Day 49-56 (Day 1F-5F) (Day 50) Plants are all showing some odd deficiencies and lord only knows what I’m doing wrong this time. I’m guessing I overwatered as I’m seeing a N/mg deficiency. Slurricane is showing some super odd browning and crisping on the lower fan leaves. I have to flip into flower tomorrow (April 21st) as my other tent is at maximum capacity now. Plants look like shit but I have no other choice. Normally I would never do that so close to being flipped. Hopefully this will at least be worth the electricity used. (Day 1F) Switched out timers and flipped. I forgot to put my temperature controllers on the outside of the tent. I will do that ASAP as I don’t want to risk light leaks. (Day 2F) Everything is looking a little better. Ive been noticing that while my A/C is running, I don’t have full power to my light because the ballast is automatically dimming the light. I didn’t run the A/C today and the plants seem to have responded well but correlation doesn’t equal causation. (Day 3F) I decided to toss all the locos except one. I also tossed bg#1 as it shit the bed out of nowhere. Hopefully that will clear up some room in the tent for these others to start thriving. (Day 5F) Plants all responded well to the extra light. Maybe that was a big part of the problem in the first place. I had 17 plants under a 400w. I’m still only running 400w because 600w gets way too hot unless I have my carbon filter running 24/7 which I’m actually starting to consider.

My Purple Star Killer girl looks great. I am doing a lot of LST to try to keep her spread out and not get too tall. She's drinking 5 gallons a day now and I think I'll have move that up to 10 gallons soon.

Último día del año y último día de la semana 9 de las bebas. Está semana que entra sería la última de la white quizás llegando a fin de semana corte solo las puntas y dejé una semana más los bajos o en caso que le falte la esperaré una semana más (creo que es lo mejor) viene muy compacta y olorosa, resina no veo tanto como en blue moby que viene con menos producción pero que dejó en segundo y tercer lugar a las otras en producción de resina le quedan 2 semanas veremos cómo sigue evolucionando pero estoy fascinado. Moby dick viene atrasada pero avanzando de a poco espero que no quede estancada y me quedé flaca seguro se atraso por el estrés de que se cortó su punta principal hace un par de semanas pero bueno creo que vale la pena esperar a todas!! Desde lo personal les deseo que empiecen un año mejor al que paso y que les traiga más lindas experiencias con el cultivo y los más bellos cogollos, un avance hacia la legalización en dónde todavía se les prohíbe está hermosa planta, felices fiestas y próspero año nuevo! Buenos humos! 🙏💪

📆 12/7 - Start of the 5th week! - Whole lot pistils sticking from the nodes & plant is taking noticeable grow spurts. Pre-flowering/stretch phase is about to start. - 12/5 Changed the reservoir water and made a new N&K boosted patch: - 0.95ml/l Micro & Bloom - 1.75ml/l Grow - 1.9ml/l Terpinator - 1.2ml/l Fulvic/Diamond Nectar - 0.5ml/l Hydroguard * Beneficials and some bloom boosters included — Ending EC: 1.6 / TDS: 810ppm — pH adjusted down to 5.6 (letting drift up to 6.2 for full pH scale absorption) 12/6-12/7 overnight water level dropped & she drank like 1.5L / topped with weak nute solution. 📆 12/8 started a Negative DIF testing. DIF meaning difference between day and night temp. Usually DIF is positive when day temperature is greater than night, which is naturally. But by manipulating your DIF in negative (Warmer night temps than day temp) we do reduce 30% of stem elongation AKA stretch. — Negative DIF in hydro growing can greatly impact in yields if the stretch being controlled right way. • 12/9 - 2nd uppest new shoot length: 3cm / 1.2" (new measurement @ 12/10 night) 📆 12/9 - Topped res with 3ml Terpinator, 1ml Bloom & 1ml HG. - EC topped to 1.8 (1.6 was starting)

