Week 9 veg We are doing well, the ladies are growing quickly, I do believe I need to add a foliar spray to the mix or up the nutrients because we are still short on nitrogen and a bit of magnesium it seems. But its not a massive deficiency so ill just push more nutrients one way or another. The one plant with the genetic issues seems to have wanted split its Main on its own. So apparently i have and auto main plant? XD, i will keep an eye out of herms but it find this genetic issue interesting. I am beyond happy with the way training came out on the ladies. I just need to make sure I keep them all low next batch of seeds. I'm used to the fuckery of aux clones so running seeds was a treat. 2 weeks of veg left about and we flip!

Day 92: Moved the lights to a different hanging formation to get a few more inches up, was at 16" distance in most areas. I probably only have one more trick up my sleeve to get another inch or two if I need it. Video to give a full view. Day 93: Fed with 1Gal of purified water, 6.65 Ph. Day 94: Seems to be filling out, both leaves yet again, and buds now too. Day 95: Power outage yesterday about 3hrs before typical lights out. Battery backup to the timer function in the power strip is probably dead or jostled out of place. It wasn't notice until it had been off for 90 mins, so we choose to leave the light off for the rest of the day as I didn't want to stress anything out by having the lights off for 90m on for 90m and then off again for 12h. Day 96: Well I certainly understand the fruity smell growers referenced. Shout out to RockyRidger for the heads up - the smell is pervasive in the room even with the carbon filter in the tent. Wonderfully fruity and less musky, a bit diesel or citrus if you really get in there. I did another short round of defoliation, much less and more cautious than before. She has little crystals everywhere (better seen in white light tomorrow) near the buds and pistils. I can't seem to get the stickiness off my hands now and I've washed them three times with degreasing soap! Pics in the red spec as I kept just red on for 5 mins longer than normal as I finished up and fed her and wanted to get at least a pic or two in for today. Fed with 1Gal purified water. 2tsp FFBB, 1tsp FFGB, 1.5tsp FFTB, 2ml AN B-52. 6.71pH / 825ppm in, 6.52pH / 1200 ppm out. Day 97: Better shots of some of the glitter we've got going on. Day 98: 🎶 ooo, that smell 🎶 (Day 28 Flowering)

We noticed some bleaching this week on a few of the higher tops and decided to move the MarsHydro again, from 18"to 20" this time..We underestimated how powerful this light actually is.. We no longer have access to a functioning PAR meter so we're relying exclusively on plant response, Google and some guess work to dial ...High light intensity definitely explains why we've been feeding these autos so much lol.. I'm glad we caught this when we did. We gave all plants another moderate feeding after moving the light (still waiting on a calmag re-up) , but I think they'll be just fine 😺👌.. we're hoping that 20" in flower might be the sweet spot..We truly have an autoflower curse, its real, anything that can go wrong typically does lol but it should be smooth sailing from here on out..thanks for reading if you made it this far and happy harvests everyone! ⚡Mars Hydro/SP-3000⚡ Specifications ⚙️: Diodes: Samsung LM301B / Osram 660nm (960 total!) So i have finished LST by end of week 4 and did start with removing low budsights and branches below the cannopy so that i would get more likely big equal compact buds instead of the fluffy not so yum buds. I plan to not defoliate any more than i have right now, unless there's a leave throwing shade onto a potential big budsights i might remove the leave in order to get that budsight maximum light it could have. Growing really is a big learning curve, like by now i have learned so much about to tell signs of the health state of a plant. Like one plant got slightly yellow leave tips, because it got nutrient burnt probably. Like when i noticed the tips i kind of digged into plant health and telling health state by colour, appearance of the leave. Really starting to enjoy the process of growing, like adjusting LST bit by bit, starting to see rewards of it more and more. Also actuelly noticing things that werent the best decision which i can definetly improve on by the next grow. Cant wait to see the end results, i really hope i get terpenes on a decent level. Since for me it became such a enjoyable thing to just smoke weed that actually is tasting lovely

