Eternity Grow Cup - Week 9 Veg Update We are stepping into Week 9 of vegetation, and things are getting exciting! The plants are thriving—compact, bushy, and growing beautifully. This week, we introduced a SCROG (Screen of Green) net, an essential tool for maximizing yield and optimizing plant structure. Let’s dive deep into the why and how of scrogging: Why Install a SCROG Net Now? Maximizes Light Exposure: The net allows even light distribution across all branches, ensuring every bud site gets the optimal amount of light. Controls Plant Height: By guiding the branches through the net, we keep the canopy even and prevent excessive vertical growth. Enhances Airflow & Reduces Mold Risks: Spreading the plant out increases air circulation, reducing humidity pockets and minimizing risks of mold and pests. Increases Yield: More bud sites exposed to light mean higher-quality flowers and greater overall production. For now, we’re still not using the under-canopy lights, though they will come into play soon. The ICL 300 is positioned strategically, and we will likely move them around as needed later. For now, the focus is on structuring the plants and ensuring they fill out the available space properly. Optimizing Airflow - The Vortex Effect Air circulation is crucial for plant health, and this week, we’ve optimized airflow by positioning the fans to create a vortex effect: Fan Positioning: Each fan is placed at the tent corners, pointing in different directions, ensuring dynamic airflow instead of direct wind hitting the plants. Benefits of a Vortex System: Reduces hot spots and evenly distributes CO₂. Strengthens stems by creating a natural resistance. Prevents stagnant air, reducing mold and pest risks. The extraction system is powered by an AeroFan, connected to the AeroFan Smart Remote FRC1, currently running at 60% speed. This setup efficiently manages humidity and temperature while maintaining optimal air exchange. Current Environmental Conditions & Feeding For now, we’re maintaining the same water schedule and nutrient regimen. The environmental conditions remain stable: Temperature: Holding steady at ideal growth levels. Relative Humidity: Balanced to encourage healthy transpiration. PPFD (Photosynthetic Photon Flux Density): Kept at optimal levels to support vigorous vegetative growth. CO₂ Levels: Elevated but within safe limits, promoting faster growth. The plants are filling the space beautifully, but we know that the flip to flower is approaching soon! Que pasa familia, estamos otra vez actualizando la quinta semana de floración, y es que ya van cogiendo unos colores que ya van apeteciendo y todo, el aroma se noto esta semana la sala está llenándose de un aroma bastante dulzón. Quite ya el big bud y empecé aportar un poco de overdrive así se van acostumbrando, y tengo que añadirles algo de Pk que tendré por el cajón esta semana que viene sin fallo lo añado. El ph está siendo controlado y ahora mismo está regulado a 6.5 yo creo que es buen ph para que la planta absorba el Maximo de nutrientes, hasta aquí es todo nada nuevo sin problemas con este proyecto. Pretty simple first week! Seed took 3 nights for the taproot to pop and it was planted in its final pot on day 4. On day 6, it finally popped through the soil and on day 7 the little sprout is starting to grow up. There is a small piece of seed casing left attached. Going to leave it for a day or two. So she grew 53 cm this week!!!!!!!!! Over 20" !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Totally out of headroom. Hopefully gonna be awesome. 😎

Week 4 in the books. She started throwing pistils this week. Cruising along and handling the training like a champ. She's drinking about a cup of water daily and her roots are thriving in the runoff caught in the 2nd cup, which gets dumped before each new watering. Strong structure and starting to get a little smell. She smelled like celery leaves up to this point. I've raised her closer to the light to increase light intensity.

Pheno #7 and #4 showed the most desired traits and will be running both indoors iagain the coming weeks under better conditions. I didnt get as much photo's as promised but things have been hectic on all fronts, but I will do better next time ;) Its a pitty we had some issues and not all phenos where in a position to show the true potentail. There for we are running the 5 with re-running outdoors this season. Along with some new beans :D

She is still getting fatter sites. The water intake is the same as before with around 1 liter every day! The buds are getting more purple ish. It smells very tangy. Almist all white hairs have turned brown now except for a few bud sites in the lower canopy. She still needs some time but i think her time is coming to an end due to leaves starting to yellow

I got some new lights this week, so am looking forward to seeing the difference led can do, getting awesome growth from the auto's, and the fem seeds are going well too. All is well in the garden this week other than the Lsd 25 auto seed, which is struggling still, wet feet may be, I will try to dry the pot, before more water is fed. Any ideas?

I mean, overall this was an extremely painless grow. The test of whether we should or shouldn't top autos is still TBD imo. Our topped candidate produced denser, frostier buds, but weighed slightly less, at 14 grams of bud total. And our lst plant produced 18 grams of bud, not as frosty, and almost as dense as our topped girl. I'll be topping autoflowers from here on out only under the circumstance I have 4+ to grow at the same time. Seems like it could be used to speed up the autoflower grow cycle if done properly, like with right. Since I'm doing a perpetual cycle, it's still a viable option for me in the long run. A few tips I have for anyone growing this strain in organics: Start feeding bloom nutes a little bit prior to flower transition - this makes the transition more seemless. From weeks 1-3 flower, I slowly dropped the grow dosage until I cut off grow nutes week 3 flower. Starting the flush around week 6 flower seemed to really bring out this plant's potential. But I think you could get away with starting the flush around week 5. I hope this helps anyone trying this strain out. It's a good one, I hope to see more journals of it, eventually. Cheers everyone! Bueno otra semanita más para estas niñas que están gigantes, en breve pasarán a floración y a seguir desarrollando, de momento va todo bien solamente unas puntas que marcan exceso de nutrientes, siempre colocando lo mínimo, pero bueno cosas q pasan, se las ve que van creciendo dentro del todo uniformemente... I bring down the ph of the rockwool cubes by soaking them for a few hours in 3,5 and then flush them with ph 5,8 water with nutrients in and then let the cubes sit in ph corrected nutrients solution. I let them drain for 10 minutes After a 3,5 hours.
