Here we are again ready to start again, always under the sign of Zamnesia, we make our fantastic plants and we show you what we are capable of. We have 5 autoflowering strains and 5 photoperiodic ones and now we present them to you.
The fifth and last autoflowering for now of this round that we present to you is another classic of the classics always in the Zamnesia version. We have already grown it once and we sincerely hope to find the purple phenotype, Mythical mythological herb really in music and in everything, WE ARE TALKING
To explain my germination method which is a combination of experiences acquired in the field and readings of right advisors, I have chosen to divide it into phases so whoever wants can follow them and understand better step by step.
- Preparatory Phase ---- Check the average temperature in the room, humidity status to understand well whether it is the case to start or wait, I decided for the end of August because the temperatures start to drop towards the 22-25 degrees recommended for germination.
Then another thing more or less credible depending on the sensitivity is the control of the lunar phases. I believe in it a lot, it is a method that ancient farmers used to understand when it was best to plant depending on the attraction of the moon. To make my life easier I use a simple app that advises you on the right time to plant, harvest and put in a jar (depending on the lunar phases).
- Phase 1 --- Soaking in water. There are many authoritative friends who advise against this method due to the risk of drowning, but I have always been fine and I follow the rule if it opens in water almost certainly the seed is healthy and will come out of the ground 90% normally.
- Phase 2 --- Opening of the seed in water. As soon as the seed opens and the root comes out a little you have to be very very careful not to leave the seed in water open for too long. This is why there is a risk of drowning. So as soon as the root has come out it must be planted. Do not wait for it to stretch out too much, in the absorbent paper you can wait a little longer in water no.
- Phase 3 --- While I soaked the seeds I prepared my pots: I use small biodegradable pots (choose the ones with holes underneath for drainage). A few hours before working with the opened seeds I moistened the soil with water adjusted to the right pH (5.8 - 6.2) and Plagron Power Roots. The small root is now open and we can make a little hole with a toothpick, widen it and insert the seed. Not too deep with the root facing downwards. From Serious Seeds we learned the dome technique: if you put a small dome of soil on the seed the water will settle on the sides avoiding overwatering problems.
- Phase 4 --- The plant emerges from the soil. Up to now I have not put the light on, now I turn it on at minimum after half a day of soil to give direction to the seedlings. The first week the light will be gradually brought from 40% to 60% to go to 70% - 75% in the remaining weeks of veg. During the first week maximum, I keep the cycle of 24 hours to avoid stretching. Be careful not to exceed the first week at least with photoperiodic.
- Germination % --- In water 20/20 seeds have opened for good luck I'm waiting to talk when they come out of the ground but it seems that we are going towards an excellent percentage of germination..."Not too bad"...

Here we are, ready, after a week of truly fruitful germination we have 20 beautiful plants all marked with the Z of Zamnesia.
We have moved on to autoflowering, unlike many growers I have no prejudice against this type of plant, it is true that they are the easiest to make but it is also true that they have improved a lot in terms of flower quality and if once ease meant lower quality now even the most presumptuous old school flower children growers struggle to understand if a flower is autoflowering or a normal photoperiod plant. There are people who claim to recognize it by the flavor but then never succeed, it's funny how it works. I enjoy making them strip their heads with these magnificent new autoflowering. This one in particular is not brand new but it has always kept up with the times and has the strength of the name and the stability of the historic strains: Purple Haze autoflowering. A name, a legend.
---- New Home - The ladies have almost all been transplanted into 11-liter pots, which is my favorite size to get the best ratio of plants in the grow box / yield. Especially if you don't have to do excessive topping or you have to grow the plants straight with main cola like I do for catalog needs like I do, 11 liters guarantees you to make excellent plants. Our Purple Haze Autoflowering is a bit behind the others but only because one has been replanted and is so pretty that I want to show you this one, the other one is not bad at all but look how pretty it is about 12 days old and it is a beauty. Great respect for the classic strains like all silver crested growers we bow before the classic names that made us go crazy when we were 20 years old.

Zamnesia spaceship here, it's your Space Sailor Bread_n_Buds speaking to you, we've reached the middle of the third week, exactly day 24 and they are my beautiful space ladies.
She is the Purple Haze Autoflowering. It must be said that the name of this strain is purely legendary, it is very famous and one always hopes to see it purple. As I mentioned in other recent diaries, nature is varied and therefore there are various phenotypes of the same strain that when you like it and grow it often you will also learn to distinguish. I grew her once and it didn't come out purple but I got a lot of grass, so what is the color. Here they grow in "dangerous areas" and the goal as well as beautiful photos are also the results. And the Purple Haze autoflowering guarantees them. For our Zamnesia girls It's time to work some magic, since October 1st we are in flowering, the plants have vegetated for exactly 4 weeks, a single top was done on some, others are growing straight, some clones here and there still in veg.
Our Purple Haze are classics that never disappoint. They are growing well, regular color of the leaves, we have gone into flowering, we are waiting to see what they will do in the magic moments.

