Another two weeks down, and the tent’s definitely alive and kicking. Some branches started leaning over, so I tied up the colas before things got out of hand. I pulled CalMag for a bit, thinking it was leaving residue in the reservoir — but turns out the real culprit is probably the Connoisseur Coco base. Kinda sad, because I really like these nutes, but looks like they’re not the best match for hydro-style Autopots. They leave sediment. Time to move on. I added a 25-micron filter to the circulation pump, and that helped quite a bit — though it’s still not perfect. Next grow will be with CANNA Coco — hoping for a cleaner run. Lemon Orange already looks like it's getting flushed, even though I haven’t started yet. Gonna give it two more weeks and then probably chop. King’s Juice? That thing exploded — totally outgrew the scrog because I didn’t bend it in time. Bit of a jungle now, but I’m rolling with it. Oh — and they’re drinking like crazy: 2 liters a day from the res, easy.

Going strong and taking up lots of fluids. 2 + litres every second day. I’m going through 100 plus litres a week with all 4 tents in early flower 🤦‍♂️Auto watering would be helpful but I think they like the random feeds with different ranges of ph I try to never keep the ph spot on, let it float up or down a few points not much just enough for the plants to get different amounts so far it’s been working for me.. happy growing friends

Late to update this week. Was out of town and finally I found some time to update. I started giving them a healthy dose of KoolBloom to start finish this grow off. Temperature is getting higher and I wish I started these girls 2 weeks earlier, but hindsight is 420. I think these should be ready by week 9, so i’ll be looking at those trichomes at this stage of the grow. I like mine cloudy. What do you all prefer?

They are still not too happy with me... Not liking the nutrient strength I choose again.. So after 24hrs of just ph water and 1/4 strength hydroguard. No change I thought they would appreciate just water and a root stimulate. But no change in root or plant mass. Looking like they are very stunted from nutrient burn. So moving forward I went with same strength as the 1st feeding that they liked. But I did it in a hurry before work and realized after the fact that I put that same amount I put before but didn't account for lowering the water level to 3.5 gal from 4gal. So end up being slightly stronger then before. I did add 0.5ml of hydroguard to each bucket. Also added 0.5 of bud candy to each bucket. But hoping they work with me fingers crossed. 4/12/2023 5.8/72°F/221(Left rear) 5.8/72°F/227(Middle front) 5.8/72°F/214(right rear) No sign of transitioning to flower yet. 4/14/23 Colorado Cookies recovered and jumped like a inch looking alot better! Overall Height 3.5" And I noticed that there was some growth in the root zone. But noticed there is something going on with the upper leafs. Runtz Seems to be recovering but still a little rough. Overall Height 2" But I did notice the roots mass did not change and they still appear to have the brown tint and seems to have gotten slightly worse toward the bottom of 6"net basket. I believe that's contributing to the slow recovery. Still looking alot better tho. Banana Purple Punch seems to have bearly changed at all. There's very slight growth in center. No change to root mass at all. Overall Height 1.5" Found some very helpful information on measuring EC instead of ppm and how to monitor EC and Ph. So will be doing this moving forward. I'm going to redo Banana's bucket to exactly what I gave the 1st time she was happy but this time accounting for the .5 gal change in water level. I'm also looking into if I can use the hydroguard at full strength on nutrient burned autos since its not a nutrient for the plant. But I need to fight the brown roots in runtz tonight. See if I can't get all three happy! And save this grow to a more acceptable outcome. And put full strength hydroguard and full strength rapid start in all buckets amd ph to 5.8 and left it for 24 hrs. I made a floral spray of armor si at 0.33ml to full spray bottle. Wet em down good. Twice today. 4/16 I noticed Banana's leaf tips began to droup a little. So lowered water back to 3.5 gal and mixed the nutrients for 3 gal to be safe and leave ppm for cal mag and bud candy without nutrient burn. Added 0.5 cal mag and 0.5 bud candy. I trimmed all the burned leaf tips off, so I can see if and when it burns again. And since it was the best my test has looked yet I took a video and some pictures. But still need to figure out whats going on with Colorado cookies. Has spotty yellowing. Thought maybe light burn. So checked and raised like a inch or so. But there leafs below that are almost fully yellow. Like nutrient deficiency. Trying to read her but not getting it yet. gavw them a spray of armor si. 4/17 ph to 5.8 bucket stats. During this 3 hrs I turned both fans off and made a foliar spray with 0.30 ml gh flora trio and 0.25 cal mag and sprayed them down and turned the light off for 3 hrs. So after the 3 hrs peroxide treatment. I changed water out with fresh water and did my nutrient differently. I got the EC of my tap water whixh was between 0.19 and 0.23 between the buckets. Then I added cal mag to 0.5EC And added nutrients base and additions to a EC of 1.0. Then I added 4ml hydroguard to 3.5gal. Day 14 Veg: A great start to the week once they settled into their new pots. hopefully i havent stunted their progress. The mutant Banana Mash is now trying to normalise a little more with new growth. Still fairly twisted but on the mend. The other 3 are more typical of new plants with their growth . I have topped one and fimmed another with one being left natural at this point. They are on their 5th node mainly ( except mutant!) and I am hoping to open their frames right up to get light to all new growth equally. I don't think they will grow too tall by design and I don't want to limit their growth in any way so i will gently manage them as they grow. The Purple Monkey are doing brilliantly so far with plenty of vigorous growth among them. I am holding the 5th nodes down on two of them and have fimmed one. These are in bigger 60L pots so should use the space to its best I think. I also have 2 plants that came from the recent harvest. One of the ladies must have had a pollen sack hid away that managed to seed a few of the exotic girls amd visited some possible viable hybrids. 2 of these are now in the grow alongside. I will be watching them like a hawk and any sign of a testicle will result in a slaughtering of the LGBGTQ sympathiser instantly . lol We do male or female only unlike the human race !!. heehee ( bit of a political hot potato!). I gave them an actual megacrop feed today to boost the available elements for the speedy growth coming. The L.o.s is still active and providing enough nutrition but I am trying to avoid the drop once the stretch period gets busy and saps the available food from it. This seems to have been happening most crops since beginning using it to avoid the leaves losing their solent green colour too fast like starvation can cause. I also added a touch of calmag to counter the L.e.d leeching that often occurs in flowering. So there we have it Growmies. A good week with the beginning of l.s.t and some promising growth. Another issue that I have managed to resolve is the R.h. We are getting warm dry air now so the room is getting silly hot and very dry at around 40% . This is great for the flowering times but has been an issue for veg in the past. not wanting to invest in a humidifier that is costly and expensive to run , I had resulted to using towels in buckets to attempt to raise it this does work in a totally sealed tent , in my leaky d.i.y "tailored " one , this has been hard to maintain. The solution came in the form of a vicks vaporiser that I bought from fleabay. It works perfectly to bring up the rh to around 70% on its lowest setting. The tank is enough to hold a days supply of water and shuts off with the lights. simple but effective fix to a common problem we face indoors. Be safe and well. Until next time. I use all 3 General hydroponic nutrients and they are two different pot sizes the Moby Dick is in 30 liter and the blue amnesia is in 18 liters has a very strong odor and blue amnesia is maturing at a faster rate then the Moby Dick. a scrog net is being used in order to give support to the upcoming buds. I am also actually on week 4 I just made a mistake calculating the week. this is my first grow ever. also I'm not sure if using the scroll net it's a good idea for support rather than tying those branches up . I am watering every two days feeding nutes every single time at 900 to 1000 PPM ph at 6.2 the plans have not show any signs of stress but I am worried if it is too much nutrients the plant seems to grow very fast after every watering and seems to be loving it. the blue Amnesia XXL Auto it's growing in soil with 30% Coco and the Moby Dick XXL auto it's growing in hydroponic soil. the seeds were germinated on jiffy's and 100% germination rate plus the genetics seems to me very resilient to heat and everything else including lots of nutrients. the moby Dick XXL auto are the two in the front closest to the camera the two farthest to the back of the tent are the two blue amnesiaXXL auto. today day 31 i did some pruning actually lots of pruning hopefully don't cause stress to the plants or even worse cause them not to bud that nicely regardless the scrog net seems to be working just fine helping them access more light and making it easy for cutting leaves that are no longer needed. 32 yesterday after watering and sleeping today they have show no signs of stress in fact they starting to stretch in the buds that we're not getting sufficient light have start to grow also yesterday from the 16 liters I prepare instead of 3 ml of grow formula I add 6 1/2 to compensate for stress and the need of healing and having new grow stretch. also temperature has dropped dramatically outside making my house cold down from 24 degrees C to 19° at night internal temperature is remaining the same from 30 to 26 C. Day 33 I have been raising the scrog net every day and the light everyday this plant is growing very fast I also notice that where the fan is hitting all the time that plant is bigger I have been moving the fan to other sections of the grow tent to see if any reaction happens and it looks like it makes the plant grow faster . I will not be moving the Scrog net any higher Rather I will introduce another one once they require more support . Day34 notice some of the top leaves are showing a curving down like over-watering without actually over water I think they're showing signs of too much nitrogen .for the next water session I will hold back on nitrogen until I see signs of a fully recovering meaning leafs pointing up. thank you for reading have a happy grow.

