So this was a simple going grow!!! It’s strange how the hot so big under the light! I had one blue cheese under the same light and tent and it was way smaller!! Anyway 1 of these has come out perfect very happy the other two I’m not to sure the hairs were still pointing up but I really don’t have the time to have them going another week there already over the time they was supposed to be done but yeah I’d say out of 10 I’d rate this blue cheese growing experience a 6 out of 10 hopefully this improves when it’s dry!!!

Just pulled it today. Lots of pics to come and the weigh in. Going to update everything as I cure. Curing is going well. Speed dried a little as I’m impatient as hell. Pretty happy with the results. This White Widow strain is very good. Extremely resistant to bugs. I’ve dealt with a spider infestation throughout this grow and only got it under control in the last few weeks. Daily maintenance and cleaning got me through flower and I was able to pull this off. At harvest it was cut and immediately went into a bud wash to clean them up and remove any leftover mites, residue, etc. I usually do a bud wash, especially if it’s outdoor. If done properly it has no impact and I find it produces a smoother taste tbh. This was my second attempt at dwc. I’m very happy with it and will continue. I’ll update the weights when things are cured.

We continue to gain weight Some areas are already beginning to darken, which will significantly reduce their drying out during drying. New shoots climb even on the lower tier, the initiated second wave will be shorter, but not inferior in its intensity to the first wave

10 weeks from seed to harvest. The nutrient line I was using didn’t give me optimal growth, for this strain and my level of experience. Had some great growth and veg time, about 4 weeks, but when flower kicked in they got beastly. I would say I had two different phenos of this strain, and the one pheno that is unique, had slightly looser buds than the other two. This could be because of the LST/super cropping of the main cola. The other two had nice rock hard frosty buds and have similar smells and profile. The other one has more citrus, and was a bit lanky, more sativa in looks. Overall, easy enough to grow, no major surprises, and decent enough yield for 10 weeks. This is a strain that could have been better had I not had some issues with either lockout/deficiencies.

Hello Everyone and welcome back! Its been another tough week so I hope you are all hanging in there safe. So in this week at the start I did a pretty good defoliation to allow more light penetration and to clean up the lowers on the plant. By the time I took these pics it is hardly noticeable. During this week I also did two waterings. The first was 20L of water with 3tsp freeze dried coconut and 3 tbsp of microbial mass. The 2nd was 20L of water with 1/8 tsp of sulphate of potash, 3 tsp coconut, 50ml liquid kelp and 4 grams of TM7 Ful-Humix. After this most likely I will only use the freeze dried coconut for the remainder of flower. Its really cool to see the flowers develop and watch them start to swell. While they were younger I had added a few bamboo poles but I added 2 to each pot trying to stick to the outsides of the pot as I did it to not damage the roots too much. I think they will get heavy enough to need support so I am trying to be proactive to protect them. The flowers have a pretty great smell happening when I open up the tent. Hello Diary, Purple Lemonade has reached its fifth week of flowering, I am now very close to harvest. I would say one more week and it will be ready for cutting. The appearance of Purple Lemonade is amazing and it would be a shame not to take a picture of her on a black background now that it is the grand finale. The flowers are hard to the touch, sticky and full of trichomes. Especially the main cola which looks impressive. This week I started checking the trichomes with a microscope and so far they are still transparent. The smell is very intense at this stage, the whole room smells of plants when I open the grow box. Watering is still every two or three days. This week I stopped adding nutrients, I just lower the p.H. to 6.0 and water the plants with clean water. Here is what the previous week looked like. 13/09/2024 - Day 51. Watering. I prepared 9 liters of water, lowered the p.H. at 6.0 and I watered all three plants on the farm with that amount. 16/09/2024 - Day 54. Watering. I repeated the same procedure as three days earlier. 18/09/2024 - Day 56. It's the end of the 8th week, taking pictures of the plants. First of all a massive thanks to the guys at Ripper Seeds, and also GD for giving me these beans after placing top 10 in the Jan 18 Diary of the Month Comp ✌️👊 and thank you to all you guys that like/follow and comment each week, you all know it's always appreciated. When I run this girl again I'll be letting her grow bigger and thicker in structure before going into flower. She still turned out great, but with another week in the veg tent I know she would have yielded more, and would have stretched a bit more. Because I have 4 seperate plants/strains in one tent, under one light, I've had to calculate these by dividing the conditions by 4 (4 plants in total sharing same conditions). This is the fairest and only way to work it out on average as a full tent. Happy growing! 🐺