First day in Flower! It's been... very interesting 2 weeks.. now that I survived tha, im having some lockout due to being unable to take care of my plants for the past 5 days and someone having no idea had to do the job, I'm not afraid of showing these mistakes I'm always looking forward to the outcome so I'm still having some hopes for this og kush, not everything here went as planned and that's why I want to focus on finishing up the grow and starting new ones, better ones as soon as possible, I will definitely never grow autos again as I'm just not a fan of them having to be on 18/6 schedule and I like having co trolley over my plants as sometimes things can go wrong. Og kush had a lockout after flush it grew beautiful but still ate up some of the upper leaves. Runtz.. yeah I like him he is a beautiful little bonsai he didn't get lockout too much but also did I'm looking forward to seeting the stretch on him if it so happens. Cherry gusher, a tiny pheno I got this time I'm looking forward to growing 4 next time and hunt down a pheno. They say outdoors you have to play with God and indoor you try to play God.. we are not perfect and that's why I'm looking forward to the finish line. Will i scrog? I have the net setup but I'm not sure if I will get enough stretch. Day 3 I noticed some light white spots on bottom leaves of the plant after a flush I did recently, I diagnose this as magnese or magnesium deficiency, I'm going to up the cal mag to 8 ml and a+b to 10ml per 5 L of water along with additives extra 0.5 ml just as a touch up. Also I noticed we are at 47cm at the tallest branch after topping and lst and this thing is an absolute bush.. I could probably hide behind it if I was a kid playing hide and seek!.

She showed minor discoloration so I added very very little nute from GHE line of course AFTER checking and adjusting ph level first :)

Grow is going well. Continue to struggle with cal mag deficiency. Simply can't give them enough cal mag. The smell is getting very strong. I think I am going to transfer the amnesia auto into a seperate container as it's developing much faster. This would mean taking down the make shift scrog net. Would appreciate input. Happy growing!

I've seen a visible decrease in live spider mites. Spraying Captain Jack's Deadbug every 3rd day. 2 treatments so far. I took a sample bud from the very center of the plant to examine with my loupe (still need to order a microscope). From what I can tell, most of the trichomes are cloudy. Drying the sample in a brown paper bag. I still don't know if my leaves are turning yellow due to light stress, nutrient deficiency, or because the plant is close to being finished. I've clipped a bunch of leaves off both from yellowing and because there were a bunch of visible spider mite eggs underneath. There's been a definite decrease in spider mites after 3 treatments, but they're not totally eliminated yet.

Yo! It's week 2 of flower and the ladies are looking good! I can start smelling "green" in my grow room where my box is. Caramelino is stretching nicely with many colas! She is starting to push out some pistils. Nice structure and took the training well! Bruce Banner is living up to her name as she is growing big and strong. Took the FIM really well and she's got explosive growth. I love how she is growing. Stretching quite nicely aswell! Depending on the buds, I might just reveg and take some cuttings. Northern Light Clone is stretching nicely! Looking better than her mother thus far, as her mother had heavy stress outdoor and my negligence as a cherry on top. Can't wait to see what she looks like indoor. My clones are booming! Moved the 5 test batch outdoor as my space got quite restricted. Didn't expect my plants to go this crazy! Haha. Anyway, keep y ou ur eyes peeled coz this is gonna be DANK! Peace

