Hey now, I hope everyone is having a great weekend, it was a good week for the ladies in the 5X5, they are all starting to stack flowers and really starting to distinguish their own smells. The Bubble Runtz has the most indica dominant looking colas and smells absolutely amazing. The Sundae Driver is looking like she is gonna have the fattest colas and be the biggest producer. I am really hoping I get the red phenotype of the Red Hot Cookies, and both the Green Crack and Durban Nights are showing the most Sativa characteristics and looking great. I now have the Medic Grow Light cranked up to 100% in F1 mode and am also using the UV/IR for 30 minutes per day prior to lights out. I am running a 12/12 cycle and feeding the same mix of GH nutrients which include Silica, CalMag, MaxiBloom, and Bloom Booster, with additional food grade Hydrogen Peroxide in the reservoir to keep algea growth to a minimum. I mix one 5 gallon bucket of nutes per day and clean my reservoir once per week. My pump is set to auto feed the plants every 5 hours after lights on, and I have a gravity self draining runoff setup I built. Not much to do from here on out, just keep the reservoir clean and full, a little defoliation, and 5 minutes per day to mix a bucket of nutes.I hope they get fat in the next few weeks and then I have about 7 people lined up to help me trim, I will throw everyone two zips for the help. hoping to do the wet trim in a day. So this marks the end of the 5th week and start of the 6th. Should I be topping it now or give it another week? still growing fast as fuck. i was falling more and more in love with her as time passed. she was showing signs of hunger so i gave her, her first feed of veg nutes on december 5th 2021. I mixed 1/2 tsp to each gallon. I used a bucket with 3 gallons of dechlorinated tap water. Decmber 8th: same amount of veg to gallons of water with the same 1/2 tsp. phd to 6.4. December 10th gave her a feed honestly dont know how much. id say about 10-20 cups worth of dechlorinated tap water with 1/2 tsp of veg nutes to 3 gallons.

The ladies have almost reached 40 cm in height, so we are switching to the flowering stage. For the next two weeks, they will receive fish mix before I switch to Biobizz Bio Grow.

I did switch over to my finishing nutrients and have cut out calmag according to feeding chart I have been following. I think we are gettting pretty close to harvest though! The trichomes are starting to get a little milky. I am going to wait until about 30% amber to harvest though. I am getting super excited to finish this one and start my next run! 9/2 - The girls have been doing great and are starting to pack on the size and frost nicely! Nothing to do to them really except monitor and keep checking and making sure everything is running at an optimal level. The closer it gets I start to get a little nervous for the dry. I am prepared and have a plan, just hopefully I can get my dry set up as dialed in as I was able to get my grow tent. I will try to post more updates this week. Last week I had company from out of town, so it was difficult to get around to it. 9/5- Just continuing to monitor and check the trichomes, once about 25-30% turn amber I will be harvesting! They are starting to get pretty cloudy right now. When I did the res change yesterday, I switched to just root drip and full tilt and have started flushing, hopefully not too early, but im following my feeding chart. in this past week I have defoliated the plants about 40% I have lost some leaves which have turned yellow I think the plants lack nitrogen due to the stretch the buds started to smell good. for nitrogen I add coffee grounds to keep away the pests and it is rich in nitrogen. the hardest part is fighting the humidity it’s been raining for a week 😭 humidity is the worst enemy I much prefer heat. see you soon

Ultima semana de nuestras northern light xL y aunque no destaquen de las demás por su olor, sacaron un gran tamaño nuestras flores. Bastante productoras, ya veremos en peso que nos dan . Son algo más complicadas de cultivar que las otras 2 del mismo proyecto. Pero no es una dificultad extrema, solo que hay que aguantarlas un poco más y tener cuidado con las carencias ya que chupa bastante comida. No pinta mal esta cepa veremos los resultados las siguientes semanas. Buen cultivo nada de plagas y no tuvimos que tutores todas, solo algunas 😂 Nos vemos la próxima familia.
