This week we encountered some problems and we lost a couple of days of growth. It was smooth sailing up to here and maybe a little too smooth. I saw that the buds didn't develop right after the previous post last week. After dropping a question and establishing possible reasons I did some interventions to let the plants recover. I raised the light which was real close and temps were too high. Next to that I watered with just some normal tapwater as I suspected some too low PH. I started ventilating more to disperse the heat a little. These actions seemed to have helped as last couple of days I see some real fattening of the buds. This SP-3000 is real powerful and cant be as close as my previous leds. Again props to Mars Hydro and a big thank you to @MarsHydroLED!! Let's hope we do the last couple of weeks with less stress for all of us! Sorry for not posting any Sunshine posts, I have a Christmas surprise in store for those enjoying the mixed reality shots. 420Fastbuds-FBA2504 I'm excited as it's tester time. Germination week is complete. I planted 3 seeds and had all 3 sprout within 48hrs of being in the soil. I do soak them for 48hrs in a glass of water before planting. I can't wait to see what the weeks to come will have in store. Happy Growing

Day 42: Starting off Week 6 and this lady is doing awesome. I am however finding discoloration on fan leaves and I am thinking it came from the SledgeHammer flush I did. But going into the 2nd week of flower I truly couldn't be happier with the progress. She is growing well enough you can see the changes daily.. Truly an awesome strain 😎.. 12/28 More and more stacking each day.. this lady is really swelling up and she has such beautiful thick white hairs coming out right now just looking super healthy.. Finally got some of that Recharge powder 🙌 gonna start that on next watering and see how she takes to that. Will update again soon but until then stay lit growmies

Day approx 30 since seed touched soil. They are good, on last day before holidays i visited them, all are growing, a bit overstretched, but the lack of good light on such low level is blocked by surrounding, they should be better when i will return. One month of holidays ;))))) Happy Growing !!!

Day 15 - The new week meant a change of water, nutrients and an adjustment of lights. Chong is looking like a short, but sturdy little seedling with broad fan leaves and big roots. Max is 10cm vs. Chong at 7cm and her leaves are perky and the stem is thick. They both look good for their own individual reasons. Looking at the roots specifically, Chong seems to be facing similar problems as Cheech in the Cookies Gelato grow - the aeration in the bucket appears to have “dead zones” because of the colour the roots and the manner in which they are sticking together. I’ve adjusted the air stone to be more central in the bucket and cleaned the air tubes because the nutrients stick on the tubes. Other than that, I’ve controlled the PH back down to 6.0 after the addition of the nutrients using the Milwaukee PH controller and decided not to adjust the height of the lights because there was only about 2cm growth this week. Also added the first wire to give Chong a bit of a better bend in her stem, gently starting off the process of LST. Day 20 and the ladies are getting closer to topping. Both are showing clear third nodes with the fourth node opening up. I am sure we will be topping during this next week of veg.

This week I have reduced root juice by half and by the end of this week may introduce fish mix and biogrow on very small dose but all will depend how girls will be developing in coming days. Watered with approx. 300-400ml each pot on the entire surface. 26/10 day 18 Girls are growing very nicely. Today another watering approx. 200ml each of 🍌💜👊 girl. Still spraying water around the surface everyday. 29/10 day 21 It's been a perfect week. No issues at all. Very steady growth. Next week will introduce to my 🍌💜👊 girls few new dishes and possibly will start with LST.
