Grow diary for week 18: The final week Hello, dear grower friends! I’m here with the final update on my plants in week 18. This is my first grow and I’m overjoyed by how it turned out. I’m thankful for all the support and feedback I’ve received from you and the “Wonderful Social Group”. The harvest was delayed a bit, but today I have good news: I just harvested the plants and they look amazing. I will dry trim them, as this offers me the most comfort. I’m happy to show you the buds in the following days, they are big and beautiful. It was a fantastic journey with many ups and downs, but I will definitely continue this hobby. Apart from the help of this community, which was really fantastic, I met some great people and had some nice exchanges. I want to thank some people in particular: First of all, the wonderfulsocialgroup, fantastic people, always available and helpful. Without you, I wouldn’t have made it this far. Kweekverslag Week 3: Oreo van Seeds Genetics datum: 18 maart 2025 Week 3 van mijn kweek met de Oreo-plant van Seeds Genetics is nu een feit, en het wordt steeds spannender! De ontwikkeling van deze cultivar laat me echt achterover leunen in bewondering. Hier is een overzicht van de hoogt en dieptepunten van de afgelopen week.Groei en Ontwikkeling: Vanaf het begin heeft Oreo zijn naam eer aangedaan met een heerlijke combinatie van stevige groei en een schitterend blad. Dit week kreeg ik een flinke dosis energie van de plant, omdat deze nu echt aan het uitbreiden is! De bladstructuur is gezond en geweven, met glanzende, donkergroene bladeren die vol leven zitten. De internodes zijn aan het verlengen, wat belooft voor heerlijke zijtakken in de toekomst. Voeding: Wat betreft voeding heb ik de dosis organische meststoffen iets verhoogd. Oreo reageert daar uitstekend op, met een zichtbaar gezondere uitstraling – de bladeren zijn breder en de kleur is levendig. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de groei soepel blijft verlopen, zorg ik ervoor dat de pH-waarde van de bodem op het juiste niveau blijft. Licht en Temperatuur: De plant blijft genieten van de huidige lichtcyclus van 18 uur licht en 6 uur duisternis. De temperatuur blijft een constante 22-26°C, wat perfect lijkt te zijn voor deze soort. De luchtvochtigheid heb ik op 55% gehouden, om de bladeren vochtig genoeg te houden maar ook schimmelvorming te voorkomen. Training: In deze week heb ik ook een lichte low-stress training (LST) toegepast. Het is een genot om te zien hoe Oreo zich aanpast aan de gebogen takken. De lagere takken krijgen eindelijk de kans om te groeien en mogen nu meer licht absorberen. Het lijkt ervoor te zorgen dat de plant prachtig in balans blijft! Gezondheidscheck: Bij een inspectie zag ik geen tekenen van plagen of ziekten, wat altijd een goede indicatie is van een gezonde kweek. De bladeren zijn vrij van vlekken en de plant staat er stevig bij. Ik blijf alert op eventuele symptomen en zorg ervoor dat ze met veel liefde en aandacht verzorgd wordt. Conclusie: loopt lekker!!! 🧡🧡🧡🧡

12/13/24 chopped and hung. 12/16/24 trimmed but still hanging room is 69°F and 62% humidity shes very hashy while trimming. sticky and oily like fresh hash. very minimal trimming. thick spongey buds with dark greens and fiery red hairs the tips of sugar leaves are a dark purple, if i wouldve let her go another couple of weeks she wouldve gotten suuuper dark.

I realized there may have been a bit of a light leak in the late morning. I taped everything up more. In the future I want to maintain better reflective integrity on the inside of the tent. Everything looks good. The buds are still growing a little taller and filling out. The CBD Blue Shark is super frosty. It's actually absurd. Orange hairs are coming out in all plants. I was hoping to be able to keep the exhaust window open overnight to let the overnight temps drop 10 degrees to encourage the purples in the WC genetics, but it's too humid now to have the window open without the grow light on. Otherwise the rh goes up to 70% overnight and it's not worth the risk. Next year I'll flip earlier when it's still colder and drier out for the harvest window. This flowering period has been really cool. I've really been noticing the process of flowering. The calyxes open up and turn into pistils and sugar leaves, and more keep appearing and popping every day. It's awesome. March 04 watered again with straight water. They're finally drinking more than once a week! The pistils seem more red today than yesterday. I got a $30 micro camera to check trichromes, they all seem clear for now (there is some glare in the pics). No amber for now at least. March 05 found some amber trichromes March 06 lots of leaves are going yellow. We're definitely in the home stretch. March 06 I've been a little worried about the size of the colas. There's not much sticking out past the canopy. I've also noticed a bunch of new leaves that have started popping out and I was a little worried that the buds were foxtailing or herming. I've had temps go up to 30 a couple times in the morning before I open the window. But it seems that the buds are filling out more and getting fatter, not just foxtailing, and I think they're getting ready for one last push, not just getting full of leaves for no reason. It changes a lot every day. Tomorrow is the 23rd week of the grow. I switched the lights on a Thursday so this Thursday will mark 8 weeks of flowering time and the beginning of my harvest window (8-9 weeks for both strains).