Day 50. Girls had 30 hours of darkness and now its first day of flower !!! Nothing to add, they look ok, found couple pests under leaves, applied neem oil. Never had any bugs inside, but its always first time ... Would be nice to know, how quick or how long does it takes for big problem to happen ... But that kind of curiosity i won't satisfy ;)))) On old leaves found like 5 bugs on first plant, thought its enough to start worry ... Day 51. Girls are flying, photos shows it all.... Even after watering they still look more than ok, always pray... Hope neem oil helped to sort bugs, will check it in 3 days. Day 52. Bugs are still here, more soap and neem oil , all done in bath, each girls took at least 2 liters of spray, most leaves washed gently with spray and fingers, lowest old or damaged leaves removed. Sticky traps installed. Should sort this out. Worst case i still can spray them twice before first flowers starts to form... better to do all shit in veg, but i am old and blind, sometimes i see just huge things ... Day 56. Sticky traps out, Army of LadyBugs in !!! ;))) Some leaves looks bad, now i see what a big pain in @$$ are pest, how fortunate was i to avoid it for so long ... Girls drink quick, so i should be still ok, in couple days 200 larvae of LadyBugs should arrive as well ... Fingers crossed ! Happy Growing !!!

We loved this photoperiod Super Boof from Zamnesia right from the start. This plant has developed an excellent cannabis body that has allowed it to give us beautiful flowers, with good density, a great scent, and excellent resin production, especially considering the hot periods it experienced. Up until now, I haven't had the chance to control the temperatures with air conditioning, but I'll soon be able to do so at the new location, and everything will be even more precise. However, finding an ideal spot and making as few adjustments as possible remains the ideal solution. I love hillside locations; at most, you need to cool them a little in the summer and heat them a little in the winter, for sure. In any case, we're gearing up for full control; I'm still a home grower like everyone else. Our plant has given us good trichome maturation, mostly milky/cloudy, just as I like it, with some amber and still a bit of clear stuff. Always cultivated from start to finish with Plagron fertilizers in the 100% organic version, soil included. Leafy's Strain of the Year ---- // https://www.zamnesia.io/en/13317-zamnesia-super-boof-seeds.html Zamnesia Quick Facts // Here's your chance to grow one of the most sought-after strains of recent years: Super Boof, rightfully crowned Leafy's Strain of the Year 2024. Derived from Black Cherry Punch and Tropicana Cookies, this 70% indica-dominant hybrid takes the already exceptional traits of its predecessors to new heights. Grow it at home to find out for yourself. The whole world of growing and more is at Zamnesia - just take a look around the site and you'll find "nature's best" in all shapes and colors. New strains are awesome and old ones are no exception... -- // www.zamnesia.com