This is my growdiary for the Royal Gorilla seeds. They are growing together with NL from RQS. I planted 3 of them and all are growing happily. I planted each seed in a different pot so i can look for differences in yield and quality. Im looking forward to share the grow-process with you and i hope you enjoy my diary :).

Week 2 day 11, going well.

The first week after the flip. What I have been working on is bringing Gelato's soil pH up. Gelato was given water at 6.5 pH and the run off was measuring 5 pH (yikes.) After flushing with 3 gallons of water at 8 pH, the soil pH was still measuring 5 pH. The reaction the plant had tho after the flush was positive, which is to say, no more burning or yellowing leaf tips 5 days post flush. Sour Diesel and Do Si Dos were fed VEG nutrients at 50% strength ( 1.5 tsp Big Bloom and 1.5 tsp Grow Big.) and the pH of the liquid was 6.5. Everyone is looking good. Because it is only the first week of flower, "the stretch" is yet to be seen.

Day 44. Some girls have a bit too much N, leaves show very light curl and some girls are still in veg/preflower mode, so for two waterings it will be phed water with light CalMag added. But anyway, all took that heavy training easy and are blooming. Now i understand in what an absurd grow i created myself, but ... a journey is a journey and i like it ! ;))) Day 45. All good in the Neibourhood ;))) Day 47. Girls got a winner pedestal ;))) had to lift some, had to leave some on the ground, had to supercrop one skyscraper , she was going to the sealings ;)) Still light N overdose curl, but only on one most running to sun strain, so it will be a challenge to feed those 5 pots with other 10 girls in them ... Oh well, hope SOMEBODY will learn ;))
