June 17: The garden area had just under 3 inches (75mm) of rain in the past week which was really needed. Temps have been mid teens to low 20s deg C. The wind has been relentless and the plants continue to take a beating. Overall pleased with the growth but some concern, because preflowers are showing, they may be stunted and flowering early (due to environmental stress).

FBT2308 is doing good. She is growing great under the Medic grow mini Sun-2, in the Agrogardens nutrition. She is starting to form her cola sites , and will continue to stretch as she stacks. Wachsen soweit super, kein Top Dressig kein anderen Dünger sonst verwendet, Erde einmal angereichert und läuft Super sind Glücklich. Hätte tatsächlich nicht gedacht das die das Zelt nochmal so füllen würden wie beim Run zuvor mit 6 Pflanzen aber da haben wir es… werden morgen von unten nochmal leicht entlaubt ansonsten war’s das bis zur Ernte. Nothing to do at this point.

These girls have become part of our favourites list and we are already discussing the next round for this strain! As you can see one of them has powdery mildew and will most definitely need a wash. This is also the one that had the issue with the rust a while back and her colours have not changed like the other two. Her buds are still beautifully formed and smell delicious, so the issues for the week are obvious, but they could be much worse.

🌱 Week 1 Update: Terpyz Mutant Mentha de Croco Journey 🌱 Hey Grow Fam! The Mentha de Croco sprouts are officially a week in, and they’re already showing off their unique personality, each one growing at its own pace. They’re rocking some funky vibes and loving life inside the dome! Here’s a full update on their progress, care, and setup for Week 1. Living Environment: The Humidity Dome Setup The seedlings are living in a humidity dome, where we’re keeping the relative humidity (RH) close to 100%. This level of RH mimics a tropical environment, creating the ideal conditions for delicate young plants that need extra hydration support as they begin to develop roots and leaves. Why High Humidity? • Encourages Strong Root Development: At nearly 100% RH, plants focus on root growth while pulling in moisture directly from the air, helping them establish themselves early on. • Protects from Stress: The high humidity reduces transpiration (water loss through leaves), which prevents drying and keeps seedlings hydrated. • Promotes Healthy Leaf Growth: With constant access to moisture, the leaves expand smoothly, giving each plant a strong start in the vegetative phase. Growth Status & Observations 🌱 These little mutants are showing some funky characteristics and growing at their own unique pace—a perfect reminder that no two plants are the same! Each seedling has sprouted its initial set of leaves, and I’m seeing great promise in their vigor and resilience. Key Observations: • Color: The seedlings are a healthy green, with some displaying slight variances in shade—typical of unique genetics like Mentha de Croco. • Structure: Leaves are developing steadily, with short internodes (the space between sets of leaves) that hint at nice, compact growth patterns as they continue. • Energy: Each plant seems to be finding its rhythm, which is a beautiful thing to watch! Some are taking their time, while others are diving right into rapid growth. Nutrients & Supplements 💧 For this first week, I’m keeping it light on nutrients, letting the seedlings draw what they need from the Root Riots and the remaining seed stores. However, I’ve continued using Aptus Holland’s Regulator and Startbooster, both at 1ml/L, to support foundational growth. Why These Nutrients? • Aptus Regulator: Adds silicon to fortify cell walls, giving the seedlings extra strength to handle environmental changes. Even under the dome, this helps build resilience. • Aptus Startbooster: Supplies essential microbes and root stimulators, setting up these little ones for explosive root growth once they’re ready to venture outside the dome. Lighting: FOG LED & Environmental Control 💡 I’ve kept the Future of Grow (FOG) 600W LED dimmed to around 200 PPFD to avoid overwhelming these tender seedlings with too much light. They’re getting just enough energy to support healthy photosynthesis without stressing them in their early stages. Lighting Benefits at Low Intensity: • Prevents Stretching: With the lower PPFD, plants stay compact and focused on root and leaf development rather than reaching for the light. • Supports Early Photosynthesis: The FOG LED’s balanced spectrum provides all the wavelengths these seedlings need to kick off photosynthesis and grow with vitality. Controlled through the TrolMaster Tent X, the lighting schedule is consistent and stable. With this controller, I can manage humidity, lighting, and temperature settings all from one place, ensuring the environment stays perfect for these little ones. Here’s a bit of wisdom for anyone embarking on a similar grow: 💧 Humidity & Hydration: High humidity is a seedling’s best friend. Keep your dome or grow area humid for strong, happy plants. 💡 Light Management: Keep lighting low to encourage compact growth and let those roots dig in. Getting the chop later this week or start of week 12

