124.5g DRY WEIGHT

EC Meter broke and accidentally refed the plants double nutes at 1700 EC. Also never measured the pH while flushing with RO water. The runoff is all over the place reading up to 2500EC and 7+ pH. Realized the pH doesn't matter as much but the PPM runoff still is important. Flushed them for a day and transplanted them up to 5 gallon pots to refresh the medium. Also highly recommend dusting your roots with mycorrhizae when transplanting. The beneficial microbes attach to the roots and help metabolize the nutrients being fed for faster root intake.

Today is 3 weeks since Mexican Airlines broke out of the soil to become a seedling. She has really done a lot of cool growth in the time👍. I'm going to try changing up my training methods with this girl. First, I'm only doing one HST bend near the base of the stem (did this on Tuesday). Next, I'm going to try FIM'ing this time, instead of topping. GWE seemed to recommend a FIM pinch one a FIM cut, so that's what I did on Thursday. Last, I'm going to try LST again. If everything goes according to my evil plans, she should be my largest yield to date. 💪 Mexican Airlines is front-center in the group pics.

Es ist soweit! Am Freitag habe ich die fünf Easy Buds nach knapp 11 1/2 Wochen abgeschnitten und geerntet. Leider musste ich feststellen, dass eine Pflanze ziemlich stark befallen war. Ich vermute eine Milbenart oder möglicherweise Fliegeneier. Unterhalb der Blätter waren etliche dunkelgelbe und dunkelbraune Eier, die man auf den ersten Blick kaum erkennen konnte. Bei genauerem Hinsehen sieht man jedoch, dass sich der Befall auf die ganze Pflanze ausgeweitet hatte. Glücklicherweise blieben die vier anderen Pflanzen verschont. Aus diesem Grund trockne ich die Pflanzen auch getrennt voneinander. Die befallene Pflanze wollte ich nicht direkt wegwerfen, sondern erstmal trocknen lassen. Im Nachhinein werde ich schauen, wie ich mögliche Schadensbegrenzung betreiben kann. Die vier gesunden Pflanzen werden in einem geschlossenen Zelt in einem Trocknungsbeutel getrocknet. Die befallene Pflanze habe ich in dem Folienzelt aufgehängt und mit einer Plane abgedeckt. Nach wenigen Tagen der Trocknung sieht soweit eigentlich alles gut aus. Die Eier scheinen nicht mehr zu schlüpfen, sondern fallen von der Blüte ab oder verschrumpeln zu Kompost. Ich hoffe, dass es dabei bleibt. Der Geruch hat sich nach dem Abschneiden deutlich verändert. Schon nach der kurzen Trocknungszeit kann ich einen intensiveren Geruch feststellen, der sich noch nicht so richtig beschreiben lässt. Die Blüten waren stark mit den sogenannten "Sugar Leaves" verwachsen, weshalb ich sie grob getrimmt habe, um sie zum Trocknen aufzuhängen. Nachdem die Blüten vollständig getrocknet sind, werde ich die Buds noch einmal einzeln trimmen und durch meine Trimm-Maschine von Vevor jagen. Der Ernteprozess hat zu zweit circa eine Stunde gedauert. Die Pflanzen waren zum Zeitpunkt der Ernte noch sehr gesund und kräftig. Die Verwurzelung war trotz des geschlossenen Topfes sehr gut. Die schönste Bud hat definitiv die zentrale Pflanze, Greta, ergeben. Nass hätte ich den Bud auf mindestens 12 g geschätzt. Ein Gesamtgewicht des nassen Pflanzenmaterials habe ich nicht ermittelt. Sobald alles trocken und fertig beschnitten ist, werde ich das Tagebuch um den trockenen Betrag ergänzen. Stand jetzt würde ich schätzen, dass der Ertrag aller Pflanzen bei circa 40-50 g liegt, was mich für meinen ersten Grow ziemlich zufrieden stellt, besonders in Anbetracht dieser wirklich sehr simplen Strain. Today on Day 141 and at the same time @ the end of the 9th week of flowering it is Harvest day (final harvest) for the remaining two Tropicanna Banana's (Plants #1 and #3). Plant #4 was harvested on Day 134 (8th week of flowering) - see harvest pictures week 8 Plant #3 was harvested on Day 138 (9th week of flowering) - see harvest pictures week 9 Did not take any wet weights as i am drying the buds on the stalks and i dont wanna know how many stalkes i grew 😂 Will be back soon with the dry weights of each one of the four ladies. Some pacience is asked now 😬

10/31: I fed today with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, and silica. This strain smells really good..kinda exotic, but it's much leafier than anything else in the garden. They could probably have used less N throughout their lives.. 11/4: Fed with one, signal, sweet & sticky, beastie bloomz, silica, and humic acid. They are fattening up well now and starting to show me some trichomes. Very peculiar aroma....can't quite place it...

I would definitely recomend trying this strain. I am not sure if my seeds were from this breeder but my word the seeds i got were an absolute gem to grow compared to the other plants.

