Week 7 of Flower going well, plants seem to be stressed a little bit though I believe it's either some slight nute burn or a nute lockout caused by overfeeding. Runoff EC coming out about 200 higher than the input also runoff ph is around 5.4-5.5 which to me indicates slight overfeeding. Going to feed one more week every other day with a watering in between each feeding ph'd to 5.7, than I will start my 2 week flush using clearex by botanicare and plain ph'd water. Some nice purples have also started to really come out this week and the trichomes are constantly packing on.

In the end it even turned a bit purple, probably because I had it in the living room for the last 2 weeks. It smells very different from the other Honey Cream. The smell is more fruity.... it is now standing to dry in my box after dry, theres total of 35 gramms

Both Barbarian (=AK-47 x Barbara Bud) plants have developed well and carry hefty top buds on each side branch and also the main cola. The lower regions also carry buds, but those are a little more fluffy and not so big and dense as the top buds. In total the two plants harvested 91,3 grams. Every bud is COVERED IN TRICHOMES and the plants glisten in the light, they are FROSTY AS HELL! The plants have a STRONG AROMA now, which is sweet and peachy with hints of sandalwood. They smell ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS and the dried weed carries the flavor of this aroma also in the smoke! VERY PEACHY! All in all I can only recommend this strain, its not the biggest yielder, but definitely delivers connoisseur grade weed. Hats off to Mat from House of the Great Gardener in Canada, he has made another GREAT cross and I hope he will release this variety soon! 👍😍😎.

Overall, I would definitely grow this strain again and probably will to see if I can do better a second time around.

8/19/23 - Day 67 - Things are still looking good. We just had a water change. A couple more weeks! 8/21/23 - OK, ok ok, we have a lot of work coming up. Right now is like the calm before the storm. The storm I'm talking about is harvest, trimming, drying, and curing. This is the kind of labor that you LOVE to HATE. Especially with how many buds ill be pulling from this LEAF box. Let's talk about progress real fast. She is getting bulkier every day. Overnight she drank about 300+ ppm of nutes. She likes the nutes a lot. I'm taking this as a reason for all the little snowy crystals and the enlargement of the buds. Flushing: For about a week before harvest I will empty the water+Nutes and refill only with Water. We want the plant to suck up and replace all the nutes in the buds with water. This is called flushing. Trimming plans and Tools: When it's time to trim the plant, I've got a plan in mind. I'm going to trim the buds while they're still wet, and I'll leave them attached to the stems. To simplify the drying process, I will split the LEAF into two parts – the top and the bottom. Since space is a bit tight in the LEAF with this grow, I will keep just the buds on the branches. This will help the air circulate the buds better. I've even found this cool trimming tray on Amazon that I'm planning to use. I've realized that having the right tools for trimming is essential. Just like I'd put on gloves to work on a car, I will use nitrile gloves to keep things clean while trimming. And I'll use proper trimming scissors instead of regular ones. These scissors are designed for this job and should make the process much smoother. Amazon - Trimming Tray - (somewherr brand pictured above) Amazon - Nitrile Gloves Amazon - Trimming Scissors Drying Plans and Tools: Once I'm done trimming, it's time to dry the buds. I'm thinking of using simple tension rods, like those small shower curtain rods, to hang the branches. This way, I can create two levels inside the drying box. The lower part can rest on a SCROG net to ensure good airflow and even drying for all the branches. The LEAF box will handle the drying parameters. The environment inside the LEAF box will focus only on keeping the humidity at 60% and moving the air around getting the buds to a non-mildew amount of humidity. Amazon - Tension rods 16-28” Curing Plans and Tools After the buds are dry (60% humidity), the next step is curing. This means I'll be storing the buds in sealed glass jars. I've got mason jars and hygrometers to monitor humidity levels. Once the jars are filled with buds, I'll seal them and put them in an cool, dark spot. I plan to open the jars briefly every day to let in some fresh air. (15min). I'll know the curing is done when the humidity inside the jars stays around 62% during these "burps." We change the water in one more day. 8/24/23 - Day 72 - It's official: I have moved the smell slider up! Holy shit, does it smell potent. I put my arm in there through the Weed forest, and when my arms came out, I was attacked by the Skunk BOSS. I had to shower and change my outfit to eliminate the smell. After starting the diary last week, I have previously treated them with neem oil + potassium soap, due to thrips ... I used a very small brush to try to stress as little as possible .... the plants proved to be strong and reacted well to the treatment .... I can't say the same about the three Cookies (You'll see what happened in the diary update😅) I gave them a bit of root juice for the second time, about 0.5 per head in 2l of total H2o, about pH 6.5 They seem to grow very well and quickly ..but we are only at the begging...so... 06/05/21 -Riego todas las plantas con 1.8 litros de agua y los nutrientes. -Los cogollos siguen engordando poco a poco, se nota sobre todo en los inferiores, que ahora están llenos de pelos. -Algunas hojas están amarillas pero supongo que será debido a que no les da suficiente luz. Las que están peor son las que defolio, además de 1 o 2 hojas por planta que tapan algunos cogollos. 10/05/21 -Riego las plantas con 2 litros de agua cada una y los nutrientes. -Se nota una pequeña quemadura en los cogollos de arriba de una de las plantas, quizás porque la luz estaba demasiado cerca. Estuve 4 días fuera y no lo pude corregir. -Por lo general las plantas siguen fuertes y sin ningún problema 11/05/21 -No se qué ha pasado pero cuando hoy he abierto el armario tenía uno de los cogollos de CCXLA1 cubierto de moho. Me fijé porque 2 hojas parecían un poco podridas y al tocar el cogollo estaba muy blando. Me puse guantes, corté el cogollo con unas tijeras e inspeccioné la planta buscando otros posibles signos de moho. Parece que no hay más así que dejaré la planta por ahora. La he defoliado más para que tenga más flujo de aire. -No entiendo cómo ha podido pasar esto ya que la humedad relativa del cultivo no supera nunca el 57% aprox y en general se mantiene al 50%. -Ahora toca estar muy pendiente estas últimas semanas para ver si se forma más moho que pueda acabar con la cosecha. As usual from this phenotype, everything is black / purple again on this beautiful Pheno 😊. The buds are getting thicker and thicker and already smell extremely tasty 😍. Next week I'll go up a bit with the Ec and add some Pk 13/14. Like every 12-15 days, the water was completely replaced and all electronic devices checked for safety 👍. After a feed last Thursday, plain ph'd water on Friday, these ladies have been left alone, with impressive results, little vertical stretch and lots of side ways. They had a feed today, Monday, so I'll water tomorrow and leave until Friday, seems to work. hopefully I be flushing the little cheese auto next week and free up some space for the fat ladies to expand