Our Zamnesia autoflowers have been on their journey through the magical flowering period for a while now, this is the second week of flowering considering that autoflowers still flower spontaneously some sooner than others but all around the 3rd-4th week. .
---- The general environmental conditions are good, the heat has increased a bit more but for the first weeks of flowering it is not a big problem, let's remember to never exceed 27 degrees centigrade in the last 4 weeks to avoid compromising the quality of the flowers. If necessary open the growbox but never let it exceed 27-30 degrees
where 30 is already a lot. The positive thing is that as soon as the lights go out the change is already somewhat visible and as autumn progresses we will also improve. The humidity is fluctuating but we try to control it with two dehumidifiers when necessary, pushing both of them possibly not into the growbox but directly into the room. ---- Plant - Even if they are not as fast as an F1 our Purple Haze are in great shape - Flowering is much slower than others but on the other hand it is a classic strain that will probably finish in the classic three months or 12 weeks if you want as it has always been for cars.
The plants are nice and big and I think they will produce well as they always have.
However, an excellent harvest of about 50 grams per plant is expected, maybe a little less one of the two however excellent judging by the size and branching of the ladies. and I would say not bad.

And we have arrived at the magic moment for our autoflowering plants, the Zamnesia elves are working their magic and the buds are composing and freezing in the night. A scent of paradise invades my house now.

The main cola is practically almost complete now it is time to color and finish swelling for the peripheral flowers. It is a classic of classics and never disappoints in fact this time too it is coming very well. In my opinion we will be ready for harvest in mid-November and it will not be bad at all.
---- Fertilization program - As for the fertilization program, we are in a moment in which we have given a lot of "fuel" and we feel the need to lighten the load of fertilizers. Our technique is not to suddenly stop, from experience we have noticed that if the moment of detachment is wrong the plant goes into deficiency. So when we see the flowers quite ready we start to scale the basic fertilizer a little while keeping the amount of additives and booster normal, by doing so I hope to bring the plant to a gradual natural lightening avoiding aggressive washing with a lot of water that makes you risk mold. A tip never flush with too much water when the plant is very mature and drinks little, the risk of mold increases exponentially.

The situation is now hot all our Zamnesia autoflowering are taking on color and sooner or later they will be harvested.
Our Purple Haze is really very very beautiful now, it is starting to put on color, a little slower than the others but on the other hand it has a very classic lineage it will take just 11-12 weeks to finish. Very beautiful, but the cola is hard and resinous, the other flowers are composing well.
I seaged a bit with the fertilizers and so I am now only giving the additives to allow the plant to unload a bit and it is doing so very slowly while it matures.
The pistils are now around 10-20% in the trichomes I have not been there yet but I plan to take a long trip when the plant is in its final state.
Plagron's mush has given us a lot of strength and vigor now we were a bit too dark in leaves so by blending we went first from 4 mol/l to 2 and now we are only giving the additives to make the plant discolor during maturation, discoloring naturally unloads the fertilizers.

We are close to harvest and our Purple Haze is phenomenal.
The plant is a classic so on one hand you expect stability and on the other a classic behavior and this time it has given a phenomenal yield with beautiful flowers full of resin that have nothing to envy the latest generations of plants. It is usual, very fragrant of something that is not skunk this time, truly wonderful smells. The flowers are very hard, rocks, alpine dolomite peaks, they are really tall and hard. The main cola is a sword, the satellites are fantastic so much so that there is a really top one near the main cola that even resembles it.
I gradually faded the fertilizer and did a couple of intensive flushes because the plant was very green now it seems to be fading and we will vaporize like a god soon.
We are giving the Canna Flush I don't really know if these products do anything in the end, our flowers are super good anyway and we use them.
Pistils about 40-50% red on both and mostly transparent trichomes with something cloudy and a little amber only on the leaves.

The journey is over sister today it's time to tell you about the harvest of a wonderful Purple Haze Automatic by Zamnesia.
I have grown this plant many times and it has always given good results but here we are way beyond good we are at the highest levels that can be asked of an autoflowering.
Lots of grass a really great harvest, lots of resin everywhere and with a wonderful smell in the coffee/chocolate area.
Do we want to talk about the main cola? It's scary.
Majestic, like those of the past united, big. With the Haze forget about the ball-shaped blooms. This is a whole and long steak in full haze style.
The taste is something that I have really seen very few times, the color is normal, some shades of purple in the end but not the full purple that I have not found in this strain but patience because it is TNT, really the color for me is becoming above all a question of aesthetics I am a photographer and I love colored plants, but the normal ones drive me crazy too.
You should see how many times I smelled it. And how many times I sniffed my fingers. And how the plate I cleaned it on smelled.
