Well here it is harvest day 😁 some nice purple on the top buds , smell is very fragrant! Buds are a nice size for such low wattage leds. Quite frosty nothing spectacular but frosty all the same, I will update once all dry with weight and smoke report. 🙏 blessing you all good days.

Moin, Pflanzen sind grade gut im Stretch und auch die unterschiedlichen Höhen lassen sich leider nicht vermeiden… Während #1 und #3 ziemlich auch gleicher Höhe sind, kommt #2 nicht so gut hinterher. Generell scheint sie von der Entwicklung auch weniger ausgeprägt zu sein - naja so ist es nunmal. Hab #2 dann noch auf eine kleine Erhöhung gestellt, damit sie immerhin etwas mithält… Ansonsten siehts ganz gut aus, die Pflanzen brauchen jetzt deutlich mehr Wasser - könnte jeden Tag mit 2L gießen. 160 days of life harvested on day 63 of flower. I don’t have photos of her vegging but she started off great. About two weeks in, she started having some major issues. Her leaves started atrophying, curling up at the borders, growing 3 finger leaves, all new growth was deformed and twisted and growth in general almost stopped completely, to what I suspect was from broad mites. These fuckers are nasty! I dm’d my local grow shop and tried out some Neem Oil. I diluted it in water like they recommended and sprayed that baby every day for one week, then every other day the following week, then down to once a week. I sprayed her leaves stem and surface of the soil. I also cleaned the entire grow space with some bleach solution. Doing this allowed her to really bounce back, growth started to take off again! So I vegged for a few more weeks and trained her as much as I could to keep her uniform but short, she responded well to this. During flower, she was very happy. I had two main issues during this time, one was being too hot in Nitrogen and a week of very hot temperatures which burned her a slight bit, although she didn’t seem to mind much. I also could’ve continued a once a week spray of Neem oil because I think they might’ve started to come back on the lower and younger leaves that weren’t getting much light. Overall it was a dope grow and hope to do better on the next one!

What a week, So I did a run off test end of last week and they was really high, but I would like to address the DNA Mills cork as I am using this in just one pot (A) to try it out I used 3/4 (B) to my normal coco in another pot 50:50 (C) in another at a 1/4 (D) then when just my normal coco mix ( E) and I havent seen much difference other then the retention of water... UNTILL NOW. So evaluating all my reading I have from run off this is how it WAS sitting running water with an EC 0.7 Ms/cm A - 2.4 Ms/cm B - 2.3 Ms/cm C - 2.0 Ms/cm D - 1.9 Ms/cm E - 1.5 Ms/cm So my conclusion is that I dont like the cork maybe I'm using it wrong somehow I dont know but in my experience, it seems to be grabbing hold of all the salts and not letting go, so this week I ran litres and litres of water through them to bring them down I can only get A down to 1.4 Ms/cm and am struggling to get it any further down does anyone have any suggestions. As for the deficiency I was supposed to I produce the PK booster beginning of this week and couldn't with the run off being so high, well that's what I'm hoping anyways 😂. Plant A doesn't seem to be swelling like the rest (front left in pictures) I'm hoping this is down to genetics if anyone else has any thought I'd love to hear them. Well its just past week three and the plant is full on flowering. I've been trimming Sucker branches and now it's time for the plant to start its autopilot journey. Nutrient changes and then harvest for these girls. Expect them to thicken up in about 2 weeks. Then continue to pack on the weight until the end of harvest.

She is much prettier than she was a week ago :) I remembered that I have my first grow light, which is more compact and it will give me more space, so I changed my light, now the girl's side branches get light too:) I add a lot of video memes, because I really want to win Iphone16 pro ;) and those who don't take risks don't drink champagne:) good luck to everyone.

Oct 30 - Milky and clear Trichomes on mature plant, I suspect she's very close to harvest. The other plant is a little behind, with mainly Clear and Cloudy Trichomes. Continued to defoliate dead leaves as they're found. Senescence is starting to resume with colder temps. Oct 30 - Watered Mature plant at 7.30PM. Checked Trichomes, they seem pretty close. However some calyx' aren't pumping in volume + Stigma/Pistil colour whilst others are full with brown / orange coverage 50%. Oct 31 - Defoliated and Watered younger plant at 9PM. Nov 1 - Watered mature plant at Noon, purple starting to present on more colas. Nov 2 - Watered younger plant at 10AM. Trichomes on younger plant are mainly clear with one or two amber on calyx. Nov 3 - 8AM Watered mature plant, checked trichomes - more amber appearing in calyx - although clear trichomes still very present. Day 83, I suspect Day 90 will be chop day. I'll put both plants in 50 hours darkness on Day 87. She's Oily, when defoliating, My knuckles were slimy. Nov 4 - Amber Trichomes definitely present on calyx' Lower budsites are slightly behind, I might be chopping earlier - In fact, I'll put them in 48 hours of darkness starting tonight. If the younger plant is not ready, which I suspect the case - I'll resume regular lighting for another week or two. Nov 5 - After getting feedback, I'm surprised to see I have another 2 weeks. The purple plant is definitely putting on size. I suspect the weight of buds will be too much to stand freely.