I'm still feeding at full strength, they are just swelling now with cloudy trichomes so I'll hatchet over the next week at some point. The two phenos look very different to each other but have similar smells. In very happy with both plants, I can't wait to test them.

Blue gelato 41 took a little work to figure out her likes and dislikes but it was definitely worth the wait , the smoke is smooth and potent as hell, She seems to need a lot of light, the tops by far and away blow the lower growth out the water, I won't make the mistake of having her in a corner of the tent again knowing her potency and flavour 😎👌💪👍 Enjoy this girl if you give her a try growmies 😎

Last watered on dec 10; I eased up on the LST angle on the Larry OG. She’s looking a lot better than a couple of weeks ago. Although growth has been stunted substantially, I’ll try to nurse her back to the best of my abilities; We’ll see if the coffee grounds cause nitrogen toxicity, or if it pays off; The bud sites on the Mandarin Cookies have grown at least an 1 1/2in in the last week and seem to be doing well, There’s some very faint tip yellowing on the new growth so I think I’ll water with some plain ph’ed tap water and perhaps some molasses;

Week 7 is begonnen en ze wordt heerlijk verwend. Ze groeit lekker door, de toppen worden groter en ze ruikt nu al zeer sterk. Helaas heeft ze wat gele bladpunten gekregen, ik denk dat ik haar overvoed heb en de aptus voeding iets te veel van het goede was, dus vanaf nu geef ik haar alleen nog plagron zoals gewoonlijk. Ik ben zeer tevreden over de spiderfarmer sf-1000, geen geluid, laag energieverbruik, weinig warmte en intense zonnestralen. Topnotch.
