Tall, strong, some yellow leaves think it might be a ph issue, flushing a bit and continuing to trim and monitor, it's not widespread and the plant is otherwise healthy. Did a little trim and LST on day 48 to help it take up the extra space that is suddenly available.

A-Day 88, B&C-Day 84 A-Nearing the finish line, she is in the middle of week 13. She has been getting nothing but water for the past 4 feeds now. She is fading fast. Lots of colours under loupe, I see pink’s and purples. Tricomes are almost all cloudy now and are close to about 5% amber. I’m going to ride her out as long as I can so I can get the other two closer to the finish line as well. Fat buds, some as thick as a pop can! 😎 B- Still getting full feeds of nutrients every other feed, on the off days, just a very lose dose of nutrients instead of just water. She is fattening up and stacking very nicely. Doesn’t have the same structure of A, but then again C, doesn’t look like A at all either. Same seed pack, same environment, slightly different training techniques, but what a difference in pheno expressions! C- Has slown down some in stacking, most likely due to the length of her buds and how long it takes to make a difference. Very decent at this point, I feel like she is almost 2 weeks behind A, and 1 week behind B in growth, but if she puts on some weight like I think she will in the last 2 weeks, she’ll have a good final weight 😎

Really don’t have much to say been a real easy grow even tho temps been getting in mid to high 80’s lately I got a jewelers jewel think it’s cheap cause it’s 10X can’t really see the trichomes to well I seen some amber but I’m sure if it’s not cut down this week may23rd it will definitely be cut next around May 27thish

Début de semaine 8 remplies de surprises, la tente de culture qui avait du retard selon moi par rapport à la deuxième tente, a progressé à une vitesse fulgurante, certes les plantes qui composent celle-ci sont plus petites mais la canopée est plus uniforme et il est à présent difficile de différencier dans ce que l’on voit de qui appartiens à qui tellement chaque plante à des ramifications remplies de bourgeons, un vrai régal pour les yeux et le nez. Elles font rêvées, ces jolies demoiselles... Ma deuxième tente que je pensais nickel si ce n'est que je n'ai pas su contrôler leurs hauteurs et que je me suis retrouvé avec les pointes qui touchaient la lampe, enfin après avoir tricoté un peu et diriger les branches en les attachants des fois avec de la laine, j'ai pu reprendre un peu le contrôle et m assurer que la lumière transite bien dans toute l'espace de culture devenu une vraie forêt. Et la surprise à 2 semaine de la fin, alors que je comptais commencer mon rinçage, je me suis aperçu que certaines de mes feuilles de la partie basse, comportaient des taches suspectes, après investigations et recherche sur internet, j'avais des thrips ! Etant en phase de floraison très avancés, mes moyens de traitements contre ces nuisibles sont donc presque nul, traitement chimique interdit, me reste donc comme solution le protoxyde d’hydrogène mais très discutés sur la toile ou les avis divergent beaucoup... le savon noir, dont beaucoup de sites présentes des recettes qui peuvent nous être très utiles , les bandes adhésives bleu prévus pour les thrips, et la dernière solution éliminé manuellement a la main... Après avoir lu et fouiller le net, je me suis tourné vers growdiaries et je me suis rendu sur le chat du site ou j'ai fait la connaissance de chouettes personnes qui me sont venus en aide et je les remercie encore grandement. Pour ma pars face à ce nuisible, j'ai suivi leurs conseils : savon noir plus éliminé à la main et contrôle minution chaque jour. Si je peux les nommes, merci à laBOSSANOVA, bird_of_prey et weedawan pour leurs conseils et leurs sympathies, première demande d’entraide réalisé à merveille. Ce site est juste top.