Week 4 Report: White OG – Bigger Roots, Bigger Heights! 🌟 What a week for our White OG! 🌱 She’s had an epic milestone week with her first transplant into a larger pot and her first topping at node 7. Each step has been about preparing her for greatness, and she’s taken everything in stride. Let’s dive into the details of her journey this week and why these steps are so important for her development. The Transplant: New Home, New Opportunities 🌿 The first big move of the week was upgrading her from her small pot to a bigger pot with a perfect blend of soil and nutrients to fuel her next stage of growth. Soil Choice: PRO-MIX HP Mycorrhizae + Bacillus This premium soil mix is a grower’s best friend, designed to give plants a perfect foundation. Here’s why I chose it: • High Porosity (HP): Promotes excellent drainage and aeration, preventing overwatering and ensuring roots have access to oxygen. • Mycorrhizae: These beneficial fungi form a symbiotic relationship with the plant’s roots, increasing water and nutrient uptake while improving overall root health and vigor. • Bacillus Subtilis: A powerful beneficial bacterium that helps protect against soil pathogens, enhances nutrient absorption, and boosts overall plant resilience. This mix creates an optimal environment for strong, healthy roots to develop, setting the stage for explosive vegetative growth. Aptus Holland All-in-One Pellets: Nutrient Perfection To supercharge the soil, I incorporated Aptus Holland All-in-One Pellets into the mix. These pellets are a complete slow-release nutrient solution that ensures consistent feeding over time. • Key Benefits: • Long-lasting nutrient release (up to 2-3 months). • Contains macro and micronutrients essential for steady, balanced growth. • Supports microbial activity in the soil, further boosting nutrient availability. • Easy to use and prevents nutrient burn. By combining Pro-Mix HP with Aptus Pellets, she’s getting the best of both worlds: a thriving microbiome and consistent nutrition to fuel her development. The Topping: Encouraging Bushier Growth 🌱✂️ At the end of the week, I decided it was time for her first topping—a critical training technique to shape her growth structure. I chose to top her at node number 7, leaving a solid foundation for future growth. What Is Topping? Topping involves cutting off the plant’s main growing tip to encourage it to grow multiple main colas (branches). This redirects energy from vertical growth to lateral (side) growth, creating a bushier, more productive plant. Why Topping Matters: 1. Maximizes Yield: By encouraging more colas, the plant can produce more flowers during the flowering stage. 2. Improves Light Penetration: A bushier plant allows light to reach more leaves and nodes, improving overall growth. 3. Encourages Even Canopy: Topping helps create a flat, even canopy, which is ideal for maximizing light distribution. The timing of topping is crucial, and at node 7, she’s strong enough to handle the stress while still early enough to recover quickly and focus on lateral growth. Environment and Feeding Routine: Consistency Is Key 🌟 This week, the environment has stayed perfect for her needs: • Temperature: Warm and steady, promoting steady vegetative growth. • Humidity: Still high to support root development post-transplant. • Lighting: The Future of Grow (FOG) LED continues to shine now at 300 PPFD, delivering just the right intensity for compact, strong growth. Nutrient-wise, we stuck with the reliable Aptus Holland lineup: • Regulator (0.15 ml/L): Strengthening her structure and managing stress from the transplant and topping. • CalMag Boost (0.25 ml/L): Supporting chlorophyll production and preventing deficiencies. • All-in-One Liquid (1 ml/L): Providing her with balanced, immediate nutrients to complement the slow-release pellets. • Start Booster (0.25 ml/L): Encouraging her roots to keep pushing deeper and stronger. Looking Ahead: Building on a Strong Foundation Next week, I’ll be watching for her recovery from topping and monitoring how she adjusts to her new pot and nutrient-rich soil. I’m expecting explosive growth as she settles into her new environment and gets ready for the big stages ahead! June 13th - Day 22; fed 1L yesterday 16th - fed a full meal; 1L - extended another section of LST. It can now grow as it wants 17th - taking some urgent action because of an ailment that had fallen on Californian Snow, that now seems to be affecting Zamaldelica. After being fed yesterday, Cali Snow had all of her Fan Leaves wilt and dissolve sort of, within 4 hours. She was flushed and it seems a Low pH was the final element to clear from the run-off. This morning Zamaldelica fan leaves are sporting Orange Spots. I’m throwing 6 gallons of pH’d water (6.5) through the substrate right now thanks… ! - looking to put some of the blame on me, for allowing these plastic pots, with limited holes, to be the final resting place for these gems… should have AT LEAST been into Fabric or Smart Pots DoH. When I picked them up yesterday, that container was physically Hot. Not dry, but man the soil portion was warm. - glad I flushed, did not see this one coming. Sure, it was a Heat Warning, weather system, but things did not dry-out. - also moving Zamaldelica into a 5 gal fabric pot. Last soil in the house, kinda worked perfectly. Sorry Californian Snow, maybe too far gone. Something became acidic in the substrate after the volume of that meal, reached the lower levels, and an accumulation of Nutes/additives. It reacted - I knocked off any loose soil from the original Pot/rootball and put 60% of the plants core into a DynoMyco laced 6gal bag. - caption for the video; been one of those days…