Day 58, 11th of November 2020: I set the lamp 15 minutes shorter to switch off earlier so they receive 11:45 of darkness. I would like to imitate the nature when longer nights come with time till the 4th week (when they will receive 13 hours darkness a day 15 minutes minus 4 times = 1hour) so every week 15 min longer darkness for 4 weeks and then back to 12/12 to have bigger buds from the 4th week.... Wao. Well, all good hopefully they will stop growing soon but the strech is not that much thanks for the trainings such as topping and LST.... Pistils are started appearing so they she the sex I think one more week to go and they will settle down concentrating on bud development. What to say every 2nd day is fertilization with the mix and ratio above now we are waiting. Anything else? Well just look atbthe pictures and decide what you think. I am pretty sure they look cool LOL. This Gleato Zamnesia is very promising I really like the smell already she is nice but all of them I mean I am in love with all so. Kalinia Asia is nice and I am so excited for the Sweed Seeds ones the red girls OMG :)

Critical x Animal Cookies is growing good under the Hortibloom Solux 350. She is just behind the others in the run from being stunned at start. She is doing good now, and hopefully she should start developing very soon. This is a comparison grow between autopot and handwatering, the plants are both cheese from fastbuds in the same medium (pure coco) The water for the handwatered plant comes straight from the reservoir of the autopot And they are both in the same tent same setup So they both recovered from the topping now, the autopot goes faster then the handwatering now, ill just pull the branches a bit open if needed, other then that ill just let them go in their veg

Starting off week 2 strong. The Patients are responding well. Started the week off 750ml water per Patient. Day 19- Patient. 1 and 2 look strong and 3 is a week behind. It has rust spots on 2 leaves looks like from standing water. The plants look healthy adjusted the temp to 79 and raised the humidity to 66% The leaves felt a lil dry. Gave each plant 1 litre of water now. With steady increases. Still following Mr Canucks Water schedule. I am assuming I have to amend the soil 30 days from veg start. Day 20 is actually day 14. Ok so I will make my adjustments based on Veg and Flower that makes things way easier then the total time. So I noticed leaf septoria on Patient 3 so I found a remedy of copper fungicide. So I made a mixture of neem oil and Copper. 1 tbsp per gallon. So we will see how it turns out. The increase in humidity has helped. Having a 4*8 tent and not filling it up with plants I have noticed is a waste. After this grow I will be filling it up. Veg +9: The patients are going strong have them 1000ml of water and athe 5 gallon bucket went empty so I am filling it now to put it back in the aerator. The patient number 3 will be sprayed at lights out for the spotting again. Other than that a good end to week 2. Veg +11: We will be tracking the Patients 1 and 2. Since they are next to each other in same day of growth. I adjusted the Humidity to 55. I ordered an inline box filter. The tent is in the garage and do not want any outside debris in the tent which I thought could be happening. I also vacuumed the tent as well. Veg +12. Added 1000ml of water today. Thinking of starting to LST to open up the plant a lil. There are quiet a few branches under there. So while writing this I have decided to LST the main branch.

These little girls seem to be moving along as their mother plants did on day 7 in 4" pots of soil, the average clones is 3" to 6" tall, I will try to stretch these girls to 12-14" by next Sat to get ready to transplant to 3gal grow bags as the 4" pots should be root bound by then, will update on next transplant

This is a must grown strain if your looking for a full CBD Strain with less than 1% THC. I grew five different CBD strains this year and this is by far my favorite, the yields were amazing and the bud quality was some of the best I have ever grown. The taste and smell was also out of this world. I can't wait to grow it again

Harvest

09/03: They are doing fine, I currently have them in the same tent as my other grow, and will be moving them to my 2x4 in the next couple of days. Ill be running these with a new nutrient stack that i am not yet familiar with, and will follow the feeding chart, adjusting as needed. One of these is still a little runt and has not grown much height at all. It will likely just stay in that small cup all the way through flower, assuming that i even let it finish at all. I had only planned to take one of them to flower anyway. 09/08: Today i decided to get in an early topping. I am going to transplant her to a final autopot in a couple of days and wanted to get this stress out of the way. She is looking a little irritated as is. She is in the 2x4 now and i am not able to maintain higher than 55% humidity in this tent using a cheap humidifier. Probably would be worth grabbing a better one for this tent. But she will be in flower in a couple of weeks and then the lower humidity will not be a problem, so i think ill just roll with it.

Perfectly healthy maybe not as dark color as the other plant but thata the diversity we enjoy in this sport of growing. Showing no signs of deffinciecies or overfeeding / burning, handled the stress like a true champ!
