20.09. F22 CHAPTER TEN — THEY JUST WON’T STAY DOWN September 20th, 2026 — Flower Day 22 I thought I had finally taught the jungle some rules. Apparently, it disagreed. Six days after the last major training session, I opened the tent again and immediately knew that Zesty Bliss had been busy. The branches had pushed through the SCROG, climbed back towards the light and completely changed the shape of the canopy once again. Around 25 cm of growth in six days. At this point, I’m not even surprised anymore — I’m starting to wonder where these girls think they’re going. And there might actually be another piece to this puzzle. Throughout flowering, I had been running the Deep Red from my AdLights continuously. But today, on Flower Day 22, I decided to switch it off for now. @Theia suggested that the Deep Red might be better introduced once the main stretch is really over and the plants have shifted their energy more towards flower development. I obviously can’t say for certain that this contributed to the extra stretch, but looking at how aggressively these girls have been reaching, I’m starting to wonder if I may have been giving them a little too much encouragement to keep climbing. For now, the Deep Red is taking a break. I’ll bring it back once the stretch has finally settled down and see what happens. The interesting part is what happens when you look closer. The net is doing exactly what I wanted it to do, but the plants are growing so aggressively that they are already trying to escape the structure I created for them. Every time I bring one section down, another one seems to appear somewhere else. The canopy is becoming a dense field of growing tops, while underneath it the plants are getting cleaner and more open thanks to the hard lollipopping. There is now a very clear separation between the structure underneath and the green mass above it, and that difference is becoming more impressive with every update. So once again, I had a decision to make. Do I let them continue doing what they clearly want to do, or do I step in and shape the direction of this grow? Well… you already know me. I went back in. More HST, more bending, more guiding. Some of the taller branches were brought back down and positioned where I wanted them, opening up the canopy and giving the lower sections more room to breathe. At this point, I’m not trying to make the plants smaller. I’m trying to make their growth work for the space I have. And looking at the last pictures, I think we’re finally starting to get somewhere. The canopy is spreading instead of simply climbing, and more and more flower sites are now sitting right where I want them. What makes this whole run so fascinating is that I keep thinking I’ve reached the point where I can just let them do their thing. And every time, Zesty Bliss proves me wrong. I bend them down, they come back up. I give them a net, they grow through it. I open the canopy, they fill it again. At some point, you stop trying to predict what these plants are going to do and simply accept that they are going to keep challenging you. And honestly? I wouldn’t want it any other way. Flower Day 22. The canopy is under control — for now. The stretch is hopefully coming to an end, the first real structure of the flowers is becoming visible, and the next phase is waiting just around the corner. I have a feeling the jungle isn’t finished with me yet.

Very happy with this weeks growth. So much sugar. I did lots of trimming after last weeks pictures. These girls were flushed yesterday and the smell is really starting to show. Will get some good trichome shots uploaded later today, starting to see lots of milk soon :)

Not much has really changed this week from last week. They are starting to swell up a bit more. Next week I think will be the time to start flushing them.

What a great strain...definitely surprised me positively. Thank you Exotic Seeds for the opportunity to work with you trying this awsome plant. It has a steady growth, kinda short and bushy like a lot of plants with strong indica traits Very dense buds, big ones, fat and resinous. With a LOT of productions all-over the plant. So much thricome production it sparkles white. Cutes it yesterday (17/12/2023) altough on my opinion it could have 1 more week. Altough because of the huge problem I had to do it. This grow tent (specially the other plant growing side by side) had a mold issue, bud rot spreading fast. I must have lost about 5 65 grams of wet flower total on the Fat Banana. When I cuted it 🍓 Strawberry Cola weighted 829 grams it has a lot of defoliation done alredy but I'll trim it 100% when dry. This is it, thank you all of you growmies for watching this grow. #Crop King Seeds Planting 3 Seeds Using 2 Different Techniques to germinate the Seeds - The First 2 Seeds were germinated (Jul 2nd) using the water / paper towel technique * The seeds were dropped in a half glass of bottled water (It stayed afloat) and kept in a closed dark area. * After 12 Hours the 2 seeds were pushed down to reach the bottom of the glass using my finger. * After 24 hours the 2 seeds were transferred / Now using the paper towel method to complete the germination - The last seed was germinated (Jul 3) using just the paper towel method * This method took longer to break the seed surface. On Jul 6 Decided to transfer all 3 seedlings into the Aerogarden. * Seed G1 had about 5cm roots. Some flowers already sprouting * Seed G2 had about 3 cm roots. Still had seed top. * Seed G3 had only just cracked . No length

This week I just flushed the plant. I think I could have feed nutes the first day of this week, but I decided to flush from the first day, something to improve next time. I think I should have given the last flush one day before harvest instead of 2 days after, I felt that the coco was a bit too dry and the steam was not as moist as the previous harvest, this would have been great if I was doing 14 days dry, but I'm doing a 30 day dry, so this extra moisture would be great. The last 4 days the lights were turned off, as a consequence, the humidity went up the last 4 days, around 56-58%, I don't think I will do this next time. The total flower period was 72 days, according to Barney's farm it would take 60-65 days, I feel that those values are very accurate, my personal circumstances made me take a bit longer, but I barely saw any amber trichomes at harvest day. Week 6 Flower | GMO × Triangle Mints BX Week 13 overall, and the ladies are firmly in ripening mode now. The transition is visible — bud density is increasing week on week, trichome coverage is building across every surface, and the natural senescence is beginning to show on some of the fan leaves. Nitrogen is being drawn down, temperatures are running cooler, and the plant is doing exactly what it should at this stage of the game. Nothing to chase, nothing to fix — just letting the genetics do their thing. This was the last week of base nutrients. From next week, Athena Fade takes over for the final three weeks — a deliberate choice to manage the finish cleanly and let the plant draw down its reserves on its own terms rather than pushing nutrients all the way to the end. The ladies are drinking hard — watering jumped to 6L per plant per 24h this week, a clear signal that the root zone is active and the canopy is working at full capacity. pH holding at 6.2, EC brought back to 1.8 mS/cm as the feed profile shifts toward the finish. Humidity holding at 50%, day temp pulled down to 25°C, nights at 23°C — the cooler environment is intentional, encouraging resin production and supporting the natural fade without stressing the buds. PK 13/14 is out — fully replaced by Plagron Green Sensation now running at 1 ml/l. The rest of the stack: Canna CalMag Agent 1.1 ml/l, CANNA Aqua Flores A+B at 4 ml/l each, Aptus Regulator 0.1 ml/l, Green Planet Rezin 1 ml/l. Feed rotation stays unchanged — two full feeds, third is 50/50 osmosis and tap, pH’d, carrying only CalMag. Smell is at another level this week — an intense, room-filling candy gas that hits you the moment you open the tent. The GMO × Triangle Mints BX is leaving absolutely no doubt about what it is. 02/06/2021 She's growing! up to 7" now, i will take clones for outdoor season soon, so I topdress with blood meal I wouldn't usually be as aggressive but I want multiple clones for outdoor season going to be a big hit I think and I think she is heavy feeder? We will find out.

Rehydration started for this little seed. It was a present from Dutch Passion with my last order : let’s see how it goes ! Put in the water the 19 of June, and expecting around 11 weeks of grow