Week8 D1 Flush has begun for Rainbow Belts and Blue Dream- BD and RB are about 10-15% amber trichromes so I will shoot for 25% to get that nice uplifting high. Expecting to harvest BD and RB in about 5-7 days. They were watered with 6.3ph water 2 gallons each and that will most likely be last- once they dry out i will move both into a dark tent for 48hours and then chopping them down. W8 D2 looking like 5 or so more days before we chop blue. W8 D6 One more flush yesterday- harvested 4 tops that were hanging on rainbow belts- all trichromes nice and milky. The whole girls probably have another 4 - 6 days to go then I'll do a 48hour blackout and harvest. Wish me luck!

She is going to the end, leaves are fading yellow. Overall i am happy with my first Cannabonsai. In 10 daze i will kill her !!!

******** Week 7 - January 20 to 26, 2020 (Days 43 to 49 from germination) She continuers to impress with her resilience as I have thrown a couple of curves at her.......but she continues to fatten and grow her buds😎 It was also not without learning though and thats what is so cool about growing this plant.......you always seem to leave a grow feeling like you could do even better next time and therefore challenging yourself to do better......and have dab while doing it😂 Not sure if I have a little different pheno but if I ran her again I would find a way to train her out wider. 5 gal pot diameter idea........maybe don’t fill with as much medium? Again, simply to keep light hitting all the lower sites. Where does the “XL” come into play as well I guess. Removed branches early on that were low. This grow, her narrow leaves have allowed a lot of light down below but it will be felt in a little less yield.....think the pH got a little high....or potassium excess......Terpinator too early? If left to a single cola she would be tall and have a huge cola I suspect......Gorilla Grow with the extension type of potential! She has loved the water feeds. Missed out bit by backing off of the CalMag a bit too much.....stems say deficiency that but leaves show toxicity? (Back to that you always feel you can do better thing😬) Got a little crazy with the PPM and saw tip burn in week 7. Gave a quick little flush with RO water and Sensyzime to clean up the roots of the salts. Didn’t get crazy though because it was just the top leaves burnt. Been building the medium up to this point so don’t want to wash it all away just yet. She didn’t claw down and over night appeared to still keep moving forward with bud growth. I did notice a small amount of hairs starting to turn red by weeks end......likely won’t be long before more are red and we go to flush👍 (Make it to end of week 8??) No rush though.......still lots of room to fatten up yet. In the week a head there will be the last push to get her medium in as good a shape as my skills will warrant. I want to get a good 10 + days of flush but her leaves are going to finish dark from what I can see. Run-off has been reasonable though so will keep fingers crossed 😄🤞 Little more detail.... Jan 20/20 - Day 43 - Drinking lots right now, close to 4L per day, so 2L plain water only in AM. 6.2pH,. - Feed in PM was light as well. Sensyzime @ 2ml and LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml only. 2L given with 75ppm. 5.9pH - She was given a good feeding yesterday. - Buds sites are stacking.......she is making me 😃 Jan 21/20 - Day 44 - AM - 3L with Dual Fual A&B @ 1.5ml/L. 725ppm and 5.9pH. - PM hit her again - full feeding minus Rhino Skin, Sensyzime and Vitrathrive and VeloKelp. 2.5L 1000ppm and 5.9pH. - Runoff - 1100ppm and 5.9pH. - top leaves were droopy so the extra feeding in the evening. Jan 22/20 - Day 45 - Backing off quantity a bit and down to 2L feed in PM. Her pot was still fairly heavy. - Mass & Terp @ 3ml, Rezin & LW8 & DF @ 1.5ml, CalMag @ 0.5ml = 1300ppm - Very perky today....standing up all the way down the plant. Liked the feed yesterday. *******should have reduced this PPM feed......you want to push when you see potential😕 Jan 23/20 - Day 46 - Supplemental feeding only today. Happy so don't rock the boat :) - Sensyzime @ 2ml, LW8 & Rezin @ 1.5ml = 80ppm 6.1pH - 2L only today.....still some weight to the pot Jan 24/20 - Day 47 - Nute burn on Green Poison’s tips seen today. - Flushed through 7L of plain RO water pH to 5.95. - Runoff: 325ppm and 5.9pH. - Followed right away with 2L more water with Sensyzime @ 3ml/L - happy and praying in the evening......little surprising actually👊👌 Jan 25/20 - Day 48 - 2.5L of full strength feeding for this week. - ppm for that was 1275 so watered down to 1100ppm.....only need 1ml of base nutes at full strength to hit roughly 1,000ppm. - Runoff: 600ppm & 5.95pH - Swear her leaves are bigger, more mass today!! Still narrow and dark though. - she is 30” x 30” now Jan 26/20 - Day 49 - Feed was full strength one for the week, 1150ppm 6.1pH. - Removed some more leaves today. - guessing only another 1.5 weeks of feeding. This Genetics are so clean. This is the best veggi I ever had. The weather was not good but my lamp is free and so I use this for bad days and some extra hours of light in the evening. Startet with a small amount of nutrients this week. I think inhave some spider milts and will buy some neem oil.

this plant is in Fox Farms Ocean Forest soil and will get straight de chlorinated tap water til week two veg.

So these 2 grew a little different, one from the other... They really thought me so much... Great growth all grow throughout and the low hight helped to avoid light burn, something I had trouble with last time. Will chop the second one in a few days time and add more info... Added some Bison pics
