day 58: trichomes are 100% clear. still a few weeks before harvest

Day 44 - The smell is divine, and the buds are looking very pretty. Beautiful fade going on in the leaves, almost like a purple/red/black. Planning to tapper down the nutrients as we are coming closer to Harvest. Crucial to keep the pH in range during flowering and being away a few days, I wasn't able to correct it until I was back. So they were drinking more water than uptaking nutrients.. leaving a high EC in the system. Corrected the issue by adding plain RO water, treated with cleanse, no nutrients. They are now on track and could do with a last defoliation, but I've been holding it off. Will get around to it over the next few days. The buds are sticky, smell great and rock hard. Dehumidifier was added to the tent to try lower the humidity to a better range. Can't wait to see the end results and product. Another 2 weeks an I think we will be good.

The week went again pretty uneventful, other than me not getting the tip burn under control. I have further reduced base nutrients, removed the green sensation (simply because I ran out ;)) and increased pk 13/14 further. The buds continue to develop new pistils and continue to swell. The trichomes look mostly milky at this stage, I will however wait until I have around 20%-25% amber. I have cut a bud from the lower canopy (pictures attached), which is quite solid to touch and had a wet weight of roughly 1,2 gr and is currently drying. Overall the bud structure on this plant looks amazing the buds a re super dense, nicely clustered around the stems and she looks like she'll be a joy to trim.

It smells of nothing but diesel n a very pungent Kush smell the berries nor mango scent hasn’t quite poked thru yet but it definitely smells of quality bud in the veg closet ha may need to upgrade my carbon filter. Gonna move these ladies at the end of the week. Thanks for tuning in!

Week 13 (4/11/22 - 4/17/22)

Hello. This is the end of week 10 and the beginning of week 11 of veg. Got the girls out to the greenhouse this weekend. And the guys too. Repotted the 6 females into the big pots. And training has started already with the metal rods to hold down the long branches. For each pot I mixed 4 gallons of soilless soil and 2 gallons of compost and 1 gallon of perlite/vermiculite. That filled each pot about 3/4 full. After transplanting I filled up the top 1/4 with the soilless soil. All the pots got about the same amount of soil within 1 Liter +/- The plants did well being bent into place. I broke 1/2 of plant #6's mainline. Wrapped twine around the brake and bent the branch over the bar and held it in place with a metal rod. That will work for me. You can see in the picture. I'll give a bit more water later today but with the compost the plants will have enough food for a while, so I won't have to feed for a while. I'm still planning to start flowering around June 1st to Aug 15 or so, to take advantage of the strong summer sun. These plants should take off once they get a taste of the compost. Ok. Be Great. I've been a bit hands off this week again. The Black Jack and NYC started to get a little yellow at the bottom, so I could have probably started feeding more a couple of days earlier, but I didn't notice until I was ready to turn on the AutoPots. The reservoir was filled with 20l, and I can already see a growth spike starting. I'll probably top them all in the next few days and flip to flower shortly after.

Day 64 05/07/24 Friday Start of week Big feed today 4L pH 6.2 only 20% run off. So I have done final LST on her, I'm proud of what she has grown into over this veg period. What a BEAST 🙌💪🤯💚 I'm allowing this week to be final veg week before I flip her. She has so many tops I'll count them and add to diary tomorrow ✌️💚 Day 65 06/07/24 Saturday The day after LST, she has bounced straight back 💪, she's a damn beast 👌 Picture update Day 66 07/07/24 Sunday Watering with De-chlorinated tap water, pH 6.0 and added cal-mag 7ml for 5L. No run off but bottom of fabric pot is lovely and moist so will leave it there today 😁 Day 67 08/07/24 Monday De-chlorinated tap watering today 5L with DyNoMyCo. Hoping this will help root zone uptake more nutrients during flush- we will see. Updated short video Day 69 10/07/24 Wednesday Feed today! De-chlorinated tap water pH 6.0. did a 3L run through had about 1ltr run off due to high humidity this week, she never needed it I guess. But just wanted something to pull fresh oxygen through substrate. She's getting so damn big, have to flip her tomorrow else she'll never fit under 600w hps in tent 🤦‍♂️😍

This week the girls have been going nuts! These are the largest strawberry bananas I have grown yet! I'm super excited to see what happens after taking these photos I cut one leaf off each plant. My first second time running this strain I did LST and my yield was much lower and it stunted her. So she seems to like to stretch. Check back next week to see just how fast these ladies grow! & remember is 4:20 somewhere!!!!!!!!!!!

Update in progress... 11/23/24 - Chopped and hung whole in closet. 11/29/24 - Trimmed and jarred. Early samples detect incredible taste and smell. The high is immediate and very energetic. Felt up front and in the face. Very pleased with the initial weights, although I will make certain they are accurate and final before posting numbers. 12/11/24 - No clue why it only gives me an option to log the wet bud weight but I put 3.55 oz for my final weight and that is dry.

2023-03-15 Please add one more Week in Flowering!- i was in Holidays here This one is kinda perfect strain for me growing vigor and sweet, getting great Strucutr, no Training needed Just love , water and nutes and good Conditions in Light and VPD, made her outstanding I LOOOOVE her Colors in the End, and she smells fbulous, quite Zkittley with alovely Piny undertone, and some Kush Notes. Iam very courious to her taste and effects