Medium: Look, I love coco/soil, organic/synthetic just as much as anyone. I’ve never really hated on any particular method and each has its uses depending upon the environment. That being said.... hydro is likely to be the predominant indoor method for us going forward. It ticks all the boxes that the average hobby grower is looking for. Maintenance is generally pretty easy, while I’ve found myself monitoring ph and tds more frequently, I’m still only mixing nutes once a week instead of three. The hassle factor is crazy mitigated here: 1:. From a sustainability perspective, nute consumption is wayyyy down, saving more dolla bills y’all! Added bonus is that veg. Growth rates are just insanely fast. Easily a 2 week savings in time pre-flower🤟😎😳. It is a little bit of a tricky medium but once you dial in the ratios - smooth sail’n the whole grow. I can focus on training/maintenance instead of feeding🤟🤟. If there’s a drawback to DWC it would be that I’d have concerns about leaving it for more than a couple days when she’s in full flower. They just drink so much that It’s a constant top off. All told, far and away the most effective and economical medium we’ve used😎. Method 🎚️🎚️🎚️🎚️ Under this COB light system, the best method to date has definitely been a mainline. It’s got so much canopy penetration that we’re pulling down 16” long colas packed with well developed buds. The mainline training didn’t take long in DWC - roughly 4 weeks of veg. And she was ready for the flip. We only extended it a further 2 weeks to keep pace with another grow in the same space. Otherwise, I would’ve cut the veg. Time back to 4 weeks which would’ve made the behemoth of a root ball a little more manageable. We also iceballed the res. With frozen water bottles twice a day throughout the grow. Just to keep temps down and avoid any potential issues. Whether or not there’s a better, more efficient way to get these kinds of results remains to be seen. We’re still trying to strike that balance between faster veg. Times and maximized yields. If anything, I wouldn’t be at all surprised if the hermie issue at the end had something to do with the root ball binding on itself due to size. The true culprit was an unanticipated light leak but still - The ball could’ve been 2/3 the size and likely have produced similar results🤷‍♂️. I’m giving the method a slim 4 because it was a great success but too long a veg. Yield/Harvest🌴🌴🌴🌴 Regardless of the final number, we had hoped that the yield would’ve been bigger. She’s a beauty of a plant but didn’t really puff out as much as we were hoping for. At least not a mainline on a 6 week veg. At 5.125oz we’re obviously not complaining and the colours in late flower were some of the best ever seen😎👌😎👌. What she did yield was frosty, dense and surprisingly stinky AF. I see no discernible difference in the quality of the terp. Profile vs. Any of our previous organic soil grows. For those who tout this as an advantage in soil media, I say get urself a bucket and a bubbler, then we’ll talk. Hydro is just straight up awesome: 1:. 4 palm trees on the yield - any haul north of 5oz is a great addition to the cellar: 1:😎: 1:😎. Week 3 Grow Diary Report: Days 15-21 As we progress into the third week each of our strains—Tropicana Cookies, Gorilla Zkittlez, and Apple Strudel—continues to showcase impressive growth and resilience. This week, particular attention was given to optimizing environmental conditions, including an increase in CO2 levels (Growbag), adjustments in lighting (PPFD increase) to support the vegetative growth phase and introducing some light LST. Tropicana Cookies: Significant growth was observed, with plant height increasing from 12.5 cm to 18.5 cm. This rapid growth spurt, referred to locally as "stretching," was noticeable mid-week. The plants have maintained their health with no major issues, responding well to environmental adjustments. Continued nutrient regimen with Alfa Boost. Since the soil is preamendet with nutrients, I just use PH-balanced water. Lighting intensity was increased progressively from 350 PPFD to 380 PPFD and then to 400 PPFD and CO2 supplementation was implemented to support enhanced photosynthesis. Environmental Conditions maintained stable with temperatures ranging from 27°C during the day to 21-25°C at night, with relative humidity around 64-68%. Gorilla Zkittlez: Growth was steady, increasing from 10.2 cm to 15 cm. The plant has responded well to environmental controls and nutrient supply. Gorilla Zkittlez remains in good health, with no signs of nutrient burn or deficiencies. Apple Strudel: This strain showed a healthy increase from 9.5 cm to 14 cm. Growth rates are slightly behind Tropicana Cookies but on par with expected metrics for the strain. She continues to exhibit good health, benefiting from the stable grow conditions and targeted nutrient applications. Week 3 has shown promising developments with all strains demonstrating robust growth and good health. The environmental adjustments, particularly the increased CO2 supplementation and lighting, appear to be positively impacting the plants' growth dynamics. As we move forward, it will be important to continue monitoring these conditions closely to ensure that they remain optimal for each stage of plant development. Cheers, D.

plants r almost DEAD

So, after seeing the N deficiency and feeding it some protein, I noticed after all this time there were no new roots forming in the sencond zone in the hydroton, so I thought maybe I forgot to drill holes to let the roots through. Turns out when I was moving things around, only the very bottom of the basket was in the water, so the hydroton was mostly dry and the roots were drying up before getting to the water. So this week I made a new carrier for the pot to sit further down in the water and this should remedy future N deficiency as the roots will be getting the nutes from the aquaponic system. Plant still looks great, started LST this week to help fill the width of the screen. Will be moving into the tent after my widow gets harvested.