So this week went great... Things are going super well, and the plant leaves are getting larger - I'm trying my BEST NOT to pull or pinch any leaves that are in the way, as to not stress out the plant! She's drinking well, and I'm making sure not to over water... We're going to be able to start LSTing soon!

Gary Payton is one of my favs of this run. The plant stacked very well also the plant grew straight up and is slim. The plant would be great for sea of green with a bunch of the same plant you could fit a few extra plants in per 4x4 because of its sturuture. Also it smell like skunk really strong

5/4 I stupidly watered everything this morning. They were pretty much perfect weight for transplant......then I watered them. Oh well. If that's the worst mistake I make I'll be ecstatic. Went back over and found my 1 gal and 2 of those wierd slanty airports that tapers and holds like a gallon and a half and washed them. I mixed up 12 gallons of soil in a garbage bag and mixed it thoroughly with my gloved hands. It's mixed good. Looking at my plants in sadness thinking, "today could've been the day" and noticed a Special Kush of average size I didn't water that weighed in the 220's. I was happy. I filled the pit arpund a cup before removing it leaving the perfect hole. Mykos and water were poured in. Plant came out of the cup REALLY easy. Suprisingly easy. This wasn't totally dry. I was amazed it came out so easy so I kinda rolled it around looking at the roots. I started lowering it in the hole and I felt something break away but it webt DIRECTLY into the hole made for it. I tucked some soil around it but it was pretty tight from packing it around the empty cup. Didn't take a picture but the plant is fine. That was an average size plant too. So I may have to give some of the strains I popped later a little longer before I transplant. After everything's been transplanted I'll need to change lighting again. I think I'll open the window and use the hps and the l.e.d on the days and nights cThat's these girls won't be hardening off. I so wanna go plant those others but my intuition tells me to wait until morning and it's been serving me well. A couple can stay in cups longer. Not much longer but still. 5/5 Transplanted everything but two this morning into 1 gals with 1/2 happy frog half ocean forest. Mykos and water used during transplant. Found put the l.e.d was on for 24hrs for a while. I made sure the timer switch was ON but it was a different cord plugged in. Oh well. All transplants went perfect. I'm picking up an adapter for the outlet so I can plug the power strip into the timer and only use one timer. I had to hang the 150watt hps back up with the 1,000 watt equivelant 105 true watts. I hope this lighting setup works. Chemdog #4 and One MK Ultra will be transplanted later today or later in the morning. I also opened the shade to the south facing window. Shits getting real. EDÌT: I FINISHED TRANSPLANTING THE LAST TWO PLANTS AND PICKED UP THE ADAPTER SO I COULD HANG THE HPS NEXT TO THE L.E.D. THEY WERE FIBE WHILE I WAS GONE. EASIEST TRANSPLANTS EVER. THEY ALL LOOKED PERKY AND HAPPY SIX OR SEVEN HOURS POST TRANSPLANT. I OPENED THE CURTAIN TO (SOUTH FACING WINDOW) BUT I MADE SURE THE PLANTS WEREN'T IN THE DIRECT LIGHT. EVEN THOUGH IT WOULD PROBABLY BE FINE. LAST TIME I HAD SEEDLING IN DIRECT LIGHT. I'LL PLAY IT BY EAR BUT IM HAPPY. EDIT 2. Went back over to meditate by the stream and do my qigong. It's 75 and BEAUTIFUL today. The girls will be going out for a few hours on days like this. Anyway when I went in I was surprised to see everything looking nice and happy with praying leaves. Nothing is in direct sunlight but damn that window let's in a lot of light. 5/6 Girls LOVED the transplant! They seem to be all happy. No stress. Easiest transplant I've done. Leaves are praying upwards so I think the lights are approx tje right distance. They'll be going outside soon to harden off. It's been in the 70s but it's rainy now. I'll play it by ear according to weather. I'll continue to monitor lighting and I may lower the hps. 5/7 The soil was super dry when I went over this morning. Everything looked awesome though. I used about a half gallon watering. I don't want to water to run off. I want to keep the nutes IN the soil. It's also easier to fix an undet watered plant than an over watered one. It came out to about a half gaterade bottle on the biggest and half that on the smallest. I'll gradually increase water after I monitor the response. The water sat on the soil for quit a while so they definitely needed it. Looking good so far. 5/8 Soil lookeddry this morning. I think I'm going to up the water. Last time I dod seeds I gave like a pink. Some plants still had a little dampness where I watered that I could see. Others looked dry but happy. I gave the REAL dry bigger ones a small circle around the rootball. Just in case. I'm thinking of lowering the hps slightly so it's at least level with tje L.E.D. That window being open gives tons of light. If u moved them slightly left they'd get DIRECT sun most of the time. I'll be bringing them outside soon to start hardening them off. EDIT: WENT TO CHECK THE GIRLS AT 5 TO MAKE SURE THEY WERENT DRIED OUT. THESE GIRLS ARENT JUST GETTING BIGGER BY THE DAY THEYRE LOOKING BIGGER FROM MORNING TO NIGHT! ITS BEEN RAINING LIKE CRAZY BUT WE WILL HAVE GREAT WEATHER NEXT WEEK AND I'LL BE BRINGING THEM OUTSIDE. I'M SUPER HAPPY WITH GROWTH SO FAR. ILL PROBABLY HST (TOP/FIM) AT THE NEXT NODE. I WANT THEM TO SETTLE IN NICELY BEFORE STRESSING THEM. 5/9 I may have stupidly uploaded doubles of pictures from today. Soil LOOKED real dry. I gave the plants their first real watering. I still went light. Almost a gallon with all plants. I know many say I should be watering to runoff but I want to keep the nutes in the soul as long as I can I don't want to overwater. I always start out careful. Once they show they xan tolerate it I'll increase water next time. This weekend it will be raining but after that we are getting some real good weather and I'll he taking the girls out to begin hardening off. I also need to take a look and top/FIM the plants now that they are settled. Also need to wash grow bags and sanitize outside. 5/10 It's pouring out. Horrible night and morning but this is about cannabis. After the watering ALL the plants shot up in size! Substantially. Leaves are over the sides of containers. I think I'm somewhere close with the watering schedule. I may bring the hps light down a little. I also NEED to start HST. I need to FIM and/or top these girls. Unfortunately I've been dealing with medical problems of my wife so I haven't got to it. If I get some sleep I may do something this morning or in the afternoon.