After germinating the seeds are transplanted into small pots with soil (see tutorial in VIDEO above). The soil is prepared with water mixed with a little bit of BIO NOVA Roots (0,5 ml/l), which aids the development of the seedling. Transplanting is very easy now, because they have grown a STRAIGHT tap-root while hanging during the SERIOUS' WAY of germination. This straight root allows for easy potting of the seeds. Simply make a little hole in the center of the soil with your pinky finger and carefully place the germinated seed with the white root pointing DOWNWARDS into the hole. Best is to lay it onto one side-wall of the hole with the seed shell right at the surface. Then I push the other side inwards and enclose the whole root with soil. At the end only the top of the seed-shell peeks out of the soil. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT to plant the seeds NOT TO DEEP into the soil. The seedling only needs extra strength to work itself upwards thru the soil and you run the risk of the soil drying out and the seed dying off. When you PLANT THE SEED VERY SHALLOW into the soil (=with the top of the seed-shell still peeking out) your seedling can grow out right away and you have a small plant already 24 hours after putting the seed into the soil. The small seedling sometimes still has the seed-shell on its 'head', it normally falls off by itself, but sometimes you have to carefully help and take it off with your finger nails. Be careful to NOT clip of the seedling accidentally when you do this! The seed-shall has an inner lining, which feeds the small seedling when it germinates. This inner lining sometimes gets tangled around the stem of the small seedling after the shell has fallen off. This little skin MUST be taken off the stem right away! Once it dries up, it gets hard and can strangulate the seedling around the stem. In order to avoid this, the skin must be taken off as soon as possible! I show it in the pics above and also made a video about taking off the inner lining of the seed.

Hey now, hope everyone is having a great weekend. The Strawberry Banana Auto is doing well, she is almost done stretching and I have almost fully transitioned her to flower nutrients. She is currently getting silica, cal mag, and 75/25 veg and flower nute mixture of GH maxigrow/maxibloom. I did change the Medic grow spectrum to the F1 spectrum this week which is the flower spectrum. I am also running the UV/IR bar for about 75 minutes every day before lights off, and I now have the light cranked up to 100%. I will also increase the exposure to the UV/IR light as flower progresses. As she is almost done stretching, there is not much to do this week except keep the reservoir clean, full, and in the proper PH range. If any colas get crazy higher than the others I will correct, but other than that she can do her thing from here on out. Pheno #7 and #4 showed the most desired traits and will be running both indoors iagain the coming weeks under better conditions. I didnt get as much photo's as promised but things have been hectic on all fronts, but I will do better next time ;) Its a pitty we had some issues and not all phenos where in a position to show the true potentail. There for we are running the 5 with re-running outdoors this season. Along with some new beans :D

Both phenos are stretching into the canopy with strength, white pistils everywhere, and flower sites developing beautifully. The plants are balanced, vibrant, and showing no signs of stress, just healthy, determined growth. 💧 Nutrition & Feeding This week we’ve adjusted the recipe, stopping the All-in-One Liquid completely as the soil and pellets still provide plenty of slow-release nutrition. The focus now is on a lean, targeted bloom feed, keeping the roots active without oversaturating. Current recipe (all at 1ml/L): • Aptus Regulator • Aptus CalMag Boost • Plagron Green Sensation • Plagron Sugar Royal • Plagron Power Buds Solution runs steady at pH 6.0–6.1 with EC balanced to complement the soil’s reserves. The results speak for themselves: stalks, roots, and leaves are thriving, and the flowers are coming on strong. Environment • Soil Temp: ~24°C • Room Temp: ~28–29°C • Humidity: ~65% • VPD: ~1.3–1.4 kPa Airflow, extraction, and monitoring keep the conditions stable. Despite the size of these girls, they’re handling the environment perfectly. 💡 Inner Canopy Lighting – ICL300 This week I want to highlight the role of the ICL300 inner canopy lights. These lights are designed to deliver light where traditional overhead fixtures can’t: deep inside the canopy. Why does this matter? • As plants stretch and leaves overlap, the lower branches and bud sites often receive far less light. Without supplemental lighting, these inner flowers stay smaller, less dense, and less developed. • Inner canopy lights like the ICL300 solve this by pushing photons directly into those shaded areas, ensuring the lower and middle buds get the energy they need to bulk up. Spectrum: The ICL300 units provide a balanced white spectrum with a red push, tailored to maximize flowering response while avoiding heat stress. This means not only are the tops getting stacked, the inner and lower flowers are also swelling, making for a more even, consistent harvest. The difference is visible already: the RollerCoaster Haze girls aren’t just top-heavy. The mid-canopy sites are developing beautifully, with structure filling out in layers instead of just one dominant top. 🌼 Pistils: White Hairs Everywhere At Week 5, pistils (the fine white hairs that emerge from each calyx) are one of the clearest signs of flower development. They serve two major purposes: • Reproduction: pistils are part of the female flower’s reproductive system, designed to catch pollen if it’s present. • Growth indicator: the color, abundance, and orientation of pistils give us a direct look into the maturity of the flower. Some genetics push out bright white pistils, while others lean slightly toward cream, yellowish, or even orange tones earlier in bloom. This variation is completely normal and tied to the plant’s lineage. At this stage, the RollerCoaster Haze girls are full of vigorous white pistils, standing tall and reaching outwards. This shows they are actively building flowers and pushing energy into new calyx formation. It’s also a reminder that this week is about observation: watching how the pistils evolve will tell us not only about maturity, but also about how each pheno expresses itself. Later on, pistils will darken and curl inward as the calyxes swell, but right now, their abundance and brightness are a clear signal of healthy, strong flowering. 🌱 Observations • Bud sites are stacking with strong pistil production. • Inner canopy looks healthy and productive thanks to the ICL300. • Plants remain lush, green, and full of energy. • Root systems are still vigorous, visible at the soil surface. ✨ Reflection Week 5 Flower shows how balance in nutrition, environment, and lighting can work together to create truly explosive growth.
