07/06/2025 - Day 98 Short Facts: - 86 cm tall - VPD @ 1.0 - Approx. 900 PPFD - Fungus gnats still there - Thrips seen ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Sorry for not updating the diary over the past few weeks. I had a medical emergency in the family, which caused quite a bit of chaos. There’s not much to report — her flowers are getting bigger and bigger. The smell is really special and intense! It looks like senescence is starting. She has lost some color in her leaves and is now turning more yellow. Just to be safe, I added a small amount of Epsom salt. And of course, there are still problems: The fungus gnats are still around, although there are far fewer than before. I’d say their numbers are down by about 80% compared to the peak, so at least some progress has been made. I’m still fighting them and have ordered more predatory mites. Unfortunately, I also noticed some leaves that didn’t look good, so I took a closer look. The result: I found thrips on both plants. It doesn’t look like a full-blown infestation yet, so I hope I can get it under control. The predatory mites should help, and I’ve also ordered some green lacewing larvae to support the fight and hopefully wipe them out. This whole situation is really frustrating. I recently had to deal with thrips on one of my biggest Alocasias, and I’ve been battling a persistent aphid infestation on my largest Dieffenbachia for weeks now. I’ve never had this many issues with pests before.

My nine Week 7 flowers are thriving under the new GrowPro Solutions under-canopy lights. The lights have really brought out some amazing colors in the buds. It's so cool to see how much they've changed in just a day! I'm excited to see how they develop even more in the coming weeks

Flowering day 3 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys . My cutting heating broke 3-4 weeks ago, which was fixed immediately and everything went wonderfully. Now, 3 days ago, the central heating broke down in the entire room, so that at night I only have temperatures of around 13 degrees :-( . One or the other lady is slowly starting to see a phosphorus blockage, as this can no longer be absorbed at temperatures below 15 degrees, like many other nutrients :-( . A friend looked at the heating yesterday and came to the conclusion that a real company had to do it, which is by no means possible for a stranger to enter my room. I quickly ordered heating mats for all the boxes so that the ladies could at least get warm feet. That's all I have this winter full can do . Let's hope everything will be fine 🙏🏻. As soon as the heating mats are attached in the coming days, I will post them in the pictures. Now for the update. Despite the severe cold, the ladies are still doing well and have made good progres . The ladies only had to be watered once this week, each time with 1 l, because it absorbs the water very slowly because of the cold and I don't want to overwater it. I took every single plant in the pot to take a close look at their roots. These are snow white and look very healthy 🙏🏻. It was also the last time neem oil sprayed so that the last trips are finally gone. Otherwise everything was checked and a lot of planning was done, like I do with the heating mats. Since a friend had the same problem in one winter and the heating mats got 10 degrees plus on the pots, I am very confident that it will at least bring something for the last cold month 😃 🙏🏻. I started the GSC seeds from HSC by soaking in a glass of water overnight then planted in coco coir under a humidity dome in my veg tent. I will plant them in flower box in a couple weeks when they can handle the feed that my BB clone is on right now. On day 5 my 2 other Gsc seeds rotted perhaps too wet but I have one good remaining for this run. I started White widow seeds and will run 2 phenos. Gsc is looking good so far.

420 Fastbuds Week 2 Gorilla Cookies Auto Hello grow fam. Week two of veg and these girls are starting to take off. Seeing some great growth from this past week until now. The drip system is working amazing. Still just water for feeding and only about 1liter daily. All in all Happy Growing

Cooled off a bit, trellis has been great! I made it modular so I can just slide it up the supports and she grows. It has really helped develop a nice even canopy and will help with support in the long run. Seen a few ants and aphids, nothing major, may up the Lost Coast sprays to every 5 days. Heavy top dress of homemade screened compost mixed with Gaia Green 70/30 AP/PB. All in all super happy with this strain, very easy, uniform growth. My other 7gallon same time/strain is 2 weeks into flower, but hates being contained, unlike this girl. Love the early flower in a smaller pot with the same strain to really see how she flowers.

Today is the last day of week 1 flower. I've been working on raising the ph in the medium of Zorro x Purple Punch 2, she was showing a Calcium Deff in the previous post. She was getting the same feed as the others ph 6.2 but instead of running off around 5.8 like the others she was swinging right down to like 5.2-5.3 so she's been getting a separate feed with neutral ph and her runoff comes out at 6.2 now which I'm happy with as I move into the second week of flower and where I got them all to with today's feed. She has shown no further defficiciencies since. Other than that they have all been doing what they do best and they have been happy all week, only really disturbed them to feed them, until today. Today I gave them a little training and bent their branches away from each other. Also today I switched their feed up a little but I've not added the changes to this entry because today is one day and the values are for the whole week but the changes today are as follows.... I took out Cellmax Rootbooster - pots are well rooted and I'm leaning towards flower production now as I come into week 2 of flower. I added Cellmax Flower Stimulator at half strength - easing them into flower power mode! I added Cellmax AlgaMax 1ml per litre - The kelp keeps stress levels minimum and I've done a little LST plus the last 2 days have been around 20 celcius which translated to 26 - 30 celcius in my tent. I alternate all watering one with feed and one without so long as they are in good health. Other than that not much to report, growths good, bud formation is on schedule with lots of pistils although they are 9 weeks old so they already had nice lady gardens 🤭 Thanks for looking in One Love💚 Fire Farmer🔥👨‍🌾

We broke big cola on central plant and cried a lot. Also we continued partial defoliation time to time. It should be noted that plants began to drink much more, we watered them every three days, but in five to six litres per watering. Girls showed their gender. Next week we expect all plants to bloom, otherwise we'll have to change the light mode.