We have hit day 35 and everything's looking great! Only 2 girls out of 8 have started flowering in the past day or two, the remaining six have shown sex and I'm anticipating flowering to begin sometime this week. I gave them a full feeding today. I'm using H&G Coco A+B, which is used from seed to harvest, unlike many other nutrient brands. I will start using H&G Bud-XL in the next few days, luckily I got a bottle before the shops close for Christmas. I didn't expect these autos to get so big so fast, but I'm definitely not complaining. Update day 37 - 26/12/20 I fed the girls their first dose of bud-xl today. 5/8 girls have started to flower now, hopefully, in the next few days the other 3 start up! Update: Day 40 - 29/12/20 6/8 girls are flowering now, the two that aren't are the 2 weird pheno runts.. I've submitted a grow question regarding the 2 weird girls. I'm hoping that they're simply late to flower and not a photoperiod.. I've been feeding the girls 1-2 litres each every day, with a plain PH'd water run every 7-14 days. Update day 41 - 30/12/20 All the girls have started to flower now :D I'm incredibly happy to see them so healthy at this point too I was almost going to put the 2 runts outside but I'm leaving them inside at this point. El 4 de ocubre se cambia el ciclo a 12-12. El 7 de octubre se pueden apreciar en el video varias marcas de super cropping que hice tratando de controlar la altura, esta hay una planta en concreto que crece rapidisimo y con mucho vigor, después también resultará ser la más sabrosa. Day 99. Girls are good, even delayed/unmature buds are catching up and i feel like last feed was given already. Should be only water regime from now ... Nothing to add or say.. Fatter, Bigger, Stronger - is theirs target now and slowly they are crawling there ;))))) My cam is still shit, during thirps it made me happy, now when some girls are true beauties - it makes me nervous ;))) Happy Growing !!!