The increased CO2 allows plants to thrive at higher temperatures, which in turn necessitates higher humidity to maintain the ideal VPD for healthy growth and transpiration. 80F -5F = 75F LST with 70% RH = 0.72 kPa. Higher temperatures and humidity promote rapid growth, nutrient uptake, and photosynthesis while maintaining a lower stress level. Temperature influences the rate of enzymatic reactions involved in aerobic respiration. Enzymes, such as those involved in glycolysis, the Krebs cycle, and the electron transport chain, work most efficiently at an optimal temperature range. In low temperatures, enzymatic activity will slow down, thus reducing the rate of aerobic respiration. In high temperatures, enzymes can become denatured, thus impairing their function and stopping the process of aerobic respiration. Glucose is the primary fuel for aerobic respiration. The rate of aerobic respiration increases with the availability of glucose, as it is the starting point for glycolysis. If glucose levels are low, cells may rely on alternative energy sources such as fatty acids or amino acids , but these processes may yield less ATP or be less efficient. To determine this effect, carbon dioxide volume was measured (as carbon dioxide is an output of aerobic respiration) 18/6 with the 6 being IR. The near infrared (IR-a) borders around 700nm up to 1400nm @ photon par flux density of 1.8 instead of darkness, keeping temps overnight a neat 77F-80F. Think of my tent as a lung. What goes in must come out. When the rate of air going out exceeds the amount of air coming in, it creates a negative pressure. Tent concaves (bends in). If set up correctly, your RH will begin to drop slowly to the desired level you set, and the extraction turns off when it reaches desired% RH. The plant, as it performs cellular respiration, will always be releasing more water into the air, so the RH% of the tent overnight will always increase, so long as oxidative phosphorylation is occurring. As soon as the RH% creeps back up to 55%, the extraction turns back on, over and over. This creates a strong pressure differential which will work wonders on your grow. Replicating high and low-pressure fronts in nature. Critical for oxygen diffusion at the critical time of peak cellular respiratory function.. Moisture will not transfer from a saturated atmosphere to another if that air is already at or above its saturation point, meaning the air can't hold any more water vapor. Once I understood that water is produced as a by product during cellular respiration, specifically at the very end of the electron transport chain (ETC) where electrons are finally transferred to molecular oxygen, the higher the RH of the air, the more resistance there is for more moisture to be added to that environment, and effects the ease with which it does so. But none of that water comes from the pot; it's pulled from the air. If you run high daytime RH, your medium/pot is 100% reliant on transpirational root pull to move water. ZERO evaporation happens across the atmosphere if the tent air has high RH%, the medium cannot release its water through evaporation. Once a canopy develops, light no longer slowly wicks and evaporates from the topsoil. The Soil-Plant-Atmosphere Continuum (SPAC) describes the continuous pathway and process of water movement, driven by a gradient in water potential, from the soil, through the plant's roots, stem, and leaves, and finally evaporating into the atmosphere through transpiration. There is evaporation, there is transpiration, and then there is evapotranspiration; Evapotranspiration (ET) is the combined total of two processes: evaporation (water lost directly from soil and surface water into the atmosphere) and transpiration (water released from plants to the atmosphere through their leaves). Evapotranspiration represents the total amount of water that moves from the medium into the air. There is no such thing as a medium with too much water, only a medium that retains too much for too long. The water must always flow efficiently from one atmosphere(Medium) to another(Air) in a timely manner. Moisture is a critical factor for bacterial growth and decay. Dictating how long it's allowed to sit in any one location for any given period is a key preferred control. To ensure a net reduction in a bacterial population, the rate of removal (ET) must exceed the rate of bacterial growth (decay rate), which is often modeled as a growth rate for the specific bacterium under the given conditions. By optimizing daytime VPD, we also optimize conditions for bacterial growth to explode exponentially above 77°F.. If water is allowed to sit in a medium without an escape within a timeframe, nothing good will happen. IF High RH is maintained overnight as well as during the day, placing 100% of water movement at the behest of daytime transpiration, roots can only pull where they can reach, and if soil is compressed above a certain point, moisture will become trapped in a medium with no way of moving day or night. This will begin the countdown for decay to take hold. When water stagnates in a medium, it loses oxygen, creating anaerobic conditions that foster the growth of harmful microorganisms like bacteria and fungi, which can produce toxins and disease vectors. Thigmomorphogenesis, the process by which plants respond to mechanical stimuli like touch by altering their growth and development, results in significant morphological changes to improve survival against mechanical perturbations. This complex response involves sensing touch and initiating physiological and genetic responses, leading to changes in form and structure over days or weeks. The process is triggered by physical forces such as wind, rain, or touch. Plants adapt to these stimuli by changing their shape and structure, which may include slower growth, thickened stems, or altered leaf development. Plants possess sophisticated mechanisms to detect even subtle mechanical stimuli and initiate responses. A variety of molecules, including calcium ions, jasmonates, ethylene, and nitric oxide, are involved in signaling these mechanical inputs. Touch can induce the expression of genes that encode proteins for calcium sensing, cell wall modification, and defense mechanisms. A plant exposed to constant wind may become shorter and sturdier. A plant that is touched frequently might grow more slowly to conserve energy and develop thicker cell walls. These changes increase a plant's resilience and ability to survive in harsh environments. Eigentlich alles bestens sie entwickeln sich sehr gut ich bin sehr zufrieden morgen wird beschnitten, Triebe und Blätter entfernen die überschüssig sind und Licht weg nehmen👌😊 Actually everything is fine. They are developing very well. I am very satisfied. Tomorrow will be pruned, removing shoots and leaves that are excess and taking away light😁😊👌

We are 1 week in and the second set of true leaves are beginning to grow, both are doing great and moving full steam ahead. Still watering about 20-30 mL of 200ppm CalMag RO water once daily and misting a couple times throughout the light cycle seems to be working great.

Day 7 of flowering & so far we’re off to a good start. They’ve grown 5” since last week so that’s almost an 1” a day. So far I’m still watering every other day with 1/2 gallon of water each-6.3 ph & that seems to be fine. I might have to start watering everyday here pretty soon though or I’ll have to increase the amount of water I give them each time I water. I’m having fun, I hope they are too.
