Some mild defoliation this week. Budding up nicely and starting to frost. This girl was having a foliar feed of algae last week but this week she's getting light foliar sprays of the Lacalva stress treatment from madame grow on top of her other feed. I'll do this every 2/3 mornings and I'll only lightly mist the top. I'll concentrate most of my foliar feed on the lower growth and undersides, away from the buds. This is the main reason I kept so many lower fan leaves this time.

Not much to update getting close to harvest trichomes are looking cloudy buds are pretty dense and sticky. Smells pretty pungent skunky with alittle citrus.

another uneventful week. the girl is still creating nodes like crazy ... she is growing sideways rather than rushing for the lights. i raised the lights higher to about 12" from the top of the leaves. i also changed the nutrients from a seedling recipe to an early growth stage recipe that is richer in nitrogen with a higher ec 1.2. i also got to see the roots for the first time, they are looking really nice - white and fuzzy. i made the main nutrient tank more permanent and relocated the used nutrient and fresh nutrient tanks in their own chamber so, it's even easier to do manual nutrient changes (1 container in and 1 container out sort thing). later on, in the week, i noticed the main roots showing a little discoloration, not sure if i should be concerned about this, but she looks healthy.. it was fun using the doser again as i really hate mixing chem's since my days in chemistry labs. looking forward to new aggressive growth this week.

Wow she's changed a lot this week! Flowers have really started developing! Only 3cm vertical growth, so flowering stretch has all but ended.

Her buds are growing and growing.. There are still about 4 weeks until harvest but her buds look awsome just now : I hope I can wait until she's finished, hehe She's looking beautiful at the end of week 9.

Week 5 of flower's here and these ladies are looking sexy as hell!🔥🤪 11/28- All three Tropicana Cookies are getting to the point that it's time to begin flushing them. My dilemma is that, with six pots in the closed loop system and three of them occupied by a different strain that is 10+ days behind the Tropicana Cookies, I can't run straight water through the system to flush without negatively affecting the other strain that is right in the middle of flower. My solution that I've come up with is to pull the Tropicana Cookies from the AirCubes and put them on drip trays so that I can flush them without affecting the flowering of the three plants from the other strain. *Note to self: When starting a run with this system, MAKE SURE ALL six plants break ground together! Also growing a single strain would be way better than mixing strains with this system as you can only give one strength of nutrients regardless of what each particular plant needs for optimum growth. 11/30- Today was the LAST day that these ladies have to sit in the AirCubes. This evening, right after 'lights on', I pulled all three plants from the AirCubes and placed them on plastic drip trays that hold a little over 2L. When I pulled them the first thing I noticed (besides the odor) was the amount of roots that were growing outside of the fabric pot (I thought they were supposed to 'air prune' the roots) and the copious brown slime coating the inside of the bucket and the bottom of the fabric pot...smh. So, from here on out I'll be manually flushing all three with 2L each of straight well water that has a 150ppm base, to which I add 1/64th teaspoon of NPK Yucca Extract, then I ph it to 6.0 @ 68℉. After flushing, I wait around 15min, then I use a wet vac to remove the runoff from the drip tray. 12/2- I'm continuing to flush all three at an interval of 3 times daily with 2L of water and they all are doing fantastic! The #3 is starting to fade, and the pistils on both the #1 and #2 are turning color from snow white to a darker tan or red, and I anticipate their fade to begin sometime soon. Well Fam, there's five weeks of flower on the books and these ladies are just about ready to finish up! Well 4/5 weeks in flower and she is still going strong! She was left for 4 days and still kept stretching! She’s finally swelling and the end is coming. I used this grow to show just how much abuse these plants can take! Under the right conditions these will produce big yields of sticky flowers!

She finished up just in time for a round of some real bad weather rolling on twice this week. I had to bring inside one night or else they would have been hammered. I took them out the next morning because they were so stinky and got some a few solid last days of sun before another bad storm. I cut down the morning of and is drying whole in my studio around 65F and 60% humidity. I may press a little rosin with this one but plan on keeping this one mostly for the flower as Its been a whole since no fresh flower. Looking like a pretty decent harvest. May be my best auto flower harvest yet.

Day 57. Nutes increased for more growth hopefully. Day 58 notice alot what looks like thc from leaves and hairs. Day 59 to 63 see more orange hairs and trychomes. See videos Average 200ml water everyday.

Thank you to RQS for creating and sending me this girl. She's fat, full of flavour and a pleasure to grow! Highly recommended even for a beginner. Thanks to all that follow, like and comment. Without you guys it'd be pretty boring so I appreciate all of your input! She was harvested on Day 58 and left to dry for at least a week. I then gave her a dry trim and thrown the buds in a jar for curing. I put a couple of boveda 62% humidity packs in there too, to keep the moisture level correct. I'll soon be switching to Integra boost packs as they seem to get a better review and are purposely made for cannabis. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. Happy growing! 🐺

This Forbidden Dream is coming along nicely. The main-lining is working out well thus far. The weather in my neck of the woods is finally turning the corner and the forecast looks great 😎. This should give the heater a much needed break 😅 I really cleaned up some fan leaves this week and she didn’t mind much 😏 The coming week should see lots of new growth. 😎🍿

The Cookie Girls are doing great 😊 Overall, I’m very pleased with the results so far. At day 8 I stopped tucking the branches and allowed them to grow up. In hindsight, I probably should have kept going for another couple of days. They continued to stretch rapidly all the way up to date 12 or so. At day 10 I cleaned up some of the small bud sites and leaves that were below the 1st trellis. These sites do not get enough light to make anything good, and take away energy from the main tops as they grow and compete. At day 12 I decided to add a second trellis net to provide support to the tops that came up so fast. They seem to have stopped their main stretch faze, and are looking happy and healthy now. I’ve continued my water, water, feed schedule and have not seen any cause for concern. The girls are taking a little over a gallon of water every 72 hours at this point. Humidity is being controlled automatically with my in-line fan and humidifier. RH is set to 57% and temps hover between 77-80 degrees with lights on, and about 70-72 with light off thanks to my furnace being back on for the cooler temps. The 2x4 5 gallon girl is doing great as well. 😊During the stretch, while I tucked, I snapped more than a couple of tops off, but the plant continues to thrive. She is going to have some great bud, the branch structure is nicely developed with tight node spacing. I’ve been plucking off all the lower growth, and tucking leaves as they block bud sites.
