how much it has made a difference. I know that my inexperienced training resulted in a plant that looks almost alien in nature. I will definitely be training differently going forward.

End of the grow cycle finally! This one was a test run, I wanted to see the possibilities using liquid nutrients in an Autopot-like system. Firstly, because I got plenty of the nutrients left from the previous grow. Although it is possible to use this method, it’s way too much work. I had to change the water/feed in the tray all the time while I was facing with ph stability issues. The harvest is now in the drying chamber. I will keep you updated with the end results.

Happy Chrimbus. TW is looking better this week, lots of growth in the nodes, the stalk looks THICK. BUT she also is a weird plant because I know nothing about it. Was found in my bud from the test plant. Just switched over to my large tent so the two can be alone to grow. I topped her a few days ago and looks to recovering well. :) 2019.12.29 well well well this beautiful bitch is pre flowering and showing ITS A GIRL! im so so so happy. YAY I plant to keep her in veg maybe 2/3 more weeks- she isnt very tall.

The growing cycle itself worked out as expected, except that the pH-level was way off from where it should be, and I found out a bit too late. Because of this the outcome of the harvest didn't say much about the potential of this strain, but as soon as I got enough time and space, she will get a new chance to shine.000

Made it 67 days before the chop. •••03/21/2020 After a 6 day hang I've trimmed and started to jar cure. Had a total flower weight of 85 grams. Over all I'm pleased. Will update with a smoke report in about 3 weeks.

Another week has flown by! The girls are doing great, cruise control this week as I have just been monitoring RH and temps. Trying to keep them as low as possible, I’ve been getting as low as 74 during the day and 68 at night. I finally took a look a look at the trichomes with my jewellers loop, lots of cloudy, and a few amber around the leaves and top colas, but still lot’s of clear trichomes. I’ve ordered myself a wireless/usb digital microscope to assist with the process, and looks like it will be here just in time to determine harvest day. 😎🎄 I started by eliminating the nutrients at the beginning of the week. I typically allow for 3-4 pure water feeds before I harvest, and at the rate they have been drinking, this should be enough to get through the 7-12 days they have before harvest. I don’t flush, but rather “rinse” with normal water amounts, allowing the plant to use up the remaining nutrients in the soil. This also allows me to recover most of the soil from my grows and reuse ♻️ with other soil mix. There has been great debate and a great deal of bro science out there for many years, but the recent studies suggest there is no difference in end result when it comes to flushing or using nutrients right until the end, if a proper dry and cure is performed.
