At the beginning of this week, I have been fighting the gnats, which are less and less now. Just some watering and gradually lowering the light and going to full power. The Orange Hill Special has been filling out great and I must say, she is a pretty plant. With some manual bending and super cropping, I'm bending the longer stalks sideways and we are off. What I actually do is more of an intuitive hybrid between mainlining (where I bend the whole plant 90 degrees at the third week), LST (where I bend branches outward slightly, without tying), HST / Super crop (where I bend the stems 90 degrees with the clips or manually), after which I keep bending outward to SOG and, put the net over to end in SCROG. This same method gave me the canopy in my prize-winning Gelato 33 grow. Check it out if you haven't seen it, it was my first experimental accident that led to beta test of Super Soil mixture 0.7, now we are at Alpha version 1.00 and testing great so far if I say so myself. I haven't seen such lush greens in my own grows, only outdoor. They seem uber-healthy and resilient, with very sturdy stems and leaves. Way more resilient than previous strains I tested in the beta soil. The light is performing, the natural color of it makes everything pop. Mars Hydro has a winner with the SP-3000. Halfway through this week, I took the clips out, AND...... we switched them to go into flowering. After a day the stretch is already visible. I had to bend them again after a couple of days. Now we have almost a tent filling foundation for a maximum result canopy of buds. I was wanting to amend the soil with flowering additions (see recipe in yellow image), but I'm holding it off for two reasons. A/ The leaves are still so green and lush, I think there is an abundance of nutes. B/ @Haoss mentions his suspicions on his OHS grow (@#CannapediaProGrowersCup Orange Hill that very sadly went hermie on him) that nutrition in this phase could have had an influence, after asking what happened to him. I would have loved to see that grow to full harvest. But it makes me a bit cautious. if Haoss (whom I consider to be one of the star growers here) couldn't prevent this, what chance have I? I'm waiting until the girls start asking for nutrients. They'll show me what they need in their own time. For now this soil is the shizzle (also quite literally) and Im happy with how everything is going. I remember much more hassle and steering in the last grow. This grow, even the Gorilla runt seems happy. I now water them 3 liters of water / Perma tea mixture every 4 days, every 3rd watering I don't do the tea. This makes for fewer gnats and this soil seems to hold water nicely, also due to the hydro corn. What I like is there is always some unforeseen circumstance, a tilt of the tables, some battle to be fought which delivers in big harvests or, in worst case, no harvest at all. It makes it more exciting, when your heart is at stake, we pour a lot of love and attention in the ladies. So with hopes, but not too high, we go into flowering. Day 15: Plants looking healthy as can be! I didn't make a rack for the lights but I got em in. Looks jankie, but I think its gonna work. 🙏 Day 16: Trying to work out kinks in my grow. Since I put the other 2 lights in, I'm now battling the heat and humidity. Switch the fans around. Got the cold air coming in down low. Will feed them in the morning. Day 17: The girls were showing signs of being thirsty this morning for sure! They received their first drain to waste watering. They will be getting some additional nutes on the next feeding (AN B-52, AN Sensizyme, AN CalMag Extra). Day 18: Looking amazing today! I tried my hand at a little LST. Wish the girls luck.!! 🙏 Tomorrow is the official 2 week mark from breaking ground. So, not sure. I've got the humidity finally dialed in at around 50-55% and the temp around 78°. Also gave them another drink as they were already dry about 1.5" down?? Day 19: This is the official 2 week mark. I think I stressed the girls pretty good yesterday, but they look to be recovered today. Should start seeing good growth in the day to follow. Will just be tucking a leaf here and there for a bit. I will being doing a straight water feed next with Great White. Day 20: Nothing new to report other than found 2 leaves that had some yellow mottling. I added Sensizyme, Recharge, and Great White to this feeding. Did not do drain to waste. Just watered the outside perimeter. PPM was 260 at 5.8 ph. Day 21: NO MORE NUTES for these girls! Tips on a couple of em are turning yellow!!! Stupid me. Over watering and giving too many nutes.

We harvested the smallest plant in the room and ended up with almost 500G of wet weight roughly 6-7 ounces off that plant dry, she smells very very gassy with light hints of candy and fruit very pleasing combination to say the least. We are coming up on the finish line quickly for this project Im excited to see what the other plants will yield!

Hello Growers and Tokers! 👋 👩‍🌾 🧑‍🌾.🔥💨 Great second week of flower. She’s getting a nice flower stretch. Info and photos were taken 12 days into flower. Beginning of the week was 50cm and is now at 62cm tall. That's 12cm in one week!! 👏👏👏 Feeding 1,5L each, every other day. Will be increasing as they ask for more. How do they ask for more? When feeding if the soil is drier than normal I give a 150-200ml increment of water. I do that until they stop feeding so much then i just maintain that amount. I start reducing if it takes longer to dry. That works good for me. The old finger in the dirt trick. 👍 Nothing like knowing exactly what your ladies need first hand. She’s looking good and healthy. Nice lime green color going.. Plenty of new growth every where. Smell is starting to be a little noticeable but nothing stinky yet. There’s a few main colas that are standing out and stacking nicely. Haven’t done any work on her since the 12/12 defoliation. When 21 days passes I’ll give her a nice defoliation and taking away unwanted under growth. Very happy with how she turned out. Gorilla Glue #4 auto is a big plant,She has a lot of side stalks and is a bit bushy. She has even as well as uneven internodes. All filled in very nice and a was suprised how big of buds there where forming near the end. A little bit of LST did help to get the cannopy more even. EC levels never raised EC 1.4 and i had never a problem with feeding her. She matured very fast and i was amazed by her speed. I harvest this plant at day 73. This plant had a wonderfull smell of pine with lime and huge cola, buds are a bit hazy covered with some nice crystals. Flowering day 15 since time change to 12 / 12 h Hey guys :-) This week the ladies developed beautifully 👍. The stretch has started very strongly :-) . Watering was done twice this week with 1.2 l (see table above for nutrients). The heating mat does exactly what it is supposed to do, you can see that the ladies are doing perfectly again 😃. Fresh osmosis water was mixed with tap water in a 100 liter tank so that I would have enough stale water for the coming week 👍. Otherwise everything was cleaned and checked. During the check, I noticed that after spraying neem oil 3 times, there were still a few damn trips to see. I have ordered nematodes for leaf and substrate against tripse. Today on day 17 from date of birth Iam preparing a worm casting tea. In a cheese cloth bag ,Made up of 2 cups of worm castings 2 tablespoons of unsulfured molasses,2 tablespoons of mineralized phosphate (bat shit) ,2 tablespoons of soluble seaweed extract . 2 tablespoons of alfalfa meal 2 tablespoons of all purpose 4-4-4 all Gia green products other than. I also sprinkled in some great white premium mycorrhizae inton2 gallons of water. Tea will brew for 24 hours before applying.
