End of Week 8 (First week of flower) Increased the CO2 to 1200ppm and the ladies love it, already started stretching within the first 3 days of flower which shows that CO2 definitely boosts the grow cycle of cannabis. The main top-sites are popping up everywhere and everything looks evenly spread out. I defoliated again because the fan leaves are growing so fast and blocking bud sites. I also did one last lower canopy maintenance and removed small and stalky bud sites and stems below the trellis net to make sure I get maximum energy distribution to the main colas. I also added some GHF BioEnhancer to make sure the soil-microbes are happy and that the plants reach their maximum potential. Pest Report: EXTERMINATED! Thrips VS Ladybugs VS Neem Oil... I decided to fight fire with fire - I purchased Swirski-Mites from Koppert (They are beneficial insects that feed on the eggs and larvae of thrips and other unwanted pests). As for the adult thrips - I got very lucky and found about 10 Ladybugs in my garden and decided to introduce them into my grow room as they will feed on adult thrips and any other unwanted pests. Then to be extra sure I know that neem oil hinders the life cycle of pests like thrips causing them to stop colonising in my grow room. So I sprayed the ladies every day during the dark period to make sure there are no pests that I or the Ladybugs have missed. Mission accomplished. No more wilting and definitely no more thrips.

Okay guys today is day 40 of flower, and as you can see, she is stacking quite well.. yesterday I gave her her last official feeding, and she's getting straight water from here on out.. She's getting too big to take out of the tent, so i'm only going to be able to flush a little at a time.That's why i'm starting so early.. I expect the buds to start swelling in the next week or two and start putting on some real weight . ZAMNESIA SEEDS it's top notch guys.. i'm very grateful for them .. this grow has been a absolute breeze from the very beginning, and now we're just on cruise control for the next month or so give her some time to eat herself up .. esta semana fue una buena semana de buenos avances, no tanto en altura sino en ramificación, los que rematé ya parecen haberse recuperado y uno de ellos ya está atado a las 4 ramas. Por lo demás todo va bien, los automáticos solo consumen agua mientras los demás vuelven a la alimentación. Mañana volveré a aplicar el nutri spray.

Was away for most of the week so was left to my mate. So not really much say this week. Seeing some frosting on the bud sights but not currently as big as I’d like at this stage.

5 more weeks left on the schedule for the veg cycle, growth has been amazing with no signs of stress. I am also using recharge at every watering at (1/4) strength.

Rough week, had to flush the bigger plant to fix lockout. Did 15 gallon flush with ph balanced water, the last bucket of 5 gallon had 50% strength nutrient, minus the flora Micro which I will stop using for the rest of the grow. I installed my scrog net, only about 30% of the net is filled. The second smaller plant doesn't even reach. I sent the height to 18 Inches from the base of the plant. I lose 10 inch from pot I also lose 18 Inch from light and carbon air filter 6ft tent max I lose 2.5 ft. Only 3.5 ft to grow. Going to increase nutrients to 75% strength and only give cal-mag 1x a week as the support team told me to do so. Heavy trimming and defoilation. I will spread the plant and any branches wanting to pass my screen will get topped until the tent is filled. I took 5 clones from each plant, some of the thin long branches that were not getting any light. I am starring my first dwc grow at the same time in my 2x3 tent with my gf. Unsure if I will have a small soil run the same time. The plant is starting to smell strong, honestly like stinky armpit mixed with cat piss. I am not turning on carbon air filter yet, I like keeping it humid during the veg cycle and I keep RH around 40-60% when I turn on carbon filter.

I am starting to think swedes got mixed up, development on 2 plants looks much more than the others. They look like I should start flushing soon. The others, not even close. I think the big pot (4ft wide by 1 ft high) doesnt dry out quick enough. It was great in the cold weather, the soil stayed hot compared to regular smart pots, but I wont use this style pot (other than this one) again.

The plants almost double in size this week. And the first flowers appear ! 😍
