Day 85: First Grow We’re entering a new week, and it’s exciting to see the progress in our first grow. The plants are thriving, and the buds continue to get thicker and frostier. The formation of orange hairs is becoming more pronounced, indicating that we're on the right track. This week, we’ve decided to order a microscope to monitor trichome development more closely. Additionally, we're considering adding CANNAZYM to our feeding regimen to support bud growth and overall plant health. Let’s keep pushing forward and make this a successful grow!

Struggled with possibly a calcium and magnesium deficiency on #4. Had to remove some damaged leaves and now have separated it to her own reservoir. Has not stunt her growth, she is bout 5 inches taller atm then her sisters. Flow has been a struggle, if I was do one thing different is go with a 1" drain system instead of the 1/2" it presently has. Started with a drip, yet due to clogs and wanting a faster circulation, I changed to a steady flow over the clay. Presently #1 - #3 are on one reservoir and #4 on its own reservoir (In the video above shows #4). It's been a matter of adjusting the output flow and tubing size to get maximum flow without backing up the drain system.

The girls loved these past sunny two days but tomorrow we have rain again. Around the weekend we Will have alot of sun! Yet another day of rain so the girls are once again under a roof outside. Sun is coming the say but they need it now! cheers! Another rainy day tomorrow

Everything appears to be fine and staying on point. Top leaves on all buds are turning purple now. I took a video to show this. Will continue to watch and let the plant grow. - 30 Jan nutrient solution changed - 30 Jan feeding schedule updated - Using reverse osmosis water with EC/TDS at 0 - Nutrient Solution EC 2.2 at 67 degree F - Adjusting PH daily to 6.2 using GH up/down - Light power is at 75%, DLI 45 canopy coverage at 12hrs - Using General Hydroponics, HGC728040, Dual Diaphragm Air Pump, 320 GPH That is it for this week. Nurturing My Cannabis Plants: Balancing Light and Protection In the first half of the day, I place my seedlings on a south-facing windowsill to ensure they catch some light. During the evening hours, they travel back to my balcony. This routine helps them get the light they need while staying safe from pests. Protecting My Plants: A Grower's Dilemma I'm hesitant to leave them outside permanently because, unfortunately, all my other vegetables have been eaten by snails. I certainly don't want the same fate for my precious cannabis plants. For now, they’re enjoying a mix of south windowsill and balcony life, which seems to be working well. First Watering: Preparing for Growth Once the coco mix dries out, they will receive their first feeding. Terra Aquatica Tripart is my nutrient trio of choice. I'll start with a half-dose, as recommended by the feeding chart, to ensure they don’t get nutrient burn. First Feeding: A New Stage My ladies seemed to enjoy their sleepover in the greenhouse. Now it's time for their first feeding. I added Cal-Mag to achieve an EC of 0.5 mS/cm to start with. I gave them a half-dose of nutrients as described in the chart and watered with enough runoff.

The time has come to begin to expel the residues of nutrients from the ground and induce the plant to download all its reserves that has accumulated to date! any question or curiosity ... I always remain available for everyone!

I'm spending a few days earlier than expected in bloom! The plants look ready to me. I set my LED's to 50% which is about 800-850 PPFD I was still bothered by the pythium and I think it will bother me on the rest of the crop, but we keep it in cage with preventive treatments, evolution to follow closely... I stay at an EC of 1.9 Osmosis water : EC 0 Root rot X 1ml/L : EC 0.2 Sensi Bloom A and B 3ml/L : EC 1.7 TOTAL EC 1.9 The temperature of the water is ideal, 20°, thanks to the more clement outside temperatures. I'm not going to hide, I can't wait to restart the run to start a session without pythium 😅, I'm going to finish quietly and I'm thinking about the next strain I'm going to put for the next run, I won't do any more multistrain with this too complicated system. I will possibly add air stones inside each pot to have more oxygenation. For the strain I hesitate between : Sour diesel Riri Cut Pianono Rico Cut A preference that you want to see in the next culture journal?

Over all was an amazing grow, super sticky dense nugs with smell of berries, highly recommended for everyone!!

420Fastbuds FBT2309/Week 7 What up grow fam. Happy Easter to all. Weekly update for these two stunning girls. Where in the 3rd week of Flower and they are swelling up nice. I did notice some fad in the leafs so I upped my nitrogen a little and it seemed to stop the problem. All in all Happy Growing

Harvested on day 66, overall very happy with how these ladies turned out & will definitely be growing them again! Wish all 3 could have put off buds like 1 of them did but the other 2 had some small issues & I feel like that’s why the didn’t produce as well! 17 January 2021 The seed has germinated and the plant has risen. 19 January 2021 The seedling had struggle with germination because the seed’s shell was stuck on the sapling causing the first pair of leaves to grow stuck in the seed shell and had to remove the shell by hand. This has put a minor delay on the plant’s growth.
