Well my beautiful ladies are stacking on the buds and there are some really lovely buds on there the trichomes are starting to turn cloudy and there are a few Amber but they are not quite ready yet I check them religiously everyday to make sure I don't miss the optimal time to crop there are 2 I believe will be ready first so my plan is to start a 48 hour flush as soon as they give the the final sign So excited to be able to see the finish line now going to decide what plants to do next this weekend. Hey folks week 2 update. The girls took a thrashing from good ol mother nature. Storm came through with 130kph gusts! Inane that the girls survived. Some of the girls do show stress/stunted from the windstorm but im sure they will bounce back in a week or so. No water at all this week since the storm brought us allot of rain. Just a touch of lst this week.

Was having quite a bit of difficulty with leaves yellowing, turning brown, and dying off. Couldn’t figure out what the deal was. Finally I ended up getting the ph up/down kit with the wide range PH tester. Learned that lesson the hard way. Mid way through the week when it was delivered, I put a bit of water through and tested the run off… 4.5 🤦‍♂️ Can’t believe I overlooked this. Used fox farms sledgehammer and added ph up, put water in at about 7.5/8.0 and tested the run off again and ideal ph was attained. Hopefully smooth sailing from here on out.

Hey guys, allot happened this week. Mid week on Wednesday I did a major heavy defoliation, she was very bush and allot of internode growth. I clean up everything and allowed more light pen. Also nipped any undesired off growths. Shaping how I want the plant to grow. Basically lollipoping. As you can see I also started to install 4x 1/2 bamboo sticks to help support the plant once she gets bigger. I had problems last year late into flower and don't want to repeat same mistake. I also amended the pots with 70/30 ratio of 444 to 284 @ 2tbs/gal. Iv only water once in the past 7 days with the Aquabak. Not enough data to review the product. We will see. Other than that we have had plentiful thunderstorms and have not required to water. Thanks to the felt pots, they did not get flooded with the amount of rain we got. Prolly 50-100mm worth of rain. It was time to wait. All I had to do is to feed them properly. And I managed to do it. In just a week, the flowers have grown significantly, and I am no longer afraid of receiving popcorn as previously.

I had never done such extreme defoliation, I feel nervous to see the result, I hope this technique helps to increase the growth of flowers and not make it slower.

Week 1 Day 3- 8/14/2023 Everything is right on track, they are looking beautiful and in the praying postition all leaves happily lifting towards the light. Week 1 Day 4- 8/15/2023 Looking beautiful today and looked like she could use her first haircut.. gave her a TOP off. Roots are laying in the water everything is looking right on track.. Week 1 Day 5- 8/16/2023 walked in and the humidity was under 60.... ohh noooooo.. So I added 2 humidifiers to the tent and attached them to my InkBird controller which is set to 62. She had roots nicely in the water.. this grow is on!!! Week 1 Day 6- 8/17/2023 Humidity was a little low this morning, so I refilled the humidifiers. Other than that, the temp looks great, the PH looks great, the PPM looks good the plant is in the praying position and all damage from the little drowning seems to have been fixed. Happy Happy. Week 1 Day 7- 8/18/2023 Yay.. week 1 in the books, roots in the water growth has started first hair cut given and both side nodes are growing. Everything is looking good and on track.. A lot better than week one of the last grow when I had them drowning week 1. Really excited on how this grow is going to come out.

Marching through flowering! She's doing very well all things considered. Last week I said I broke a few branches? Last picture this week is a close up on the area. She has repaired herself and it's as if nothing has happened! Nature really is miraculous. I honestly expected to loose at least 2 branches!!!
